After doing extensive online research and shopping, a car on their lot caught my eye. It was to be a graduation gift for my son. It was my first test drive. A 2016 Volvo XC70 Platinum. It drove beautifully with a few minor concerns. My salesman, Dolphus, was very helpful and mitigated my concerns. I expressed my concerns to him, and I made an offer. I LOVED the car. It had minor cosmetic blemishes, but it was mechanically sound and priced accordingly. Very safe and reasonably priced car. My concerns were taken care of, and before paying for the car, Dolphus insisted i take another drive. I did, and i payed for the car. My son loves it! And so do his friends. And now im jealous my son has a nicer car than me! Our Salesperson was Diego de la Cruz and he promptly provided all the information including price and vehicle's specifications. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle. He provided only the facts. He understood that selling the vehicle will enable him to make his sales quota, but he also knew that if the price is not right I could easily walk away. I called ahead to make sure car was available,the 1st guy who answered lead me to believe he ran the place. unfortunately, this guy lied thru his teeth, didn't follow through on his word before during & after the sale was made. he made VERY little effort he also tacked $2000 on the price from what's listed on CarFax. "what you seen online is the cash price" he says. so beware of online pricing you'll end up paying more plus interest! When I came back for purchase, Diego assisted by doing the closing paperwork he was professional & made much more effort than FRANK. couldnt even finish the sale. well , i went in here to buy a car . They said they had the car and then once i got there they told me it was sold to an auction . They then try to sell me another car , which i bought . However when it came to financing thet told me that they worked with over 59 banks and that they could get it finanaced with no problem . They then called me and said well the bank wants a down payment for as much as the car is worth , so its probably in your best interest to buy the car cash. The warranty on the car is extremly high and doesn't really cover much and it gets more expensive over the second year . i wouldn't recommend this place at all. They also told me that they would fill the gas up and have the cash washed and never did those either .. bad experience overall . after my first day of driving the car , the bearings , struts, or control arm need to be replaced . read more

Typical shady predatory used car dealer... They will lie to you about vehicle condition to get you to their store in the hopes you will buy it anyway. They either knowingly lie to people about the condition of their cars or they tell everyone "there is nothing wrong with it" without knowing if that's true. They also over-promise to the moon while you are there doing financing and then start to walk all those promises back after you've bought it. I drove 4 hours to buy a van from this place for $20,000. I asked beforehand, is there ANYTHING wrong with it? leaks, shakes, etc? and they said "nothing at all, its all perfect". I get there and one of the seats is missing an armrest, it has an oil leak, one of the struts is shot, its missing the splash guard, All 4 tires need to be replaced and the tire pressure light is on (bad sensor), and the front brake rotors are warped. On top of that, they damaged the vehicle when putting the temp tags on, they used obviously wrong screws to put the tag on (large lag-type screws) when it needed a machine bolt. They tightened them so much that it spun the insert and I couldn't get the screw out. I had to take it to the dealer to remove the insert and put a new one in, costing me $350. All because they already sold it, didn't care, and used the wrong screw. We worked out for them to replace the strut during financing but they severely overcharged me for the repair. I paid $1,000 for them to replace a single strut with a cheap aftermarket strut. They were supposed to check/repair the oil leak and also check the steering linkage. They didn't repair the oil leak saying, "it's very minor and we will only do it if its a safety issue and ALL valve covers leak a little bit" which is a lie. To replace the strut at the DEALERSHIP with genuine Toyota parts is only $800. I paid this scammy place $1,000 for them to put a cheap aftermarket strut on and do nothing else. They straight-up scammed me. These guys are shady liars and cheats. Do not buy a car from here. There are 1,000 better options out there. They do everything they can to milk every dollar out of you and give as little back as possible. This place buys junk and problematic cars from auctions for cheap, barely does anything to them, and then turns around and sells them to you for 3x the price. If you are going to gamble with a car from this place, just cut them out and go to an auction yourself. you'll get the same vehcile but at least for a lot cheaper... I'm also 90% sure a lot of the 5-star reviews for this place are fake. If you look at them, most only have 1 or 2 reviews on their profiles. I purchased a Toyota 4-Runner from this company and am 100% regretful of the decision and will be getting an attorney. I will be transparent and say I should have questioned the paperwork way more than I did, but they lied the entire way through. They will only break things down by payments and additions of gap coverage and/or warranty and won't talk about final price until they are glossing over it and lying during signing of the paperwork. They blatantly lied to me about the purchase price and said that it inluded warranty and gap coverage. When really, that was the price of the vehicle and they just pulled everything else between my cash and card down payment, but made it look like it was all together. I asked about maintenance that had been done, an area where the panel was slightly sticking out, and if there were any other issues. They said they had years of maintenance on it and would print it and put in my folder, which never came to fruition. They stated the panel was just tabs and since I lived so far away they would just give me an extra year of warranty as a way to make it right so I didn't have to come back. Well I paid for all of the years of warranty and over the price listed online as they continued with the lies. Then they specifically said there were absolutely no other issues. About 4 days after I got home there was a slight squealing. I figured it was brakes and even though I wasnt happy, I went ahead and fixed it but let them know. After fixing it, my mechanic noted that he thought the axle was bent (and it wasn't just the panel that was the issue) and that I would have to continue replacing my brakes quickly if I didn't get it addressed. I immediately reached out to them and they never called me back despite multiple calls and emails (they did finally send my title, but no other correspondense at all). I took it to a Toyota dealer to see what could be done as I did pay for the warranty....they found $3,000 worth of repairs just in the back end (that weren't even covered under warranty) and brakes were already bad 2 days after I had just had them changed. This doesn't even touch anything else. As of now, I have $3,500 in this car and my temporary plates have just expired. This is ridiculous and they have made no attempts in making it right, so unfortunately I am here righting this review and reaching out to attorneys. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. SCAMMER ALERT!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! My story is typical of the ones listed here already. They are shady, slimy, and just outright liars. My wife and I live an hour from this dealership (use that term loosely) and we called beforehand to schedule an appointment to see a car we were interested in. Before visiting the dealership, we asked all the typical questions--condition, past issues, vehicle history, etc. We were, of course, told that the vehicle is in perfect condition with NO issues. My wife and I were excited since we were looking for this very model and make car (hate we found it with these scammers). We made the trip to the dealership and right away the lies surfaced. Immediately we were told the car was not ready and that the check engine light was on. The salesman asked me if the check engine light being on was a deal breaker. I should have known from that statement that the salesman was pure slime. Anyway, I, of course, said yes, that was a dealbreaker. He takes us inside to his desk and we sit there for an hour or so. He came back and told us the issue hadn't been resolved and wanted to know if we wanted to come back since I needed to get to work. I asked if the issue was serious and he said, no that the mechanic was busy and would be getting to it as soon as possible. This was on a Friday. We rescheduled to come back on Monday. Well, Monday rolls around and we make it the hour drive back to the dealership and here is where the lies, deception, fraud, and scam start. The clueless lady in the front desk (finance, secretary, scammer lady) told us that they were looking into whether bad gas was in the vehicle. This was enough for us to walk!!! Immediately the salesman came to us and told us that NO the story with the bad gas was not the issue. I asked them what was the issue. It was at this point that the mechanic was telling the salesman that he VISUALLY SAW the pcv valve had a crack and that was what was causing the issue with the car. I asked if he was sure the issue with the check engine light was because of a cracked valve. The mechanic replied back with, "Yes, 100%." I doubled down and asked again, "Are you sure the issue is with the crack Pcv valve that YOU physically saw?" He replied back with the same LIE, "Yes, 100%." This was after we had been at the dealership for a few hours and were starting to not trust them at all. So, we were rolling video when we were talking with the mechanic and we had him on video lying to us. Since he said he physically saw the crack in the pcv valve we madeoccurred the decision to purchase the vehicle and just take care of that through our mechanic. The AS IS condition we were told was a lie. Simply a lie. There are no other words to use. How do we know he lied to us? Well, let me just say that when we got our car to our mechanic the lies unfolded like a set of bad bedsheets. The only way to see the PCV valve on this car (2012 Porsche Cayenne S) is to remove the supercharger. The supercharger had NEVER been removed until my mechanic took it off. How did the dealership mechanic see a crack in the pcv valve if the supercharger was never removed? Well, he didn't see it. He lied. Once the supercharger was removed and the PCV valve exposed, guess what? There was NO crack in the valve. The valve was completely fine! We had other work done chasing this dealership's lies and it ended up costing us around $3,600+ and the car is still not complete. This total does not include attorney fees, court costs, and other expenses accurred based on their lies. We have reached out to our bank, State DA's office (the dealership has TONS of complaints with the DA's office), and the BBB. We are also reaching out to other dealerships that do direct business with them and letting them know ours and other's experiences. I went to this place expressly to test-drive a vehicle featured on the website which-on paper-seemed like it might just be the one. Photographs were "coming soon." The first salesman I met, with whom I corresponded after shooting an email about availability through the CARFAX listing, proceeded to have me check out a higher-trim model. I had been online window-shopping exhaustively for days, and assumed that the difference in appearance than I had been expecting was my mistake somehow. It was not. After my visit, I pointed out to this gentleman that we had given our attention to the wrong car. He responded that when I returned, I would be able to investigate the car that fit my specifications. The following day I planned another visit with some friends, feeling excited to see what I had wanted. The salesman from the previous day, when asked in the morning to ensure the availability of the car I wanted to test-drive to begin with, told me he would be out of the office for the day, but that his manager could certainly fulfill my request. On the way, I received a phone call from an unknown out-of-state number. I didn't pick up, reasoning that a bearer of important news, confidential or not, would leave some kind of voice message. When my friends and I arrived at Automotive Connection, we were greeted by a different salesperson and the same higher-trim model. THIS gentleman informed us that the car I wished to pursue was actually not in operational condition whatsoever, which we all visually confirmed. He said he had tried to call to let me know that I would have to look at the GT again rather than the mysteriously-taken-apart SE. (No accidents had been reported on CARFAX on that VIN, so it's not totally clear to me what was going on there, or why.) -One voicemail, and we could've saved quite a bit of gas. Several individuals pitched a variety of largely-inapplicable promotional spiels in my direction at this point. Some were about the car I had test-driven, which was damaged and decidedly above my price range. Since we were already on location, my friends and I made an investigative trip around the lot before departing. Most vehicles are stickered with their year, but some are not. The forms in the windows universally state neither prices nor mileages. Some of the units in the regular inventory have no information attached whatsoever. As an additional note, many want for a thorough interior cleaning, contrary to their online descriptions. Shady stuff goes on at Automotive Connection. Extremely disappointing. Monday afternoon I started getting text and phone calls (no emails) and no information about what I requested instead links to other vehicles that I had not enquired about. I browsed the web site and ran into another vehicle with no pictures and very little info so I ask for pictures and all on that one . I received a text message with the info and responded that I was not interested in that one and ask for info on another . I received a text message that stated " I sent you the pictures and info you asked about , what more do you want" . I stated I would like to know what kind of deal could be done on another vehicle and the response was you will not find a better vehicle better price and low milage as the one they have within 150 miles . I explained that I felt they were being rude and sent a link for a vehicle 35 miles away to prove them wrong. Bought Ford F150 on 8/10/19 from Automotive Connection in Fairfield, OH. Knew about alignment issue and balance issue. Dealer agreed to fix. The next day, the car completely shut off while driving on the road. Car fired back up immediately, but continued to have issues. Took car to Bob Sumeral in West Chester to determine shutdown problem. They believed it was the cold air intake not having filter. Asked them to align since they had vehicle in possession. They couldn't align car because struts were cracked and shocks were needed for vehicle. I ordered filter on amazon and put on car. Addressed the issue with Automotive Connections (Junior) who told me to bring truck in and they will handle. Gave Junior the paperwork from Bob Sumeral who told me that their mechanics will handle. I received call from Junior/Alina saying that the issue was a power steering pump and they'll replace. They also said that they took vehicle to Bob Sumeral in Fairfield for alignment. I reiterated to them that the Bob Sumeral in West Chester stated that alignment would not hold due to cracked strut. The dealer specially told me that I could pick a part a used vehicle all day for issues and the truck is ready for pick up. I picked up the car drove for a day and noticed that the car makes a loud noise when accelerating, slight gas smell, and wheel was extremely tight when trying to turn. Called Junior who told me to bring it back. Brought car back, dealer determined that the OEM Shaft was bad. Dealer agreed to fix but had to wait for part to arrive. While driving vehicle and waiting for part to arrive, noticed my car had some acceleration issues and lost of power. Called dealer on this as well and they felt that the issue was related to OEM shaft. Brought car back, took them 2 days to fix. Car seemed to run fine for a couple days, but I had it on 71N and it seemed like the power and acceleration issue was still there. Encountered issues going uphill. Took car to Bob Sumerel in West Chester and the determined I had a clogged catalytic converter which costs $1600 to replaced. They told me of a place called Flowtek which does exhaust work for a good price. The next day, I run into Junior at Mason High School Football game, told him my issue and he said to call them tomorrow cause they could possibly put new catalytic converter on. Junior also mentioned that he updated my warranty and he will send over paperwork. The updated warranty included warranty for lift kit. Called Junior the next day who informed me that he was waiting to speak with manager about warranty and catalytic converter and that he'll call me back. He said he has heard of Flowtek and keep my appointment and let him know how it goes. Never heard back from Junior. Took car to Flowtek. They called me and said the frame is rusted/cracked out so badly with terrible welds and unsafe to drive and I should get ahold of dealer asap. They were nervous to put on lift with fear of cracking frame in half. Pictures and write up included. Also indicated a gas smell that I mentioned to dealer several times which would have prevented them from welding on car anyway. Called John at dealer to address concern because Junior wasn't in office. He told me he would speak with owner and call me back. Yet to hear back. Took car to 2 auto body shops, both shops said that the frame is unstable, cracked, welded, sprayed with rust inhibitor and unsafe to drive. Called John back at the dealer to provide update and to speak with owner. Very heated discussion. Owner is unavailable, still waiting on next steps. Went to dealer. Spoke with John and Junior. Owner would NOT meet with me. John said there is nothing they can do because I bought car as is. He agreed that the frame is in bad shape, but his hands were tied. He actually advised me to contact bank to see if they can force owner's hand since I haven't made a first payment. I repeat DO NOT buy vehicle from this place. I do not recommend whatsoever. I was involved in an unfortunate car accident that left my vehicle totaled and my fiancé and I have been scrambling to find something decent in our price range! Thankfully we found this place; great deals and seemingly good customer service. Sam was our salesman. My fiancé orchestrated a deal over the phone (because we had to drive 2.5 hours and wanted ensure we were not wasting our time) in good faith the car was in good condition. To or dismay, once we arrived, the car had been in a pretty decent accident that had not been disclosed to us, body gaps everywhere from the accident, completely destroyed driver seat, gouges/ dents everywhere, engine sounded awful (and the dealer was sweating bullets when my fiancé opened the hood - not a good sign), etc. Of course we were quite displeased and made that known to the salesman. He informed us we basically would get what we pay for and this kind of condition is expected for the price range we were at. Although I had an awful feeling about the car in the first place, we went inside, after a test drive, and talked money. First and foremost, the dealer tried to charge us for a different, newer model they had on their lot which was well over $5k what we were looking for. When we said there is no way that is the price of this vehicle we are looking at, he was like "nope it is, tax title and everything." We persisted to say absolutely not and then he says "oops that was the wrong car." Seems a bit sketchy to me. Nevertheless, we continued to talk figures about the ACTUAL car we were looking at and he proceeds to AGAIN tell us total price was $3k over the price we had agreed on the phone. My fiancé brought up the agreement they had made and how the car was in much worse condition than advertised anyway and the dealer acted like he had never made that deal with him on the phone which was a blatant lie. After my fiancé became irate and called him out, the salesman just so happened to recall the deal on the phone but proceeded to tell us it's "not his call" and that we wouldn't find anything better on the market. We had made a deal and drove 2.5 hours only for the deal to be false and the car to be falsely advertised. I am no dummy and know cars will have a few dings and dents, among other things you may find when you go to a dealership but this vehicle was a lemon I am sure of it. The whole thing was sketchy!!! In closing, I think the salesmen at this dealership need to really check their integrity and morality. It's salesmen like this that give the good ones a bad name. Steer clear! Oh and guess what ...I DID find the exact same car, great mechanically, structurally sound, interior was beautiful, exterior in 10x better shape and guess what, FOR LESS, down the road. It pays to know when to walk away, especially from someone who is trying to manipulate you into a bad car/ deal for their own personal gain. I understand sales but this whole situation was downright sketchy and menacing. ***Oh and I forgot add, minutes after meeting us, he went inside to enter my license info. I had to use the restroom and walked in and he was talking crap about us, ALREADY!!! His coworkers tried to stop him because his backed was turned to me but it was too late. If I could rate zero stars option it would be in negative. wish I read the reviews last year before purchasing anything from them. The truck had a ton of issues (I believe they covered up) all happen within a few days of purchase and conveniently were not covered by the bullshit extra warranty they make you purchase and claim you can cancel if you decide later you don't need it. I have now been trying to get it canceled for months and of course JOHN and TYLER, never answer phone and never call back or email. So now I will be calling BBB and possibly some attorneys. I purchased a 2008 Porsche 911S from Automotive Connection in Fairfield Ohio on October 5, 2021. I live in Texas and found the car on Cars.com. The pictures of the car and the sales staff represented the car as a clean and mechanically sound vehicle. I was told that Automotive Connection had just done a large service on the car. The Carfax supported Automotive Connections claim. I bought the car and flew to Ohio to drive it back. When I arrived there were two warning lights on and the front tire was low. During my drive back the steering begun to shake, the rear bumper fell off and the transmission began to leak. Due to the repairs done by Automotive Connection, I believe they knowingly misrepresented the condition of the vehicle.  I let the salesman know what had happened and he said to send the repair bill to him and he would see what they could do. I sent the repair bills and requested that Automotive Connection pay for less than half of the repairs in order to settle amicably and move on. I was told to call the manager, which I did repeatedly. Automotive Connection management told me they are an "as is" dealership that primarily sells to auctions and that they would not stand by the salesman's representation. I would never buy another car from Automotive Connection.  They are the worst of what a used car lot is. In my opinion, Automotive Connection is only interested in making money.  Stay away from this lot. In my opinion, Automotive Connections business is criminal and the employees should be ashamed of themselves.  Shame! Shame! Shame! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS BUSINESS! read more

RIP. OFF. I bought a car from here in Feb. and was sold a car with a bad engine. It is full of sludge and now I don't have a functional car. I obviously was not the person who did the damage to the engine since I have only had the car for 7 months! I have called 4 times and just keep getting told they will call me back -but didn't. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Paid 8k for the car and the Mazda dealership just told me it's worth $500. I am a mother with two small children with over an hour work commute. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of and I want to be refunded! I also noticed there was a back tail light out on the car right after I drove off the lot. I turned around and the mechanic had to you tube how to replace it.... And my CD player and radio screen quit working about 3 months after I bought the car. DO NOT take your business here. read more

Customer beware! Never have we been treated so poorly in a place of business. Last Friday we came 300 miles to test drive a car listed on truecar.com, after which we discovered that, although we did not want the car (AC didn't work, tires were mismatched, and it had been in an accident which was not reported on truecar) someone from the business had taken the check from our Credit Union off the salesman's desk and deposited it. WE HAD SIGNED NOTHING AND DID NOT WANT THE CAR. The salesman went to the back to retrieve our check and he was sent home. When my husband and I asked for our check back, we were delayed repeatedly. Upon asking the third time, the owner CAME OUT FROM BEHIND HIS DESK and told us that we were not going to tell him how to run his business and to GO BACK TO TENNESSEE! I called the police because I did not want the issue to escalate further. A member of the business talked to the policeman and my husband and said that he would wire our money to our Credit Union on Monday. It did not happen, but he said that he would send it Tuesday. It did not happen and today is Wednesday. Now his email states that his bank did not understand the wiring instructions and they will send a check to our Credit Union. So it's been five days, and besides our travel expenses and mental anguish, we are paying interest charges daily for a check that they cashed without our permission. I see the writing on the wall and have reported to the Better Business Bureau. If we do not receive our money plus interest back by Friday, we will be forced to take legal action. read more

I would not buy from here. they lie! had damage to fender and door before I bought it. They told me they would properly fix the door and fender with warranty and that it would look brand new. said not a dime out of my pocket. I told sales person I didn't want a couple weeks after I purchased vehicle to say they won't fix it and have money coming out of pocket. everyone there said don't worry you can trust us! guess what, here I am,and it was only a couple weeks later ,after they tried 3 different times to fix it and never could fixed it properly,I was told by four different people that I wouldn't have to worry about anything. they said they always honor their promises! That they would fix it and it would look good as new! nope!now I'm stuck with a estimate of a thousand dollars to fix door properly with warranty and a estimate of 900 hundred to repair fender properly with warranty,even after they promised in writing that their mechanics could do it no problem and it would look good as new with warranty! now their mechanics say they can't fix it and won't fix it properly and no warranty, even though I have it in writing and text and recorded messages that they would fix it properly with warranty! don't buy here. they lie about the lies that they lie about! can't be trusted! I've bought cars off of about 8 different dealers in my life and never had problems till this one! this was by far was my worse buying experience ever! I've never been lied to so much and by pretty much everyone that works there. it was like a group effort to deceive and give nothing but empty promises. it's bad when one person lies to you but four and each from different departments! this is what gives used car sales a bad name! go elsewhere! no one there can be trusted! everyone I talked to lied to me. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY THE 2012 WHITE CHEVY SONIC HAS A BLOWN HEAD GASKET!!! OIL IN COOLANT!! 03/04/17: Christopher was very pleasant and friendly. However, do NOT buy the: 2012 Chevy Sonic, unless you are aware of this issue. I was not. He told me the car was fine, great, clean, no issues, no mechanical issues, he's driven it many times, it's a good car, perfect, etc, etc. When I arrived from out of town, to test drive and purchase. I noticed a very loud noise under the hood. I was told it was water because it was cleaned. I next noticed a smell, which I couldn't pinpoint. I opened hood and noticed it wasn't clear, but clogged looking w/odd color. I saw small drops of tan, thick looking slush type liquid. Not a lot but very small. There was also this odd clicking, noise. When mentioning these things, I received either no response, or it's just what car does. He told me I could only take the car to a mechanic within 15 mi radius, meaning I could not drive the car back to my mechanic. He next referred me to a mechanic they use down the street. I decided to find a different, possibly neutral mechanic the opposite way, just in case his referral happened to be a good friend, or had some connection with this automotive connection. The mechanic I found drove the vehicle and pulled it into the shop, and within 15-20 min., couldn't believe what he was seeing. The sludge was pouring out underneath the car. The oil and coolant mix. All of the mechanics there couldn't believe that someone would actually try to sell me this car, and not tell me it had a blown head gasket. When they knew I was no mechanic, and I needed it for my son to drive out of state to college. He said, DO NOT BUY THIS LEMON. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CAR. I returned the car back to Christopher, at Automotive Connection. The sales reps were looking at me, but no one said anything. No one asked me how I liked the car, or if it was great, or if I was going to buy it, or well it did, NOTHING. In fact, they were all kind of now glancing at me, as if they realized I now knew the car was no good. When I first arrived, they were outside, friendly, speaking, smiling, etc., upon my return.... It was like I was walking into a funeral home. Christopher, was quiet when I approached and handed him the key. The first question I usually hear from a sales guy after test drive is, so what did you think!!! He could barely look at me. He knew that I now knew. I stood there and he still didn't ask me anything. Maybe he was waiting to see what I found out and if I didn't know, and still willing to buy it, he could've just rolled with the purchase. So we stood there, and finally I said, come on now Chris, you had me drive all the way up here, based on your lemon scam? I said, that's wrong and disrespectful to me as a customer. I said, it's not right to treat people this way. I showed him the invoice I received and all it said was: *OIL IN COOLANT *BLOWN HEAD GASKET He didn't know what to say, so he continued acting as if he was reading the invoice.. He seemed embarrassed to be caught. He wasn't surprised, he didn't seem shocked, he didn't say, this can't be true, or are you sure it's what they found, there must be some mistake, etc, etc. he was resigned as if, DA GIG IS UP... I told him look, you need to disclose that information, so buyers can make a solid decision with their hard-earned money. They are working just as hard as you are. He said, ok, that's true, and I'll remove the car and make a note of it. and gave me his card. I cannot speak for automotive connection and their other cars or issues. I can only tell you about my experience. but a word of advice for people that may not know this. Before you go to test drive the vehicle, contact your mechanic, let him know doing a test drive and need a complete check of the vehicle during the test drive. They will squeeze you in, and believe me, its the best 35 to 45 dollars you will ever spend. Make the time and spend the money to do this. If I didn't, the car would've seized up on the hwy, on my way back home. I would've called Automotive Connection, and they would've by rights, either hung up on me or laughed. Or laughed then hung up, and there would be nothing I could do about it. Use your own mechanic do not use one referred by a dealer. Even if you have to drive over to the next county. Sometimes garages have connections and vice versa, they send the garage work and he sends them customers or big discounted rates on lot repairs. I found my own further out. Neutral. Make the time to do this. Please. I would've been F! today... Totally F'd! Looked today 03/05/17 the vehicle was not removed yesterday, nor updated w/issue! Don't trust this place! Most of these reviews are written before taking possession of the vehicle! I purchased a vehicle here about a month ago for 10k. I have since discovered the frame is cracked and desintegrating in multiple spots and undrivable and dangerous as well as a multitude of other problems. The damage was covered with Bondo and undercoated to make it unnoticeable I can only assume by Automotive Connection as a 70 year old man was the previous owner. When asked about damage and wrecks they told me it was clear. Two different fabricators quoted me 3k+ to weld the frame. This was unnacceptable as I drive my 3 children in this vehicle. I have contacted the owner of the dealership (John D) for 2 weeks now and have been given the run around while the vehicle sits in my driveway. My only option was to contact a lawyer and pursue legal action against Automotive Connection for fraud and breach of implied warranty of merchantability. Failure to disclose frame damage is a violation of the state's Udap (Consumer law) statute. Avoid this dealership as they sell vehicles that are illegal and unsafe to clearly make a profit off of it's consumers. read more

The absolute worst place to go. Not only are their pictures deceiving online and their "competitive prices" are only a trick to suck you in, they are probably the most inconsiderate and sexist individuals around. They try to undermine the customer and claim the can not meet your trade in request because "they don't hold value" which is a lie. We drove about an hour to get here after seeing a truck online that was priced reasonably. After arriving we were told that was the 'cash price' the financed price was about $3000 more. We said thanks but no and were about to leave when the sales guy said well Jr in finance said to counter offer and see if we can get closer together on the price, so we did. The deal relayed from Jr to our sales rep was they would pay off our current vehicle and sell the truck at the agreed upon price. 2 hours later and Jr says, 'We have a problem', what are we going to do about the $2000 negative equity from your vehicle. WHAT?? You said you're paying off my car?? 'We are but you're carrying neg equity'; never mentioned until 5 min before signing the paperwork to purchase the car. The sales guy wasn't in there when this statement was made. He actually called us on our way to home to apologize, claimed he was under the same impression we were and was upset that this is what happened when Jr got involved.
