Be cautious of pressure tactics and deception from this dealer. I purchased a car from Cincy Auto Mall last year after seeing it listed on CarGurus. The vehicle was advertised at a much lower price than what I was ultimately charged -- over $10,000 more. During the visit, the salesman rushed me through the process and was distracting me while I signed the paperwork, which I now realize I should have reviewed much more carefully. After I noticed the issue and followed up several times, no one reached out to make the situation right. Even when the state attorney general's office contacted them, Cincy Auto Mall refused to make any effort toward a fair resolution. It was my fault I didn't catch the price difference, but the lack of honesty and accountability from this dealership is unacceptable. Once someone came to finally help the car I wanted was tucked in the far back of the showroom and he refused to move cars around to let me test drive it. Stating they need to run checks and have proof of purchase funds. I told him I would be paying cash and willing to show him my bank/funds now and then he wanted a garentee I would purchase today before he would take the 5 mins to move cars. Wasted my time last night there just posting a review to let everyone know nothing has changed. Salesman says car is a 9.5 out of 10 so we make the 40 minute drive and then find out the price they show is cash vs higher price is finance (which makes no sense) but I was ok paying cash so we test drive and the car was DEFINITELY not a 9.5 out of 10! More like a 4. And if you go to look at the 2021 Lexus es350 they have make sure you check the frame damage and stained roof liner and a smell that will probably never come out of the car which was horrible. He also mentioned the brake light he would fix that didn't turn off but I didn't even investigate what that might be. read more

Very incompetent staff. I made them aware that they used a truck titled in my name was used as a trade in and I physically have the title to show it is a "and" title and not a "or" title. I did not sign anything over to them and they are illegally holding my property. They also transferred tags that were just in my name to the new car that was purchased. THAT IS FRAUD! Listed at $18,900. Well I asked if there was any way that we could work something out so that way I could walk out with the car. I had a check ready to go to be written. * However I was told that I couldn't afford it and there was "no way they could come down because that was cash price under the value of the car". I considered to look at an audi instead. He printed the carfax report and handed it to me. He told us some stories about him volunteering at a soup kitchen etc etc while i read over the packet. Mainly to keep my sister entertained as I was "conducting business". I asked him question after question. there were a few things that raised concern on the carfax. I was told "I don't really know what that means" or the same response worded differently after every question of mine. Well he was too worried about googly eyeing my sister to even bother to listen to me about the CAR THAT I WAS THERE TO BUY! THE ONLY REASON I WAS THERE FOR. As I am reading through line after line, he decides to tell my sister "Youre very pretty" She said thank you to him being polite. That raised red flags in my mind but I said nothing at that point in time because at first it was just a compliment. Well then he proceeded to ASK HER FOR FACEBOOK, she said "I don't do social media" RIGHT then and there I KNEW SHE WAS UNCOMFORTABLE because that was a lie! He then asked for snapchat, etc. she kept telling him no. That's when I stepped in and said "just so you know, shes fully gay" and then he had the nerve to say "Well you should have said something ahead of time before letting me continue" and i just said "well i wasnt trying to assume thats what you were doing" I only said that because my mind was so baffled that, that was even happening. It was after closing when we walked out, got in the car and she started CRYING telling me that SHE WAS SORRY! WHY ARE YOU SORRY A FULL GROWN MAN WAS BEING WEIRD when he was supposed to be conducting business!!! I WAS FURIOUS but they already had the doors locked. I also didn't even get to look at the Audi at all! * I called the next morning (10/1/2025) at 9:04am i believe right when they opened because i was still furious from the night before. The women was apologetic and very sweet that answered the phone. I told her the whole story she passed it on to the manager. Norman, one of the salesman got ahold of me and was so sweet and respectful. Very, very kind. HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS SITUATION, HE IS AN INNOCENT IN THIS SITUATION!!! Norman was in contact with me and wanted to make things right after talking with the manager. I was told that they could make me a deal on the red accord that i originally wanted. So that got my attention. I entertained it and asked if they could do $18,000 out the door. They said that they wanted to work everything out since what happened, happened. So I took my lunch break to come up there and check the car out. The back right tire (passenger side) has chunks missing out of the sidewall. There are dents and dings on the doors. The hood had a huge dent. The front bumper was popped out and the front sensors were damaged. The front bumper was also wrecked on both sides and the grille had damage to it as well. The front bumper is also a darker red than the body of the car. DUE TO THE DAMAGE ON THE FRONT BUMPER and the sensor being messed up it was affecting assist operations. *See attached photo below* I WORK AT A BODY SHOP PAINTING CARS AND BODY WORK, I don't work in the office, I am hands on. Therefore, I am not stupid. I should have taken more photos of the other damage but I did not think about it, but if you would love to see the rest of the damage im sure the car is still on the lot for the outrageous price they have the turd listed for. * I got back in the office after test driving the car and went over everything. The salesman said that he would talk to the manage. He went to go discuss everything over with him and came back. Pretty much for the high price of $21,900 i could have the turd painted red. I told Norman that I would have to walk away. He was very sad but ultimately it was his sh**ty manager who wouldn't even come out and show his face to apologize for his employee before norman. Literally spent all morning here with my mom only for them to mishandle and try to take advantage of my older and disabled parent. They told her initially $4900/$5000 but would work on the price. After we text drove the vehicle advising that we could not do more and did not want to waste my disabled mother's time (and strength) due to physical pain she experiences, they told me they would work with us and had vehicles in her range. Initially quoted 5500 with taxes and fees directly on the paperwork, I asked to step out for lunch while they swapped out the battery and put air in the tire as the lights came on and they literally had to jump the car for it to be made drivable. From here, I come back and they persuade my mom to sign a promissory note for the difference of $5k (our budget) and the difference of taxes and fees. From here, the sales manager then tries to scam my mom out of additional monies saying the sales person misquoted her and they would not honor the price given to her. I asked how that was legal advising one thing as clearly seen on the paperwork and then trying to make her pay EVEN more then she was able to initially do at $5k?! This was a clear violation- someone trying to take advantage of a senior person who didn't have the protection of her daughter while I was out to eat and thought they could misrepresent themselves and it just be taken at face value. The sales manager was slimy and didn't even offer to make right what was done to us. How do you make such a large mistake and don't offer to make it right? I came in to buy a Lexus LS40 with cash for around 8k but when I came in, I was told buying a car with cash is more expensive than financing (which is bs no other dealership will tell you that) and that theres going to be a $1500 dealership fee plus multiple other fees that wouldve made the lexus cost 10-12k in total. Yet after her explaining that i wouldnt get approved for a older cheaper car, she insisted i would somehow get approved for a younger much more expensive car. MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE. First off let me say this place is the absolute worst dealership I have EVER experienced in my life!! 1st off their pricing is deceiving. I saw an add on autotrader for the car I was interested in. It stated $9,900. We get there and the salesman took a good few minutes locating the car. When he found it we took it for a spin the ac didn't work. They took the car back to investigate the issue. By this time after driving almost 3 hours to them and waiting on them to work on the car, which we had to leave there because they did not have the part, was tired and did not realize the next day after signing paperwork they priced the car at $12,900. I purchased a 2017 Ford Raptor from here and it's been a nightmare ever since! Upon purchase, the truck needed work. They said it needed turbos and they gave me paperwork saying two turbos were replaced. Upon taking it to ford, they said only one turbo was replaced and it was replaced wrong. I knew the oil pan needed re-sealed and not a big deal until I took it to ford for the repair and they told me the engine was shot and needed replaced!!! I have one expensive paper weight!! Now I'm supposed to pay 18k to have engine replaced... DO NOT BUY FROM CINCY AUTO MALL!!! I am currently filing with the Ohio Attorney General to see what my options are. AND IF we financed there, they make a ton of $$ on Financing. I asked him to SW the GM and he did....GM wouldn't even talk to me...and Brad said nothing they can do about it. They had already brought out the Sedan....it had a big gash in the rear bumper and it was DIRTY! CINCY AUTOMALL LLC at 5300 Dixie Hwy, Fairfield, OH 45014 is a total scam. This dealership engages in bait in switch tactics. I contacted this dealership about a 2017 cadillac escalade esv. That was listed on their website and on cargurus. I spoke directly to Brandon Toliver multiple times. The dealership even texted me multiple times about my interest in this truck. I set up an appointment(Wednesday July 31 at 11am) to view the truck made an appointment for a outside mechanic to look over the truck. All ok'd by Brandon specifically. I live in Michigan so this would require about 6hrs of travel to get there. My appointment was confirmed Saturday July 27th by phone and by automated website verification. I called the day before to confirm the appointment spoke to Brandon again and he confirmed we're all set. Brandon asked that we call 1hr before we arrive so he can pull the truck out for us. I did that. When we arrived Brandon asked is there something else I wanted to see. I said no I only came for this truck. Brandon then says the truck is in the service department getting a new battery and service light checked. A little concerning but OK the mechanic will check it out. He goes to the back, calls me on my phone to say they don't have the truck. It was sold the day before. I'm legitimately confused. I ask didn't I call you yesterday to verify this appointment. He confirmed we were all set. So how is the truck sold? He say the truck was never actually on that lot. I said, "What! You guys called me and texted multiple times to ask about my interest in this specific truck. I called to confirm the appointment yesterday I told you I was driving 6hrs from Michigan. Now you're telling me you never had this truck here!?" He knew this whole time he didn't even have the truck there but had me waste 12hrs because he was sure he could sell me on something else. This is completely ridiculous that a business is doing underhanded tactics like this to con people into parting with their hard earned money. His attitude was, 'If I get him here I can convince him to buy something because he won't have wanted to waste a whole day and $200 in expenses. Very unprofessional! Now I try to get the other "we owe" fixed and now they go against there word and want nothing to do with it! SCAM ARTISTS, RUN! THERE IS A REASON THEIR PRICES ARE LOW. I purchased an "like-new" vehicle here in February. I called ahead of time to ask about the vehicle, and was assured that everything was in "perfect condition". The vehicle was a 2020, only had 1,600 miles on it, was covered by the manufacturer warranty, etc. I requested a copy of the CarFax prior to me making the drive... an hour later no one had sent it and when I called back they apologized saying they were dealing with another customer but assured me the CarFax was "completely clean". I decided to go check the car out anyway, drove the car, and everything seemed fine. They told me if there were any issues the bumper-to-bumper warranty had over 2 years remaining and would cover everything. I was only shown the CarFax after the test drive, and it was clean except for a "theft recovery". They told me the car was a rental prior to them owning it and the individual that rented it simply returned it late. No damage, no accidents, all good and fully covered by warranty. I took the car home to Columbus and on the way home it began to come out of alignment, sensor errors popped up, etc. As soon as I could, I brought it to a local dealership to have it serviced "under warranty." The service department informed me that the vehicle had been in some sort of high speed collision, most likely rammed over a barrier. The entire front end was destroyed and someone bolted on a brand new bumper to cover the damage. I attempted to contact Cincy Automall to resolve the issue and was transferred to voicemails, gave the receptionist messages that weren't returned, sent emails, etc. It took 2 weeks of harassment to get a sales manager on the phone. He said he would "call back after a test drive" and I never heard from him again. Finally after another week or 2 of harassing them the finance manager agreed to pay for an inspection. The inspection found over $10,000 of damage to the car. Subframe was destroyed, cooling system, suspension, sensors, the list goes on. It then took me another 10 days of harassing Cincy Automall to get a call back. I found out the original salesmen that had helped me were no longer with the company, and a different finance manager was there than the one I spoke to the previous week. Luckily he agreed to take the vehicle back. I returned the vehicle 3 days later and gave them payoff information for the loan. They assured me it would be paid off within 10 days. That is the last time I heard from anyone, and OF COURSE THE LOAN DID NOT GET PAID OFF. After another 3 weeks of harassing them I found out they forgot to pay off my loan despite being in possession of the car (STILL IN MY NAME) for almost a month. They finally overnighted the payoff for my loan. I bought the car 02/06/2021, found the damage 02/18/2021 and my loan was finally paid off on 04/23/2021. During that time I had to make a payment to prevent my credit from being destroyed. I was told by Josh (the finance manager) that since I had not returned the vehicle within 30 days I would not get my payment back. When I explained that I could not return it due to my calls being ignored, Josh told me that it would not be possible to get the payment back because "them taking the car back in the first place was a favor to me"... "A FAVOR!" THEY SELL A DESTROYED CAR TO ME, REFUSE TO RETURN CALLS FOR OVER A MONTH AND THEN SAY TAKING THE CAR BACK THAT THEY MISREPRESENTED IS "A FAVOR." Do not trust a word they say, no matter how new the car is, how clean it looks or how good the deal is. I wasted over 2 months of stress plus a car payment and have nothing to show for it. read more

Buyer Beware!!! I purchased a used F150 with 86,000 miles on it. After leaving I remembered the salesman tell me it recently had an oil change. The next day I went back to see if I could get the mileage when the oil change was done so I plan the next one. I asked the man behind the desk for the service report. When he handed it to me, I noticed that the truck had an engine replaced, so i contacted the garage where the work was done and found that the "new" engine had 11,000 more miles than the truck engine I was buying. I called the dealer and asked for a warranty etc. and told them that 11,000 is basically 1 year of driving, so a vehicle that may have lasted 8 years is now going to last 7. I gave them 30 days to make it right, and called everyday. They promised to get back to me and never did. I have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. read more

I recently bought a 2018 Jeep Compass, my salesman, Que was great however, they claim to do a presale inspection of the vehicle before any buyers are able to purchase, I have now had the car less than 60 days and and on the hook for a $5300 shop fee due to failing parts on the vehicle that started failing less than a week after buying the Jeep including transfer case, rack and pinion, tie rods, valve cover gaskets, electrical problems, etc. ASC warranty will cover $1700 of it but won't cover the other $3600, I have now called many times to get financial assistance from this dealer as I believe they should be held accountable, so far no assistance and no calls back. This location was very helpful while buying the car but has been 0 help after the fact. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Honestly even negative stars would be better in my opinion of my experience buying a car at this this place. I purchased a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander sport May 3rd and honestly I have regretted this to this day. When I test drove the car I realized the touch screen to the radio was not working which I informed them about when I came back from my test drive. The sales people did not seem to understand what I was saying which I honestly don't know how it was pretty straight forward. Anyways once I came back and told them this 3 men went outside to look at the car I guess they didn't believe me? They came back in and said exactly what I said the touch screen did not work. I would like to add I have never financed a car before I have always bought cars through other people, craigslist things like that. In hindsight I wish I would have brought my dad or brother because honestly I feel I would have never bought the car in the first place. They told me they would fix it if I would buy the car that day which I agreed. I called them for the next 2 weeks and either got no response or said someone would call me back. I showed up there may 24th ask to speak with a manager there wasn't one there so waited 2 hours for him to show up. They took my car and gave me a loaner. A week later I brought the loaner back because the brakes were grinding so bad. They gave me another loaner. I call multiple times asking for updates. Nothing. Finally july 19th they say its ready. I go up there and they say its still being worked on should be a few hours...its finally ready... after 2 and a half months them having my new car. I drive it off the lot and I notice cobwebs on the mirrors. Next morning I noticed spiders on them took me months to get rid of them. End of august brakes making noise my mechanic says rotors are grooved in rear and need new pads. The tires are also questionable. Today I put new car mats in my car take off the plastic they put down and in the drivers side there was tape I took that off and there is a burn hole with chunks of the floor out. They covered it up with tape so people would not see it. DO NOT buy a car here at all costs. I have told everyone I know how terrible this place is. I hope nothing else is wrong with this car because now I am wondering what else I don't know. Next spring I am looking into trying to trade this car in. These people do not care at all about their customers. I honestly believe they do the bare minimum on these cars they sell and then people realize what all is wrong with it after. The fact alone you can not get ahold of anyone is ridiculous but it makes sense now. So do yourself a favor and go buy a car elsewhere. read more

where do I start this is a horrible place to come had a appointment at 3 and talked to 4 different sales men they did our paperwork wrong when we tried to get a car we had a jeep compass to trade in only had 43000 miles on it and tried to low ball us on trade in value because Lee can't write when they asked for the keys to the jeep so they could appraise it well the dude took it as we were settled on trading it in took the jeep completely took everything out of it and throw it away and sprayed some kind of weird ass shit all in the car and out side of it when I told the sales men which is lees brother about my car he took me back into the shop to get my belongings they threw away and the cleaning guy had the nerve to tell me the trash can is right there you can go through it also we went to look at a certain car they had the nerve to ask us how much was in our bank account like we couldn't afford it the kids table and chairs were broke anyone could have gotten hurt read more

Believe these reviews... they sold my mother a car that proceeded to have catastrophic engine failure under 3k miles and the garbage warranty the pedal refuses to pay for repairs. Classic slimy sales manager fooled her into buying, after swearing up and down the car was in perfect condition. But had bald tires that could barely hold air, deep scratched paint, electrical bugs and a plethora of other issues. If you ever consider buying anything from them, seek multiple 3rd party sources for inspection and avoid the trash warranties they offer. read more

We bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado last Monday night (11/27/23). We took it for a short test drive but didn't get on the interstate (which was our mistake). On our drive home we realized the gas tank was on empty and the warning light came on to let us know that three of the four tires had low air (one as low as 27psi). When we hit 65mph the truck started to shake and the alignment was way off. When we called the dealership Tuesday we were told there wasn't anything they could do. I've bought 4-5 used cars from different dealerships in the past and I've never had issues like this .... and we always left with a full tank of gas! I initially posted the above review Tuesday. The dealership reached out to us Tues night and said if we removed the review they would see about helping us pay for the repairs. We took the truck to our mechanic today (Thursday) and found out the tires are dry rotted and need to be replaced ASAP which is going to cost is $1350. Ultimately I guess we should have looked more closely at the tires before we bought the truck. But it was dark and 20 degrees outside - again our fault for trusting them to NOT sell us a truck with bad tires. The dealership did reach out to us today and offered to pay $200 toward the cost of the tires. That doesn't even pay for one tire! I will say the buying process was easy and our salesperson (Troy) was very helpful and friendly. However I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership (or their affiliates) again. read more

Buyer beware! We purchased a vehicle here in August. The vehicle had a small drop of oil on the engine. My husband asked about it. Our salesperson had their mechanics look at it and was told it was a "loose cap". Long story short, it wasn't. And our mechanics strongly suspect the mechanics at Cincy AutoMall likely made the initial problem WAY worse. We purchased the vehicle in good faith based on what we now know was dishonest and deceptive information. A week later we paid nearly $2300 repairs. Cincy Automall refused to answer our calls or texts. I've opened a complaint with the BBB but I'll be surprised if this company does the right thing. I've tried to be patient and let Cincy Automall have time to respond but they clearly aren't going to be honest. I would never recommend this dealership. I wish I could give ZERO stars. read more
