There are luxurious leather seats with Keurig coffee varieties as you wait, but I highly recommend using their free shutle service. The driver, Leo, is a real card that tells fantastic stories as he carefully threads through traffic, keeping you entertained until getting you to your destination safely and quickly.

Then when Abby checked me in she told me that it would be a 90 minute wait. I was a little surprised and told her that I had a 9:00 appoitment. She said that she knew but it would still be 90 minutes since they don't have an express lane like other dealers. I told her again that I was not looking for an express lane, that I had made an appoitment. She continued to insist it would be 90 minutes. I decided to wait because I had a coupon for almost 1/2 off of an oil change. At 9:45 they send me a video of my car on the lift. It still had the old filter on it so I am willing to bet my car with a 9:00 appointment sat there until 9:45 until they started working on it. My car was done at 9:10 which seemed like a reasonable amount of time for a car to get an oil change and inspection done. This again reaffirmed in my mind that my car sat 45 minutes before being worked on. Don't be fooled into thinking that having an appointment means that they are going to work on your car at that time. Don't be fooled into thinking that 4 or 5 service advisors standing at their desks doing nothing means one of them is going to call you over to work with you. I don't think I will be taking my car back there.

James sent us additional information and pictures to help make our decision to come see the car. He placed a courtesy hold on the car while we made the long drive to see it and purchase the car. The dealership had a giant American flag and preferential parking for veterans which impressed me. James didn't use the typical high pressure tactics of most car lots but instead treated us like family. I highly recommend Cincy Automall. Their prices are very competitive and their associates are top of the line.

When the title arrived, Cincy AutoMall had entered the wrong address on the official state paperwork, forcing me to pay out-of-pocket to correct the title myself. Furthermore, the second key was never delivered. Over the last few weeks, I have called repeatedly seeking a resolution. Each time, I was promised a callback which never happened once. Now, they offered for me to pay out of pocket for the key they promised because they say it was either, sent to the wrong address, lost in the mail, or they promised a key that didn't exist. Within weeks of purchase, the vehicle also required $7,500 in major fuel system and transmission repairs. While I accept used vehicle repair risks, failing to honor basic sales promises and ignoring customers post-sale who is trying to resolve the issue reasonably is unacceptable business practice. All I am asking for is the second key I was promised. I will be pursuing resolution through the Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the Ohio BMV if this is not resolved by the end of the week. Buyer beware.

I changed the wipers on my Crosstrek with good wiper blades for about $25. My wife was going in for an oil change on her Impreza the following week, so I said to just have Busam change them. They were cheap looking blades and they charged her $114. I called and ended up at the Parts Dept who I was told sets the prices. They didn't care. His attitude was 'oh well, that's the price'. A few months ago, my daughter bought a used Forrester for around $10,000. She is single income and is just starting out without much money. A few weeks alter before she even made her first payment, the engine blew. Busam said it is an $18,000 repair. Her insurance investigator inspection noted the oil was black and there were metal shards in it. So, after absolutely nothing from Subaru except unreturned phone calls and an empty promise for $4000 off the purchase of a new vehicle (the promiser doesn't work there anymore) we ate the almost $9000 loan. My daughter talked talked to JP, who can't seem to understand why she isn't happy. He offered no apology or empathy, just a smug attitude. So Subaru lost a proven good customer who is $9000 poorer. And in case you are wondering, extended warranties are useless. Try collecting on one sometime.
