LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A CAR!!. The only good salesmen in this company is the black man , dayle with a Y !! He was beyond helpful, nice and had my mom's back through the entire process. He was very considerate and gave us his honest opinions/ advice when we showed up. My mom purchased a 2013 jeep compass just a few days ago and while driving in traffic the car broke down from rust to the tire rods. She paid $168 cash to get the car towed to CAC and apparently they "didn't even see" that the tire rods were even as badly rusted as they were and claimed she would be their first priority in the morning. The next day came and nobody called, nobody fixed anything or even updated us to let us know it would not be fixed yet. We had to physically go up there just to get a hold of someone because the phone rang the ENTIRE DAY, with nobody picking up but again the manager ( DALE) claimed he was in the office the whole day...yeah right. Upon arriving today to see about getting a refund for the car AND the towing fees , he told us he would get in touch with his upper management and give us a call around 1:30/2 with an answer..5 PM rolls around with no call so again we physically went up there and immediately when pulling in we made eye contact with the manager ( DALE ) and this man puts his cigarette out and runs in the office, closes his door and proceeds to CALL my mom instead of come out and talk to her like a man. Then lies to our face and says he didn't see us . All of this is to say DO NOT do business with them unless you are DESPERATE ‼‼ THANK YOU DAYLE for being wonderful! I do not recommend them because they set you up with an unprofessional finance company that tries to get extra money out of customers by telling them that their insurance is not valid on the car and they charge a arm and leg for their insurance company to cover the car. My daughter purchased a 2016 Sonic from the Fairfield location. The following day, the catalytic converter failed. Even though they were under no obligation to help my daughter with the repair, they bit the bullet and had the catalytic converter replaced at no charge to my daughter. This isn't a cheap repair, but Cincinnati Auto Credit stood behind there product and provided service above and beyond the call of duty. read more

Cincinnati auto credit actively runs a scam with jeffs auto repair in fairfield. jeffs inspects their vehicles prior to sale intentionally overlooks mechanical issues and clears the car for sale. Inevitably the vehicle is returned to them under the false pretext that it will be covered under warranty. they refuse to honnor the warranty resulting in jeffs upselling their services specifically michelle and josh at cincinnati auto credit are in on this! read more

My initial experience here with the people that sold me the car was great made the purchasing process simple as I was in a time crunch test drove several vehicles and found the one I thought was going to be the winner I have had this car about a year and I have already needed a new engine transmission and plenty more oh and the warranty they tell you that you have is a joke and please don't get my started on the financial company they use to finance your car completely trash and unprofessional I have been making triple and double payments for months and they constantly tell me I owe more than I do and never know what's going on please just do not go here I will never buy another car here. read more

After agreeing to pay $16,000 for a $6000 car (I have bad credit) one week to the day I found out the car had a bad catalytic converter. As soon as I got the car home I noticed a headlight was out. They wouldn't fix that. Ok, so my bad. I should have checked all the lights. Of course the catalytic converter was covered under the 1 yr warranty. This is an expensive repair. After a lot of arguing back and forth I finally said that I'd just bring the car back and leave it and no one would make any money! They became a little more receptive. They finally agreed to pay half. I don't like that solution but I went with it. Very unhappy with this sale. read more

Here's a update. 2 months after purchasing the vehicle, the alternator was already going bad... Really?! Not to worry, I have a 1 YR, 15,000 MILE WARRANTY SO I DON'T HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING RIGHT? Horrible Place to buy a car! RUN! My husband and I needed a vehicle so we came to this lot. We test drove a vehicle and purchased a SUV. The day after that, the AC went out, the whole frame was rusted and they would not allow us to obtain a different vehicle or return the vehicle. The financing workers have attitudes and are disrespectful. Everytime my husband went to make a payment, there was someone different working there. I am not very fond of car shopping and then all the paperwork and what not, however that being said Cincinnati Auto Credit gave me a chance and was the one that made it such a better experience. The morale of the staff definitely made the whole experience much less stressful. The folks were also very knowledgeable about everything i needed to know about the car as well as the process of buying. They gave me good advice about financing do's and dont's even though the first time i was there i left to go shop around, its nice to know that at Cincy Auto exists for more than just making a buck. Sold my Son a salvaged car that broke down after having it for 2 weeks. They continue to promise to tow it to fix it because of warranty but haven't. Refuse to give him another car or even a rental. He found out the title was salvaged through Uber. Since nothing has been done ae will have to take legal action against the Fairfield location. read more

first lets make no mistake sales and financing is two different animals at cincinnati auto credit. don sales was very professional and the g.m. that did the final paper work on 10/24/17 was very professional and deserve a high rating. now cac finance company portage financial service was totally different. portage financial is scam and are frauds and do not honor their word at all my radiator busted on car and they refused to fix it and am in arbitration currently with a arbitration company very terrible customer service and business practices be aware of anything portage financial says always get it in writing. read more

I purchased my car from Cincinnati Auto Credit on May 21st within the first 30 days it was in she shop for the faulty pass time devices that they put on the cars. After spending money on a tow I got it back and within a week it was back at Carter's for the same problem because of the poor mechanical work that was done. After 5 weeks of it being at Carter's the only thing they could come back with was that it had a bad battery. It really took 5 weeks to discover that a battery was dead??? In this time I placed my account on hold for automatic payments for my bill because I don't feel that it's right to pay for a car that has been nothing but problems since day 1! I got my car back from Carter's and what do you know the same day I was supposed to make my payment- IT BREAKS DOWN AGAIN (same issue)! I call PFSC (the finance company) to whom I've been in contact with since the beginning of this problem ( Melissa and Lisa BOTH have reached out to the servicing department on my behalf) and let them know once again that their was an issue. By their suggestion I contacted Dale, the sales manager and informed him of the problem that I've been having out the gate! He advised me that he was going to contact Thompson-MacConnell and see if someone can help me out with it. In this same conversation I made the suggestion that I can just be let out of my loan obligation and they can have the car back or requested that I be placed into something else due to the fact that I have had issues with this car since the beginning! I come home-my car is gone! I immediately contact Dale to verify that it was picked up for servicing to which he verified. I get a phone call about 20 minutes later from Jill at PFSC to notify me that yes my car had been serviced ONCE AGAIN (for the same issue that I started with within the first 30 days of me having the car) but they had the car delivered back to their lot until I pay my bill! Prior to the car issues my payments were set up on automatic payments to which I REQUESTED and was current! It is absurd to think that someone is going to continue to pay for a LEMON and pay for towing, servicing and transportation in interim for a car that breaks down every 10-14 days! Out of the 12 weeks that I've had my car from Cincinnati Auto Credit it has been in the shop for 7!!!! When I initially walked into Cincinnati Auto Credit Bryanna was cool and Dale was cool. (Of course they want to be because they want that sale!) Don't be fooled-the cars are lemons, the finance company is rude and they are shiesty when it comes down to business dealings! I have currently made a report with my local district police department for illegal repossession because at the time that the car was obtained NO paperwork had been filed nor signed off on as a repossession- the car was obtained under the pretenses of servicing! So thanks PFSC and Cincinnati Auto Credit I'll see you guys in court! read more
