    I wish I could give no stars. I found this place online and a hydrafacial was purchased for my birthday, and I invited my step daughter to get one after me. We were told we couldn't go back with the other because the room was too small but that was a lie. There were 2 extra chairs in the shape of a lounge in the back. Pros: Our faces felt clean and smooth after, the room was clean, and the lady doing the service was nice. Cons: my service was paid upfront for 90 minutes and it lasted 50 min, same with my step daughter. Plus in the middle of my step daughters service. They asked her to get up and move off the table to get to another machine. How is that relaxing? In no way was the services worth 265.00 each for the treatment. We were not given any aftercare instructions other than to drink water and use spf. We both broke out the next day. My final conclusion. Nothing added up and I felt like there was no communication. You ask for one thing you got another. The over all place felt kinda creepy until you got past the white doors. The walls are so thin that a private consultation given with the doctor can be heard in the waiting room. Part of the staff didn't look put together and play the part of a place who is promoting image. The price isn't worth the service. I would never go back. If I wanted a mediocre service I could have purchased the same kinda tools online and given myself a facial for the money spent. This was a treat to me from my partner and to not be wowed or impressed makes it a really sad and wasteful birthday present.

    I purchased a coupon thru Cincy Savers on June 29, 2016 and made an appt. When making the appt, I told the receptionist that I was using the Cincysavers coupon. When filling out the office paperwork, the first question asked was "How did you hear about us?" My answer was "Cincysavers." The coupon clearly shows that it was purchased on 6/29/16, and it expires on 2/12/17. They refused to redeem the coupon less than 2 weeks after it was purchased! After wasting almost 1.5 hours on a consultation, the Dr said that he was no longer accepting Cincy Savers. He claimed that he didn't know the coupon was still running, and refused to honor it. It's the Dr's job to know what promotions he is running--not mine! He totally refused to honor it and told me that I will have to work on a refund thru Cincy savers. This is a horrible way to promote a new business . Basically a bait and switch. I would not recommend this business.

    Terrible!! I got a tattoo removed a year ago. The scar is worse than my tattoo was. It is still raised and bright red.

    The staff is friendly and attentive. My appointments were running on time, fast and efficient. The office is clean and inviting.

I walked in thinking I made an appt with someone and I actually didn't make the appt. She overheard at the reception and took me in at 4:30pm and did highlights and a cut for me. It's rare to be able to witness such a selfless act these days to go out of the way for someone else. The staff at the front desk are so helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, etc. I can't say enough good things about Kim Harper Salon and Heather and the staff!

She refuses to do more than one coat. I came back the first time when this happened and the man there said "he" always does two coats. He had to fix her mess because she wasn't there. While fixing it he did two coats for me, but he whined and complained too much the whole time he wasn't gonna get paid because it was a redo. There was no apology. There was no thought given to the fact that I had to have my already thin nails scraped out again, so he could scrape off what had just been done a day ago which really hurt and damaged my nails, I had to take off from my time again, and he wanted me to pay him some kind of tip or payment because he was whining that he's not gonna get paid. I asked him if his company had any kind of policy if nails have to be redone the next day by a different technician . He said no, and the whole time he was doing my nails he annoyed me while hinting for a tip. I told him he should talk to his boss about that. It really made me irritated how he only felt bad for himself and acted like he was doing me a big favor when I was just there two days ago, paid tip and spent the time and this all had to be ripped off and redone. He had no understanding of my inconvenience only his own. He whined so much I decided I would not give a tip since he was acting poorly. But I came back and put five dollars on his desk because I guess I thought I should - leave something, not because I wanted to . He was in the bathroom or back , so who knows if he knows I left it . ? I laid it on top of his desk, the person that actually messed up my Nails was there when I came back doing someone else's nails. no apology was given. I came back like a fool another time , (because their prices are good. ) The two of them looked grumpy. There was a terrible atmosphere in their place. They were doing other peoples nails, and then they gave me someone who acted like she couldn't speak English and when I asked her to soak my nails instead of using the drill, she pretended to not to hear me and ignored me. I asked them if I needed to leave or were they going to get me something to soak my nails off they did but they were rude. I came back again before I was leaving for two weeks for Italy. I got that woman again who refused to do more than one coat . She was rude and uncaring. They are not the owners and don't care if they lose business. (second day into my trip in Europe the gel peeled off. A complete waste of money . We ended up having words when she went to do my toes, they were so rude. I walked out and did not want to pay but she threatened to call police. I paid . they peeled right off again 2nd day in Europe! At one point it was really funny because she called "me " rude. I was not rude. I had to go to another salon to get my toes done after I left them. Please do not go there. I was attracted to their lower prices than the prices in Montgomery, but it was a complete waste of time and money. They behave like they hate their jobs are miserable and resentful toward their customers. I strongly recommend not going here .
