Unfortunately, those promises never translated into satisfactory results.
Despite spending a significant amount of money and attending multiple appointments, I did not receive the outcome that was discussed. Each time I expressed concerns, I felt like I was given more reassurance and promises rather than meaningful solutions. Instead of feeling heard, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated.
What bothered me most was that I felt I was repeatedly given false promises about what would be done and what results I could expect. Looking back, I no longer feel those assurances were honest or realistic. When I raised concerns, instead of being met with understanding, I felt I was treated rudely and made to feel as though my face was the problem rather than the treatment I had received. Instead of taking accountability or genuinely trying to address my concerns, I felt blamed for an outcome I had trusted them to help me achieve.
The final results were nowhere near what I was led to expect, and the entire experience left me feeling misled, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. Cosmetic procedures require trust, honesty, and accountability, and I did not experience those qualities here.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider. If you're considering treatment, I encourage you to do extensive research, ask detailed questions, seek multiple opinions, and choose a provider who communicates honestly, treats patients with respect, and stands behind their work.
