Dr. Hovermale used to be wonderful but in the past year I have seen a steady decline that has led me to search for a new primary care doctor. I am wondering if she's being pressured to see more patients or if something else is going on. She seems to want to get out of the room ASAP, will not answer questions thoroughly and has made mistakes with medication changes, without admitting it. I was very involved and interested in my diagnosis and treatment so was thankful to have caught the mistake. I am extremely disappointed because I used to truly like her personality and willingness to get to know patients. I am a health care provider myself and know that certain things are out of our control, but I don't believe one should resort to inconsiderate behavior (not apologizing when running over an hour behind, making mistakes, etc.) and sacrificing quality care for quantity. I would not recommend Dr. Hovermale anymore. read more
