I cannot say enough good things about this facility, and specifically Dr. Huang and phlebotomist…read moreBob. The front desk is courteous and helpful. I will say they are better in person. Sometimes on the phone they seem to be rushing, but when you are in front of them, they take such good care. Dr. Huang is absolutely worth the 30 minute drive from my home. He is focused, answers questions and concerns with compassion and clarity, and asks good follow up questions so you don't leave feeling like you have missed something. It's awesome. Bob, hands down, is a treasure. Every single time I have needed an immunization, flu shot, or blood drawn, this man has been positive, caring, and gentle. He practices painless precision and as someone who would rather eat glass than get a needle in my arm, I can say he has never been impatient or whoopsied and caused pain. He just gets in. Plus, with his beard, he looks a little like Santa. It is a wonderful practice with good people. If you are looking for a PCP, I cannot recommend them higher.

I was recommended to Dr. Metz's office for consultation and allergy testing, I was quickly scheduled. I was immediately greeted when I walked into the office by the receptionist and she efficiently double checked my information and I only had to update one form for them (excellent!). I was called back within 5 minutes, basically enough time to fill out the form - seriously :-) !! My nurse was super nice and explained everything that was going to take place for my appointment. Dr. Metz came in and spent a significant amount of time with me going over my history and finding out what kind of problems I was having. She then explained what the allergy testing would consist of. My nurse came back in, and again took the time to explain the testing and asked if I had any questions before we began. The actual testing was quick and painless, there are no needles involved - it's just a skin scratch now - bonus- I suppose! After all that, Dr. Metz came back in and again, spent another significant amount of time with me going over the results and a plan of action. I never once felt rushed or that they did not have time for me. It really feels like they cater to their patients. I am so happy, I definitely recommend Dr. Metz and her staff if you are having any kind of allergy, sinus or asthma problems! They so totally rock!

A couple of years ago that I got strep throat twice with a month apart from each time. First time,…read moreI went to urgent care as it was getting worse and got my prescription but costed me over $200 for it. When I got it the second time, because I felt my throat started feeling sore like the first time and thought to go to see Linker, as I thought it would be cheaper to go to him and he would do a swab test like they did. It should have been simple, but Linker was being stubborn and said I was fine and noticed anything wrong, even though I tried to tell him how I got it the first time and it felt how it started the last time. The man just huffed at me, walked fast out of the room and finally came back with the swab test. And you know what? He ate his own words and I was right and finally got my prescription and started taking better precautions about catching strep. Bottom line: my parents seem to like him, but to me he's not a good doctor at all to me: he has an ego, gives generic advice, and doesn't give proper help for much of anything. Plus his bedside manner is pretty bad. I wait so long to see him, and then he talks to you and it's over in five minutes! Even recently when I was walking out the door, I tried to talk to him about some sore muscles, but he just nods his head and then says goodbye. Seriously, I need to find a different doctor.

That was the only "care" I received -- no prescription, no real assistance. My appointment was at 11 a.m., and I had to wait 30 minutes for the doctor. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I called later, they claimed they couldn't understand me and simply hung up. This experience was unacceptable. Asking those kinds of questions without providing any actual help is not only inappropriate but also shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect for patients. If someone truly wants to end their life, they are unlikely to answer such questions honestly. Asking every patient these same questions in this way does not feel helpful or effective. In many cases, appropriate treatment, including antidepressants, can actually help people much more. Honestly, this was one of the least helpful experiences I've had in a medical setting in the United States. I came for help, but instead felt dismissed and misunderstood.

This institution deserves every bad review and more. Like the other mental health facilities in…read morearea they've jumped on the Medicaid bandwagon, making it difficult to leave once admitted so they can bill, bill, without providing much in way of care, mostly warehousing patients. Little to no compassion, defensive, uncommunicative staff who are often found simply sitting. Other private pay services may be better but have no experience so can't evaluate. On plus side, facilities appear pleasant and visiting hours liberal. Be eternally grateful if neither you nor your family have no need for mental health services; the state of care is an absolute crime in this country

So ten years later when I was experiencing some discomfort with a cartilage piercing, I returned to her office. COMPLETELY different experience. Both Dr. Greenfield and Dr. Fu made outrageously dangerous calls on how to treat my "infection." After giving it a once over and never having a culture sent out for testing, Dr. Greenfield said I had such a serious infection that I would have to have nurses come to my home and give me intravenous drugs through a port that I would have to have put in my chest. I thought this was extreme, so I went to Dr. Fu for a second opinion. She seemed very surprised by both the diagnosis and the fact that nothing had been swabbed and tested. So at first, I was relieved. But then, she herself never took a sample for testing! She never even LOOKED at my ear! All of her guesses were done from across the room without ever even examining me. She put me on a string of antibiotics and steroid creams to kill the infection, and when nothing changed--except me having such a strong reaction to them that I vomited on the side of the highway and was having trouble breathing--she said that I must have been allergic to the type of metal and would have to take them out. Not only is taking the jewelry out when there is an infection present against every bit of professional advice out there--because the hole will close up and not allow the wound to drain--but her assumption that I was allergic also didn't make sense. It was the same type of metal I'd been wearing for ten years everywhere else. I knew it was time to leave when Dr. Fu said I could "make a statement some other way." What statement? I just liked the way it looked. I couldn't believe that she would be so judgmental. So after all that, I went to another doctor who actually sent out for lab testing and did a close examination of my ear. He said it never was infected! Turns out all I needed was some sea salt soaks and antibacterial soap, and the mild swelling went down! I would NEVER go to Dr. Fu or Dr. Greenfield again. And if you value reasoned, objective thinking in your dermatologist, I suggest you avoid them as well.

I had an intense mole removal procedure during which she left in the middle of the procedure to go get a glass of water. I was left in the room with a hole in my chest while listening to the assistant complain about not getting her lunch break.
