Dr. Grubb sewed up my husband's split lip quickly and as well as a plastic surgeon! And the follow up was terrific!

I cannot say enough good things about this facility, and specifically Dr. Huang and phlebotomist…read moreBob. The front desk is courteous and helpful. I will say they are better in person. Sometimes on the phone they seem to be rushing, but when you are in front of them, they take such good care. Dr. Huang is absolutely worth the 30 minute drive from my home. He is focused, answers questions and concerns with compassion and clarity, and asks good follow up questions so you don't leave feeling like you have missed something. It's awesome. Bob, hands down, is a treasure. Every single time I have needed an immunization, flu shot, or blood drawn, this man has been positive, caring, and gentle. He practices painless precision and as someone who would rather eat glass than get a needle in my arm, I can say he has never been impatient or whoopsied and caused pain. He just gets in. Plus, with his beard, he looks a little like Santa. It is a wonderful practice with good people. If you are looking for a PCP, I cannot recommend them higher.

I was recommended to Dr. Metz's office for consultation and allergy testing, I was quickly scheduled. I was immediately greeted when I walked into the office by the receptionist and she efficiently double checked my information and I only had to update one form for them (excellent!). I was called back within 5 minutes, basically enough time to fill out the form - seriously :-) !! My nurse was super nice and explained everything that was going to take place for my appointment. Dr. Metz came in and spent a significant amount of time with me going over my history and finding out what kind of problems I was having. She then explained what the allergy testing would consist of. My nurse came back in, and again took the time to explain the testing and asked if I had any questions before we began. The actual testing was quick and painless, there are no needles involved - it's just a skin scratch now - bonus- I suppose! After all that, Dr. Metz came back in and again, spent another significant amount of time with me going over the results and a plan of action. I never once felt rushed or that they did not have time for me. It really feels like they cater to their patients. I am so happy, I definitely recommend Dr. Metz and her staff if you are having any kind of allergy, sinus or asthma problems! They so totally rock!

A couple of years ago that I got strep throat twice with a month apart from each time. First time,…read moreI went to urgent care as it was getting worse and got my prescription but costed me over $200 for it. When I got it the second time, because I felt my throat started feeling sore like the first time and thought to go to see Linker, as I thought it would be cheaper to go to him and he would do a swab test like they did. It should have been simple, but Linker was being stubborn and said I was fine and noticed anything wrong, even though I tried to tell him how I got it the first time and it felt how it started the last time. The man just huffed at me, walked fast out of the room and finally came back with the swab test. And you know what? He ate his own words and I was right and finally got my prescription and started taking better precautions about catching strep. Bottom line: my parents seem to like him, but to me he's not a good doctor at all to me: he has an ego, gives generic advice, and doesn't give proper help for much of anything. Plus his bedside manner is pretty bad. I wait so long to see him, and then he talks to you and it's over in five minutes! Even recently when I was walking out the door, I tried to talk to him about some sore muscles, but he just nods his head and then says goodbye. Seriously, I need to find a different doctor.

That's probably mostly because it's a pain in the ass to find a new family physician though... As a teenager, I had frequent bouts of strep throat, but never the kind that was detected by the rapid swab tests. Even though this became apparent rather quickly, I can't tell you the number of times I had to make numerous trips to Dr. Farber's office when my rapid tests would come back negative and he would tell me it wasn't strep, yet a few days later, the symptoms persisted. I will give their office props for one thing, though: Shortly after I graduated college and was unemployed with no health insurance, I broke my foot. Since I was an established patient at the office, they worked with me to charge me a minimal amount for my visit and they also worked out a deal with the imaging center where I had my x-ray. I was so grateful not to have to worry about being able to afford getting care for my foot and they took excellent care of me. So, while he might not be the sharpest crayon in the medical box, Dr. Farber is a great guy, and he does look out for his patients.

If you need maintenance meds for high blood pressure cholesterol it's all right, but if you wanna be heard, don't waste your time, bro, they act like they know more than you (even though you tell your symptoms clear)and they don't listen. I've been suffering with chronic pancreatitis for six long months. Was suffering one day asked if I could be seen I could be seen for a tetanus shot, but I couldn't be treated for my pain and suffering, but they were open to give a shot. I had to go to urgent care where the doctor there was kind of enough to give me the things that I need for my pancreatitis, such as enzymes , nausea, medicine, with toradol a trio of course that made me better in 24 hours. And don't bother telling them what hurts they'll send you to another doctor or say it's all in your head, if you're a mental health patient because if your a mental health patient you aren't allowed to have bad days(they have to be normal all the time.) I've never went in asking for pain meds outright . You don't do that, you tell them something hurts and they're supposed to give you something for it and I've been telling them for six months since October of last my year. My labs have shot up and down and they're clueless every time I went in. I said, could it be this or could it be that? I'm not a doctor. I can't figure it out. I didn't go to school for it. This place is a joke. The only cool person is the head nurse charge Jenny. She'll listen to you and have empathy and compassion. And the secretary is cool to
