There are many doctors and nurse practitioners at these 3 locations. We started by seeing Dr. Bob and his awesome shoe collection! He is so kind and caring. He is so calm when you are the panicked parent. When my youngest had some weird bumps on her hands and the dermatologist said it would be a while before we could get in, Dr. Bob made a call and got us in faster! We love Dr. Bob! He is at the Lebanon and Landen offices which are the locations we use. I'm also offering a special shout out to Dr. Rankin! When my youngest was struggling to get well, she and I had a great discussion which led to diagnosing my daughter with a syndrome we didn't know she had. I will forever be grateful for that lifesaving conversation we had! She took the time to listen and it made the world of difference! The nurses here are also good for when you aren't sure if you should come in or not. I've left many a message and waited for a call back. They do always call back, though I was wish they were a little faster sometimes. Beth is one of my favorite nurses! She is also kind and she explains things in a way that make it easy to understand. There is a new online check-in system which has sped up the registration process. I've sent a few friends in the direction of Northeast Peds and they have continued to be happy customers as well.

They are an incredibly caring, professional group of individuals. They have been outstanding in dealing with whatever health issues have arisen in a timely and effective manner. We would not trust the health of our kids to anyone else. The office staff is professional and respectful at all times and been a pleasure to deal with. This group is simply outstanding!

I Googled the practice to have a quick and easy way to get to the website, saw these Yelp reviews…read moreand had to stop to leave my own. I was SHOCKED by them. Hopefully, I can give some good and current information to those seeking a new pediatrician. I have been with this practice since I was young enough to be there. My 4 children have all been patients and just their care alone has covered the past 25 years. We have not seen every doctor in that time span, but have seen the majority of them. Over the years they have been seen routinely, for illness, for mental health reasons and for medical emergencies. Because of their diligence, care and concern, two of my children are alive after extremely scary situations - one that happened when my son was an infant and one when one of my other children was 12. The good: Aside from a doctor years ago who is no longer with the practice, we have always been listened to. Our current pediatrician who we see for routine visits and ADHD follow-up is a PARTNER with us. He listens, thinks outside the box, empathizes and we never feel dumb asking questions or asking for help. Two of my children have extra needs - so we see numerous doctors outside of Suburban. A doctor like this is hard to come by and we are so grateful for him. He always remembers the little things, always treats my kids like their opinions and needs matter and we never leave a visit without laughing. We NEVER feel rushed and we never wait long. I have gone to visits at Children's before where we have waited 2 hours to see a doctor for 10 minutes. We never wait more than a few minutes for the doctor to come in and nurses are in to do vitals almost immediately once we are in a room. We often have to see other doctors or nurse practitioners for sick visits and they have always been nice and thorough. If they feel they need another opinion of one of the senior doctors they never hesitate to seek them out. We NEVER have had to go back for test results like one of the other reviews mentioned. In fact, the nurses always call as soon as they receive them and the doctors have even personally called me from time to time with test results or to check up on us. For sick visits, we are always seen the same day even on the weekend. We have had doctors meet us at the practice after hours on the weekend as well for more serious needs. They honestly go above and beyond. The billing office has always been great at answering questions and has sorted out annoying insurance issues for us several times. The bad: The front desk staff hasn't always been the best over the years. Sometimes they are great. Sometimes they aren't super personable. Once you get past them, the service is great. It is sometimes frustrating to call and not get a person. Almost always I have to leave a message to have someone call me back. That can be frustrating if you are calling from work and can't sit by the phone. However, they do have a patient portal system where you can message nurses and doctors and I always get my messages answered quickly using that system. Professionally I work with children and I have sent numerous families there over the years. I have never had any of them complain or say anything but great things. Hopefully, this has been helpful! We will always be Suburban patients!
