The staff is extremely rude unprofessional, and do not care about the patients at all they bill you inaccurately and are probably the most rude nursing staff I've ever met in my entire life. I would trust a 1700s Dr before going back to these people. read more

This place is great, even when handling patients who are entitled and abusive towards them, they still handle themselves with grace and professionalism. My last visit I witnessed such an encounter and it made me realize how tough their job can be because lets be for real, no one wants to go to the doctor. Highly recommend these guys should you need minor medical care. read more

I got there at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday and found out they don't open till 10. stood outside the door so I would be first and not be late for work. as soon as we go in receptionist said doctor called in and was running late. 50 minutes later I was called back. No apologies from doctor. Stood in doorway of room to ask what was taking so long for my X-ray and receptionist snapped at me saying it violated Hipa laws for me to see patients walk by. Doesn't matter that I sat for almost an hour looking at them in waiting room. Receptionist was extremely rude every time I tried to talk to her. was so late for work. very unprofessional people working there. would not go back. read more

i went here for a PCR corona test for international travel. I got the results the back and the documentation the same day and the price wasn`t bad ($150..00) . My problem is I called them the day before and asked about the corona test and the receptionist told me they " wouldn`t fill out my test documentation," and the price was "for the test only." But when I went to the clinic the nurse or nurse practitioner was very nice and said "it was no problem" and "they do it all the time." i was stressed about the procedure all night and if I would have any problems returning to my home country and this could have been avoided. The receptionist should have been better educated on their rules and procedures and not have answered a question in the negative without checking with their doctor or nurse. read more

Over the past 2 years I have taken a friend to this facility 4 times. We went yesterday for her again and I went myself a month ago in January. We chose Monroe Urgent care because each time our GP was eith closed or could not get us in and / or it was easier than going to the ER. Although they may not have the title of Medical doctor yet, the Physicians here have always been if not equal, more often superior to my regular GP or anyone at the ER room....so don;t be a snob. These people get you in and out fast by comparison and I have found (unlike the ER of my GP) they take care of what is making you feel sick be it an infection or what, and there isn't any of this nonsense where yo have to return ein 2 weeks because you relapse or they were too conservative. Also, the receptionists and Nurses are highly competent and helpful too. If I could, I would let thesefolks be my regular medical facility. So///don;t be a snob. It isn;t who treats you it is how effective they are. This place is great and you are in and out much faster than an ER room any time. read more

Best urgent care I've ever been to! This was my second visit there. The first was with my son, and on this day my husband. The nurse was very friendly, and the PA Bryan was very personable and attentive to my husband. Will definitely continue returning here as needed for my family's medical needs. This urgent care has terrible service. I came in to be seen for a UTI and the receptionists immediately told me that I have Medicaid and they don't take Medicaid. I'm not sure why they told me what insurance I have before they even knew or had a conversation with me but they turned me away and told me to go to the hospital. They did not try to help me in anyway and were very difficult. I've gone to a ton of different urgent cares throughout the US, as I travel a lot, so I'm not sure why this urgent care decided they don't take my insurance without even knowing what it was especially considering everyone other urgent care I've gone to takes me in with no problem. If you want decent service, go elsewhere. read more

We just came in for our kid's fever today, which turned out to be an ear infection. Bryan, a PA two has spent years working in the ER, was absolutely wonderful, despite our little guy being a fighter. He was kind, friendly, and super informative. Bryan went out of his way and above and beyond to make sure we had the best care and highest service possible. We're so glad we came here, felt we were in good hands, and are happy to know we can return to this convenient location for our future needs. I highly recommend this urgent care practice! read more

I've been to several urgent cares in my life, and this one is by far the most concerned about its patients. It's not about just making money to them, it's about solving problems and diagnosing issues. I've had so much trouble with doctors not only getting on their schedule, but with their billing as well, and I found that I would almost rather go to this urgent care than work with doctors offices anymore. It was a lot simpler, faster, and all around easier. read more

I went in with a dislocated / broken toe. Needless to say I was in pretty bad pain. The friendly staff put me at ease and they had me patched up in no time. I was able to see the before and after X-rays. Everyone was very down to earth and kind. I debated between the ER and urgent care. In hindsight, I'm very glad that I choose these folks. YMMV but I will definitely be heading back (hopefully not soon). read more

The service here is okay, but it's expensive, so beware! For a basic office visit with a physician's assistant, we were billed $426. I called the billing department to see if a mistake had been made and was informed that this is the correct rate, so depending on what your insurance covers, you could be stuck with a hefty bill for minimal service. read more

I will start by saying that I generally hate going to Urgent Care's for anything. They always take too long and the experience is never that impressive. However I was thrilled with the care that I received here. I was in and out in less than an hour, including registration as a new patient, getting X-rays and treatment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming here for care in the future! read more
