Front desk lady was incredibly rude and very impatient. This is the last thing you want when you are already feeling under the weather. She made me feel like she was doing me a favor by typing my info into the computer. She was also talking super loud so the entire waiting room can hear yourprivate info. The nurses and the doctor were very kind and compassionate. They called me on Sunday to give me results of tests. Nurse Allison was incredibly RUDE!!!!! She hung up on me. This business should rethink who they hire! Blows my Mind that healthcare professionals can treat people this way. read more

if there is a negative star that's what they deserve. you need a whole day in order to be seen here my appointment was at 10am I was still there until 1pm this time no appointment but there was only 1 person ahead of me waited 4 hours doctor barely come for 2 mints wtf is that even mean even after that it took them 30 mints to send the prescription. please start saving time you are getting paid to talk there I am not I got kids and family to feed . there is no way dr will take that long if he is only coming to see patients for 2 mints. read more

My wife and I are senior citizens. I recently (5 days ago) underwent back surgery. My bride has been my caregiver during recovery. She began feeling bad Sunday evening and by Monday was convinced she had Covid, which a home test confirmed. Of note is that we both have several co-morbidities We anticipated a long wait since we were walk-ins. After about an hour and a half, a staff member came in and performed a test. 15 minutes later Rachel Creevy D'Errico, CNP came in and told us it was confirmed. Knowing we were both a bit nervous, she took her time and in a calm, soothing, but highly professional manner described our options in clear language. She helped us get set up for a treatment protocol. She also tested me just to be safe. We can't thank her and Tri-Health Priority Care enough for their compassion, empathy, and skill. Beware possible insurance fraud. Went to this urgent care as trihealth is in network on my insurance and I get out of network bill because doctor that read x ray is out of network. What a scam. They won't bill facility because then it would be in network and they won't get paid as much. Also, conviently, operator hangs up so I can't leave a bad review on the phone. Buyer beware, this isn't the first time I've had issues with trihealth billing that they won't fix. Won't be using trihealth anymore read more

My experience started year ago. I got Shoulder dislocation. Ask a help on a way to them (by phone). They give me know that they have experienced doctor. In one hour at the office they give me one tablet Tylenol . After doctor take a a look a shoulder he tell that he don't have experience to do it. (Also he try to sell me a hand holder) In a month I got a bill (600+$) the way they make a money get scared me. I so feel bad for it. I try to dispute it, but the company doesn't won't to do it. So right now I got a deal with collection company. So if you have a choice to go somewhere else (even One star hospital) , my choice to be away from THPC . P.S. I was in pain on so high level all that time (11 of 10). Barely can talk. I wish my note can help someone. Be careful with this guys. His was the closest health care to where I work which is why I went here. The people are super nice and everyone is really professional. However, I've been here going on three hours. It took two hours just I be seen. I did see a "reserve your spot" online option so I may try that next time. I had to have a strep test done which was supposed to take 5-10 min; it has now been 30 min. I'm really not a fan at the efficiency of this place. I'm not sure if I'll be back. read more

I am on Medicare with a $0.00 copay for seeing a primary physician in my supplemental insurance provider's network and a $40.00 copay for seeing a specialist in their network. I go to TriHealth Urgent Care for colds/sore throats for immediate relief instead of waiting a few days to see my primary care physician. On March 18, 2019, after waiting around an hour, I was seen by a physician's assistant and not a medical doctor. I don't know if there were no physicians on duty or a simple chest cold was handed off to an PA, but, I was checked and a prescription sent to my pharmacy for an antibiotic. Today, AUGUST 1, 2019, I received a bill from TriHealth for $40.00 and was advised by the TriHealth billing department that the physician assistant was billed as a SPECIALIST and I am responsible for the $40.00 my insurance provided did not pay. I contacted my supplemental insurance provider and am filing an appeal. It is not the money, it is the fact that the patient should not have to quiz the medical provider about their educational background of their staff. I certainly would not consider a physician's assistant a specialist. One can only wonder how many other people were cheated out of money and silently accepted the bill by being treated by someone other than a medical doctor. read more

If you have a serious condition do not waste time nor money here. They are very nice, helpful and kind, however, far from experts in the medical field. My experience only try at your own risk. Good luck! read more

This place was great, everyone was very kind and caring, and the doctor was sooooo good with my little boy and provided very good care. I worked in a hospital for many years and am very critical of cleanliness, I was impressed at seeing the staff constantly wiping things down with CaviWipes, including the sign-in pen and clipboard.
