The biscuit was just as good, huge, fluffy, and basically a meal by itself. The food across the board was exactly what I wanted from a spot like this. The avocado, bacon, and tomato omelet was excellent. I don't usually love tomato, but it added just enough brightness to make the whole thing work. The eggs, grits, and chicken and waffles were all solid in the best possible way. Nothing here is trying to be trendy or overcomplicated.
