When I arrived at the shop, everyone was friendly and made us feel welcomed. I was given a paper to fill out and Ana asked me questions about what I wanted and asked me to show her pictures of dresses I liked. We also discussed the venue and my budget. From then, Ana got to work and picked 8 dresses that fit the style, feel and budget I had described. She included 2 extra that did not fit the style but she thought would look great on me. No one tried to push a more expensive dress on me or make me feel uncomfortable. I tried all the dresses but my mom, friend and I all fell in love with the first one I tried on. While trying on the dresses, we discussed possible improvements for each, what I liked and did not like. The type of fabric and embellishments. She made it clear that mostly everything about each of the dresses was customizable so if I did not love one detail but loved the rest, we could change it. At the end, I bought the first dress I tried on. The dress I fell in love with. One week later, I still do not know the designer and I don't care about that because I love the dress. It was under budget and I felt beautiful in it. Also, alterations are free of charge.

There settings were gorgeous. The lady that came to the site to run the ceremony was very reserved and patient. The was a lovely soothing calmness to her that make the whole chaos of the attire change during the wedding more relaxing. The company also provided us with an English script explanation of the Paebaek. We actually had to edit some of the English grammar but it was no big deal. Our guests commented on the lovely Paebaek and Korean friends who had the Paebaek ceremony commented that they appreciated the explanation as well. When I dropped off my dress, she didn't even ask for my name or contact information--I had to offer it. She only accepts cash, and her pricing isn't even competitive, so there's no value for the money. On top of that, the shop itself is dirty and unwelcoming. There was water dripping above the entrance, a musty smell throughout, and the space was cluttered and grimy. Even the changing room was unpleasant. Save yourself the stress and disappointment--do not bring your dress here.

I can't figure out why he did such beautiful work on my wedding dress before but such a poor work on a suit, which doesn't make sense to me. I would not recommend you to take your suit here to be altered though.

I believe that their bread and butter is shortening pants and minor alterations, so I was so relieved to find Mr. Sung, who is a trained tailor who makes suits AND dresses. I will say I had a great experience with hair/makeup and dress but photography was such a horrible experience. We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.
