1/5 Visited this CiCi's and it was a rough experience. The smell when you walk in is awful, and staff weren't wearing gloves while handling the food -- that's a big concern for a buffet. Asked an employee if we could dine in and she said she didn't know, which was surprising. We were eventually told we couldn't eat there since we hadn't paid for the buffet, so we left. The outside was also pretty dirty. The staff were friendly, which I appreciated -- but not enough to make up for everything else. The pizza options were pleasantly cool and tasty, like that Salad-Pizza combo. The desserts great as usual, and the music in the background adds a nice touch. Except those New-Kids (2025/2024) music for those younger lads. I prefer music from the early 2010s to mid 2020s (2020 to 2024). Any genre is fine. Just a opinion tho, k? I have been to several Cicis', this was by far the worst experience. My wife and I went in less than an hour after they opened. The salad had so much browning on the lettuce, the pasta looked dried out and the soup appeared to have been reheated. When my wife asked for a special-made pizza, something she'd done several times before at other locations, they not only didn't call her name when it was ready, they placed it on the line without mentioning at the time she ordered it that it would be there. Once she realized it was out, half of it had been taken by other people and then when she started to eat it, it was undercooked. The pieces of pizza I had were not much better with crust that was tough to chew. And unlike any other restaurant I've ever been to that was not a fast food place, we were expected to put our own plates in a bin instead of having someone come by to pick them up. Recently been some changes to the place with less options at the saladbar like pickles, nuts, and other condiments. And also their personal pizza topping choices are more limited to choose from. Even prices went up a bit to. Honestly was a pretty awful experiance last time I went - I and suspecting that they are even skimping on the ammount of toppings in general, but will require another visit to be more certain. If there was a way to leave a review with negative stars, they would get it! The pizza is in a nose dive from what they once had. The music on full blast, most of the staff on their phones and not giving a crap has a lot to do with it. There were about 3 guys actually 'working'. This Cici's is the dirtiest, most grimy establishment I've ever encountered in person. The floor was dirty and slippery, the tables were sticky, and you had to pick and choose which plate was safe to use... At one point, my daughter went to play the basketball game and returned to tell me the balls were all sticky... I made sure to have the kids wash their hands before leaving! Very hit or miss, but what do you expect for a ten buck buffet of pizza? Gets the job done.

The flies alone should have been enough of a warning. While I understand that Cici's is a budget friendly pizza establishment, I have never been to one like this. The pizza was soggy, multiple flies were landing in the salad bar, trash was everywhere on the floor, and tables went 10-15 minutes before being bussed. It honestly felt like I stepped into another world to eat. Perhaps I should have said something, but it really didn't feel like it would have made a difference. read more

Terrible! I remember when Cici's was affordable. Now it's nearly $10 for a buffet and drink. Before it was inexpensive which made up for the crappy pizza. Now, it's just high priced crappy pizza. It makes Little Caesars look gourmet. read more

Pizza is decent. Sometimes chewy, hard to take a bite. Arcade is worst part. Most if not all games are at least 75 cents yet half the buttons don't work or it takes your money so you'd think they have the funds to fix the shyt. Edit: came back a month after this review. This used to be one of my favorite places to bring my kids to eat. The prices have went up and the quality of the food has went down. It was so filthy my 9 yr old little boy would not even use the restroom he said there was puke all over the floor. We will definitely never be stepping foot in here again. read more

Staff horribly rude and management seems unconcerned. I always place to go orders with CiCi's and I order a specific pizza. One particular time, the order was incorrect. I take it back inside and let them know what was wrong politely. The young lady, Bryona, does not respond verbally. She snatched the pizza and threw it. I call out 'Ma'am?" a couple of times as she goes around the corner to make a new pizza. I go around the corner and ask for a refund because with her attitude, I absolutely did not want her to make me a new pizza. She rolls her eyes and ignores me as I am calmly speaking. I had to raise my voice to get her attention and she rudely walks back towards me. I ask for the manager and she reluctantly gets her. I still don't know the manager 's name. I explained to her the situation and she apologizes. I requested for someone else to make the pizza. She told me that she could do it. I then ask for the owner's name and phone number as well as for Bryona's name. She writes it down and she then makes the new pizza. My ongoing problem is that I continue to hear Bryona telling her version of the story - totally opposite of the truth. The manager has no reaction on her face. As the manager is bringing me the pizza, Bryona is standing right behind her smiling. In all of the time I have patronized this place with take out, I have never been treated so poorly by a characterless, indistinct young person. I hope this changes for the future of your business as a whole. read more
