If I could give a '0' rating for this business, I would. I have been going to this establishment since My 40something yr old son was 5 - 35+ years. We have had birthday parties, church outings and activities and many family days here. It is SOOOO VERY SAD to see it in the condition that it is currently! The location is wonderful, the terracing of the landscape and the opportunities are all there!!! Why can't someone (the current owners or a new buyer) see the potential and take hold of the possibilities and give the Longview area a wonderful place for family fun again?!? I was looking to get my mini golf fix in, so the closest spot I could find was Putt-Putt Golf and Games. It turned out to be a decent putt putt place. Putt-Putt golf and games has 2 18 hole courses, a small game room and batting cages. The putt putt courses are pretty easy, but there is enough variety to keep it interesting. They offer a discount if you play both courses at the same time. The courses are a little dated and worn, but otherwise in good shape. I think the back course is my favorite of the 2. They also have a small game room, most of the games are on the older side, and they still use tokens here, something you do not see too often anymore. I did not try the batting cages. Overall the best putt-putt corse in the area, but there are not many other options. As long you do go in expecting the world you will not be disappointed. read more

Sad state of repairs. Carpet needs replacing on many holes. Cave is falling apart, wooden benches are really old and some flat dangerous. A big hole in wooden bridge is going to cause someone to really get hurt. Many arcade games were out of order. all in all, very disappointing to my grandkids and us. read more

I love this place and it holds a lot of memories for me. With that being said, whoever owns this place has completely given up. It's run down really bad. I was just there and the course is so fun but it's falling apart. Almost none of the games inside work anymore. I am all for raising the prices if that's what it takes to spruce the place up and keep it alive. read more

There were 52 light bulbs out on the courses. The back course was so dark we couldn't see how to play or score our card. It was very dangerous for us as I was pushing a stroller and couldn't see where I was walking. Plus the walk way isn't wide enough for a small umbrella stroller. Finally just had to sit and wait on the older kids. Waste of my money. read more

Putt putt, arcade & batting cages! There are 2 different courses to choose from. Very nice ambience at night while playing. The arcade is pretty outdated, but the games will do. Everything was 1 token, except for Deal Or No Deal. Batting cages were fun. Equipment very up to date. Tokens were $2 each, or 3 for $5. If you didn't bring your helmet and bat, they have some you can borrow. Extremely nice people that work there. Very affordable. They had a spring/summer special going on. You'd get both courses of mini golf and 2 tokens to the batting cages for $10 per person. Kids had a great time! read more

very horrible experience!! do not recommend anyone to go here for birthday parties or even golfing period. my wife called a month ahead to reserve the party room for this saturday and specifically told the guy we need it reserved from 1-3pm and even heard my wife tell him on the phone when we called. this kid is the most rudest, narcissistic a-hole i have met in my life. he basically told us that we are stupid and that we made the reservation at 12 instead of 1. i have never seen a manager so incompetent to run a business this way. just to tell a customer they are wrong and that he never makes mistakes. instead he called us both a big liar. then on top of it, instead of him trying to make it right when a customer is upset, he threatens to kick me out. very unprofessional. the courses have not had repairs done in at least two decades, half the gaming machines are out of order, and the party room would have cost us $150. the party room was so disgusting for that price. ive been going there since i was a kid and brought my children there many times before. i will no longer do any business with this place until staff is fired and new ownership. read more

We had a great time...we were looking for that one last thing to do before leaving Longview and this was perfect! The price was right. Came 40 minutes before closing. VERY rude service, closed registers down early, acted like we were a inconvenience, turned lights off inside 30 minute before close. We came to play putt putt but didn't have time for a whole game so we did the batting cage but only 3 rounds. When we went to purchase more tokens he did not make eye contact and replied the registers were closed already. Very poor service, not sure how they earned a "Longview Locals Love Us" award for this year. :( very disappointed! Will not be coming back. read more

The price is right, one of very few places where you can take your family for a good wholesome time. The attendants were very accommodating; the course needed a little work but didn't effect gameplay. Mild aesthetic changes for a much used astro/golf turf. The aesthetics and decorations are really nice. Challenging holes on the back 9 out of 18 if you choose to. I've never run into anyone rude be it another player/family or attendant. The retro arcade is pretty cool if you like classic 80s/90s arcade games and some newer ones too along with tickets for prize games. It's not big but it has enough to have a good time (batting cages, games, mini golf). Night time is nice, everything's well lit (it has to be for insurance). If you want to go when it's not crowded, try going during a night that isn't on the weekend. Personally I don't go during the day unless it's during the fall or weekend to avoid the sun and sweat (I don't play nice with this epic heat). It's a good place that's relatively inexpensive to have a good time. I've never seen a sad or mad face in my five years of going. There's not a whole lot for the kids to do aside from the parks that are reasonably priced. It is the ONLY putt putt golf in town and if you play both sides 9holes easy, 9 holes challenging, expect to be there at least 1.5-2.0 hours. Add an hour to that if you go on a weekend night as you'll be in line for each hole and wait for each party but it usually moves at a somewhat rapid pace. You really can't beat the deal for a fun night with friends of family. I'm sure the one star reviews are true for the time they were there but I've never had any issues and have been there plenty of times. It's cheaper and a better time than going to the movies and you get to move around, talk, and enjoy the game and be engaged in a life activity instead of losing yourself, being quiet and spending money on a movie when you can just watch the DVD. I'm glad it still exists and will continue to receive my patronage. No, it's not perfect but no reason it should receive a bad review-if it does, talk to a manager; they seem very reasonable and would, and HAVE be compensatory if anything didn't work (arcade games/ batting cages). Really nice people and two courses to play on. There weren't any extravagant holes or any holes that were particularly memorable, but it was still an ok place to play. They also have batting cages and arcade games...they have a deal that was pretty reasonable for an all you can play golf option (can't remember exactly how much), but we just went with the single game for 6.50. read more

So we'd thought it be a fun reward for my daughter to celebrate the "almost end of school" activity. My boyfriend also attended who is in a wheelchair and i even called before to assure that'd he'd be able to play and they didn't guarantee it but we decided to try in anyways. I paid for the games and we got all the way through to the 15th hole and he wasn't able to access the putting green so he went ahead and watched. We finished the game and then on the way out, my child wanted to play a game. While getting change, I saw a sign hanging stating "2 games and16 tokens for $10". WOW, this is a great deal so why wasn't it mentioned when we were purchasing a game. I was frustrated so i asked the helper at the desk who then referred me to the 16yr old manager who just stated "sorry no one mentioned it". So I was furious. I paid full price for three people and on top of that put another $5-$10 in the video games only to receive a piece of taffy, and key chain. This experience bothered me and created a negative opinion toward the business. Not only was I given some crap reason why they can't do their jobs and promote the only special they had but had to walk away knowing I overpaid and didn't get any kind of satsifaction from the employees. read more
