I am a teacher and have taken two different groups of students here to eat while on field trips. Each group had about 65 students. The students enjoyed the pizza and other items on the buffet. The students were able to go through the line quickly because the buffet was well stocked. The service was good and the place was clean. read more

my children and I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come to the register so we can pay.The brownies were mushy and AWFUL. they had NO macaroni noodles and no sauce for the pizza . cinnamon rolls had no icing at all . I am so disappointed in them. I ordered online. I ordered wings and cheesy bread. I got to store and was told they were out of wings. i asked for a refund and I was told that it was done online so they could not refund it. This was the manager, I am guessing that she decided that was $22 for her pocket. read more

I rated 4 stars due to the customer service! The salad ( lettuce) could have been better. But the manager Caleb was working hard to solve any concerns presented by any customer. The manager Terrance and his team really redeemed themselves after we had an awful experience on a Saturday a few weeks ago! During our first visit they were short staffed, couldnt keep pizza on the buffet, and we only managed to get noodles and sauce after 45+mins waiting in a packed restaurant. We understood his situation but We decided to ask for refunds and go elsewhere because there was no way we were going to get our moneys worth without waiting a couple hours, but they couldn't refund due to corporate policy. I love Cici's and this is one of the better locations. If you do not see "your" pizza on the line, all you have to do is tell them and they'll make you one special and bring it to you. There's pasta, salads, pizzas, and desserts on the bar, which was enough to satisfy my entire family-Husband, 3 year old daughter, and 1 year old daughter. The little ones were young enough to eat for free, so with their drinks, our drinks (to go cups are extra!) and 2 adult buffets, we were about $22. Can't beat the price! read more

I gave 2 stars only because of past service and food. Today they turned down long lines of teachers waiting no appology. Decided to honor some of them but the manager didnt tell us customers did. Refused water for toddler beverages but wanted to know if I was purchasing them a drink as if I'd let them go thirsty. After the first round of denying teachera they never posted a notice that they weren't honoring the promotion and would approve some but not others. Only wanted paying customers. It was poorly handled today. They weren't that busy they just wanted paying customers. They could have at least apologized and posted a notice. Left me with 2 screaming hungry toddlers.
