I wanted to take time to write this review because I felt it was truly deserving! My daughter and I came to this location today around 11am and left right before 3pm. I would like to say every single employee we encountered was AWESOME! Those young people had that building running like a well oiled machine and I definitely took notice. From the young lady stamping hands at the door, to the young lady at the register, to the food servers and the young men walking around cleaning the games; that crew showed up today and showed out! Management is weirdly obsessed with towing cars because of a neighboring business. I took my nieces and thier friend thier we played games and ate but we ubered to the renessiance mall and returned to my car being towed. Saying I went to the club with 4 10 year old kids. Don't even go here they already had bad customer service but to do that was wild. read more

I attended a party today for one of my son's classmates and was very disappointed with this Chuck-E-Cheese location. The grandmother of the child purchased the party package that boasts an Unlimited Play Pass (or 60 coins per child IF it is not a Play Pass Location. She was never told when she booked the party that it wasn't a Play Pass location. There also was not collectible cups or Dippin' Dots included. This same thing occurred when I booked a party for my son in August of 2021. When she brought it up to a lady who stated she was one of the managers, her response seemed as if she had no care or concern about the customer's satisfaction. To top it off, only about 60% of the games there actually worked. May of them did not have an "out of order" sign, so my son and his playmates loss many of their coins placing them in inoperable machines. I did not make a huge deal about this at my son's birthday party, although I said I would. But, when I got home, he stated that he enjoyed himself but wishes that Chuck-E would have been there. Possibly due to Covid restrictions, they only allowed the animatronic Chuck-E-Cheese to perform. This time, there was someone is costume. Per usual the pizza was delicious and that's my only reason for the rating. That, and that there's still childhood nostalgia when I think of Chuck-E-Cheese. I wanted to try out the salad bar, but it was filled with crumbs from other customers dropping toppings as they fixed their plate. IF THE MACHINES AREN'T FULLY OPERABLE AT 90% OR MORE, WITH BETTER MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED STAFF...that are better dressed and groomed (I must add), and Chuck-E-Cheese doesn't come out and stay for more than the birthday star's song...this place should be closed. Or the design should be changed back to an animatronics cast, a couple of characters in costume, and an obstacle course with ball pit. Make the gaming machines just 50% so that if they don't work, kids are not highly disappointed and parents like me don't feel ripped off. Seems unpopular opinion based on the other reviews but I love my local Chuck E. Cheese. We always come early. As soon as they open. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly. Sometimes a little slow to wait on you but I believe that is due to understaffing and not their fault. Pizza is always fresh and we always have fun as a family. This location is really worth one star, but since my son still managed to have fun, I added an extra star. When you first walk in, there's no one standing there to greet you and stamp your arm. We had to wait, and a girl later came out the back and just stamped our arms. No hello, welcome, or anything. This location does not have the reloadable Chuck E. Cheese token card, so you have to lug around that small cup of tokens. Therefore, there are a bunch of empty token cups all over the machines and tables. Then, to top it of, literally half of the rides and games were broken, and the selection isn't by any means massive, so you're pretty much limited. My son would run over to one of the machines, and as I would lean over to put a token in, I'd see an out of order sign or a piece of plastic blocking where you insert the coin. I kept having to tell my son, "Sorry, but this machine is broken. Let's play something else." At first I didn't mind because I thought it was only two machines broken, but after the fifth time or so...that's just ridiculous. Chuck and his entourage didn't perform. Guess he was broken, too. Lol! The machines are also pretty out of date, worn out, and dirty, too. There were two ticket counting machines. Of course one was completely broken, and the other kept malfunctioning. Then, I had find someone to help with that situation, and he acted like he was annoyed because he had to help. Sir...just...sir. Sigh. When it was time, to get a little prize. Again, there was no one at the counter. We had to wait. When she finally came, again, no hello or how can I help you or sorry for keeping you waiting. As we were about to leave, a family was in front of us. The prize girl came running from behind the counter and told the family, "I have to check your stamps on your arm." The adult customer looked confused and said they didn't have them. The worker was like, "Well, I'll let you go, but you're supposed to get stamped when you come in so that she won't get kidnapped." If that's the case, this location should have someone stationed at the entrance at all times to ensure families are stamped and are exiting with the same stamp. My biggest question throughout our visit was "Why are all the dang employees in the back the whole time?" Baby, in the future, when we visit town, we will find some other place to spend our money. read more

Very expensive. I call it Baby's Las Vegas. $43 for one salad, one pizza, 4 drinks, and 30 tokens. So you end up really spending a lot with additional token purchases. Now, the ticket feeder machine is insane to deal with. Long lines of kids feeding a machine 700 tickets when a lot of 2-3 tickets each. That's frustrating. The pizza is extra greasy, but most people like it like that. Salad bar is great. Staff was nice. Kids had a great time. So ya can't even be mad. Check for online coupons. read more

The exciting times of my childhood going to Chuck E Cheeses was ruined today. I remember the days of fun times, exciting games, great atmosphere that I wished to share with my kids, was nowhere to be seen. Waking in, the stamp lady didn't greet us and make us feel welcome, the cashier had the teen attitude of "why and I here" and the establishment was pretty run down. Multiple games broken (more than 6), employees acting unprofessionally and I even saw one of them grab another ones throat aggressively behind the prize counter at about 5:30pm on 7/29/16. The pizza took 30+ minutes to get but was tasty. A shell of what it once was. I do not recommend going to this specific location to eat, but maybe for just the games if they are even working. I got 120 tokens for $30. After playing, I told them we had lost 12 tokens at various games but they didn't say anything. Just pointed to a guy and he came over and let my kid play one turn free on a game. Our tickets won us 3 plastic whistles. Shown in various colors in the display windows but says they only have red. Open the case! Such a let down. Seems like about 30% of the games did not work. My son even left saying it was really not worth it. read more

80% of the machines don't work, the staff are all under 18 or at least at as if they are. I actually needed assistance from one employee on the floor and he put his finger up to me said "Oh no Umm uuu?" Then walked to the group of coworkers standing around in the corner to tell another one to "Get Me" I ordered an all you can eat salad buffet (as my coupon stated) and when I went for a second trip I was told it's only ONE trip. Even though she knew the ad I used states I had UNLIMITED all you can eat salad? So it's fine for small kids and my 4year old thinks it's the coolest place! But it's dirty, broken machines and a childish staff. The pizza is just what you expect. You're there for tokens and play time Not a 5 course meal and defiantly not a 2 course salad. read more

This place needs to close. It's beyond sad. The people working there don't care. They barely even talk. When we arrived there was nobody there to greet us. Finally someone walked over and stamped our hands. No hello. Not even eye contact. The people working there act like people suffering from PTSD. Half of the games didn't work. The service was fair and the food was good. There were some snags regarding the additional bonuses for our party, but all of it was received just late. Most games worked, some were broken. Some had tickets, some ran out. Overall, not a bad CEC experience, but it wasn't nearly as good as I remember from my past experiences when it was located off of I-55. read more

This was my maiden voyage to Mr. Cheese's chain of establishments. I can't say that I was wowed, but my kids had fun. And that is the point right? The staff was mostly helpful. The food was uninspired, geared for the kiddos. This location had a few broken rides, but plenty was working for the children. read more

I had my son's 7th Birthday party here. I had the expection of not having to do anything other than enjoy my sons party. The kids had a blast but the overall experience was a nightmare. This is supposed to be a kid friendly place, I guess someone forgot to tell the employees that. Maybe no one in the interview process informed them that they would be working around children, because the employees right down to the manger had very bad attitudes. I was warned about this place and how it has gone downhill by a local mommy blogger . My family just so happen to go because we went to a birthday party. The staff was annoyed that the party was unscheduled, and that they really didn't want a group of kids there. Still not understanding how that works, it wasn't like we needed your help with food orders or keeping the kids entertained. We just wanted to come , order pizza and drinks and play games. The games on the other hand, it took me 30 minutes to track down an employee to inform him that the game wasn't working properly and you could still see where the token was jammed. I saw several employees on the floor but they kept informing me that it wasn't there job but so and so job. The manger had an attitude when you presented him with coupons from mail in circulars or the ones you printed from online. I remember Chuck e cheese as being a fun place to attend when I was a child and would like to have passed those memories on to my child. Unfortunately we will not be doing that. Other activities have showed up in the Jackson metro area where the staff is helpful, and not rude like those at Chuck E Cheese, I feel as a mother that our family outings will be better spent at places like Party safari. The location is not very old, but appears to be the early stages of disrepair. It's typical loud and children running around which is to be expected at a Chuck E. Cheese, but this location is particularly atrocious. Children will run up while your child is playing a game an attempt to take over the game, steal your coins, or tickets. Parents have no problem at all letting their kids stand on top of the skeeball machines dropping the balls in. We lost about 12 tokens in machines that didn't work, but got twenty back in one that was jammed and just spit tokens all over the floor.The largest problem with this location is by far the lack of respect and home training of a the 100 or so kids running wild with little to no parental supervision. A few of the employees were nice, but more were rude. Food is subpar and expensive at best. We were told at the door that we would have to wait for a table because they have a new rule that you must get a table and order something to play. She couldn't give us an estimated wait time, luckily the manager waved to her to let us in just before we were about to leave. Hopefully, this will be our last trip to this location. read more
