I was hungry but couldn't make up my mind so I decided on CiCi's. We don't have these where I live but when I was a kid I ate the hell out of some CiCi's pizza! Well, some memories are better left in the past. The building is right off the freeway and is conveniently located but once inside it is obvious this place is poorly managed. Tables were piled with dirty dishes, the floors were dirty, and the pizza quality poor. The one bright side was the girl at the register who greeted my quickly and with a big smile. Look, when it's been a long day and your party needs a lot of food for cheap, this is the place. The amount of food for a $9 (after tax) buffet of pizza is incredible. The food comes fresh out of the oven and is constantly being replenished. The staff makes pizza to order as well for the buffet! We were able to try many different pizzas and desserts. This is a very good place if you like different kinds of pizza. If they don't have something you want you can ask for them to make it and they will. If you are taking several kids out for something special, this is a great place to go. There is really no wait time for a seat, you only have to wait for your special pizza if you order one. It's a pretty big place so lots of sitting. The price for eating all-you-want pizza, salad, pasta, and dessert pizza is really good. I would recommend this place. read more

The food is very greasy but that's its trademark. Still very good. The service is nice and fast. Employees are nice and considerate and can make a pizza special for you. Talk about a cess pool of a business. You want cheap food with a side of sepsis? Then this place is right for you. The spinach pizza was the worst thing since herpes. It's hard to review the food because the service was awful. The salad bar was basically empty and when we asked for ingredients to be replenished, we received attitude from the servers. We then asked for a pizza that was not in the bar and it took 40 minutes to make it and the restaurant was not busy. We felt that this was intentional Because of our previous complaint. Dirty, Nasty, DISGUSTING place! Took 4 kids, after a cool Birthday bowling party. Should had the bowling alley pizza. Would have walked out as soon as I sat down, if the kids hadn't beat me to the table and already started eating. Had been here years ago, and found it to be, as expected, sub-par pizza that you could load up on for pretty cheap. This time, my absolute last time, the place was disgustingly dirty, literally food all over the floor. The table we sat at was apparently a bit wobbly, and someone had propped up one of the legs with a slice of pizza. I can not begin to describe how disgusting this place was. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The pizza was even worse than sub-par, I would rather eat tombstone pizza out of the microwave. Save your stomach, save your cash, take it elsewhere. Cici's pizza is definitely not the greatest pizza, & the buffet is not huge by any means, but it is a great place to stop in for a quick meal. The prices are great as well, especially for families compared to what it would cost to eat out almost anywhere with children. & what kids don't like pizza. Like I said, the menu is not huge but it has all the essentials you would want from a small pizza buffet; salad bar, a couple pasta choices, quite a few different pizzas, & the few dessert options. I do believe if you are wanting a pizza that is not already available on the buffet you can just ask them to bake one & they won't have a problem as long as you want to wait for it. The last time I went in around lunch time with my family the place was packed, but it didn't take too long to get through & get what we wanted. The place is not huge but we were able to find a free booth. Just keep in mind it most likely gets pretty busy around lunch time. I am not sure about dinner time, but I would assume it could be the same. But, the business did not prolong our visit any longer than we would have been there had it not been busy. They also have a small room in the back with a few arcade type games for the kiddos to have some fun. Nothing huge, just a small room with a few games, but if your kids are anything like mine, they are easily amused & anything to keep their attention for more than a few minutes is always welcome.
