5 Stars for the physical facility. The place is super clean and pretty up to date. The bathroom was…read moresuper clean too. You are required to use their socks, but the $2 we paid was reasonable compared to other jump places we have visited. The 3 month deal is amazingly awesome if you plan on jumping often. We definitely plan on returning soon. 3 Stars for the staff. Most of the staff were friendly. I'm just not a fan of the younger staff who are more interested in having social hour than watching the kids and making sure the environment is safe. Overall, the staff were mostly okay in my book. 5 Stars for the fun time and kids playing. This place is a blast! 2 Stars for parents who think their child is the only one that should be there and the winner of all life's awards. They are kids jumping around having fun, life happens so expect to have someone bump into you or not read your mind and know what direction you are heading next. If you have a positive attitude, mind your manners, and try to play nice ... everyone wins.

Had the chicken wings, and they were slightly pink in the middle, and I got food poisoning and salmonella, couldn't even eat one wing. There was nicotine pouches all over the urinals and floor in the men's. The toilet was covered in diarrhea and clogged. The floor was very sticky as well. Half the arcade machines wouldn't work. Couldn't even jump because the trampolines were slippery and covered in snot. Stains all over the dining area. Will not ever be returning.

This is a well oiled machine for all birthday parties. We went here for a six-year-old birthday…read moreparty on a Saturday in winter time and boy, Was it busy! We had a fantastic time jumping for 60 minutes and then we went to a party room where we enjoyed pizza and cake from the birthday party. It's a two hour window for the party but they only get to jump for 60 minutes and then we're in the back room for about 30 and we still had 30 minutes left of the 2 hour party window so we went back to jump for another 15- 20 minutes. I'm not sure if this was allowed or not, but it didn't make sense to get all that sugar from cake and then go home.

Sky Zone Middletown has been a great place for my young kids (3 and 5) to get their energy out. The…read morebusiness has a month to month membership option for $25/kid and they can come daily for up to 2 hours. We chose to come when the business opens to avoid bigger kids and the crowds and its the perfect morning activity for us during the cold winter months. This location has a toddler activity area, zip line, dodgeball, and lots of other jumping activities. The music can be loud and overstimulating so a 1.5 visit is just right for our group. The kids leave tired and wanting to come back. I have also hosted a birthday party at Sky Zone. Easy to plan and setup but there are many parties held at the same time so it can be a little chaotic. Overall a fun place for kids and families.

My children would probably give this place four stars. Running, jumping, falling off of stuff and…read moreunintentionally injuring themselves are always at the top of their to-do lists, so trampoline parks fit nicely into their lifestyles. Xtremenasium Trampoline Park is fine for doing all of those things that kids love to do. It has multiple trampolines, a trampoline dodge ball court, a ninja warrior course, multiple foam pits, an indoor playground for young kids, and a few other features. The admission fee grants you unlimited access to everything for one hour, which was more than enough time for my kids. Honestly, I'm glad they limited it to one hour, because then I didn't have to be the bad guy and drag them away from their fun. It was more like, "Oh no! We have to leave! Our one hour is done! Xtremenasium said we have to go!" It's Xtremenasium's fault, see? Not mine. The whole thing was too stimulating for me, and I was ready to leave after about 10 minutes. But our visit to this trampoline park wasn't about me. It was about my kids, and taking them to a place that was fun for them, so nevertheless, I persisted. I ignored the crowds and screaming and lack of fresh air, as you do at these places. But the reason for the three stars is that all of those stimulating things seemed a tad more amplified here, and everything I touched was just a touch grimier than it should have been. I don't know -- your mileage may vary, depending on how high-strung you are. In the end, Xtremenasium served its purpose. My kids were here to bounce and play and leave sweaty, and they did and had a good time.

It's super fun very clean very respectful and you get to have a long jump time so it's a great placeread more
