The pizza wasn't bad, but there were a couple issues that made it difficult to order from them. First, they wouldn't accept any phone orders when I called. Second, the ordering ap is a little confusing and not very intuitive. It tries to push you to ordering a standard pizza design they offer. So, individual taste may be hard to get. The pizza wasn't bad cheap comparatively, but was also small and very thin. Last, it was delivered by a third party and was much longer than originally shown. Writing this while still waiting for my online order pickup... I ordered online an hour and a half ago. I got here a little over an ago & they are still unable to give me a time of when my pizza will be ready. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET. My husband left to take our toddler home because she behave well for that long without being food & needed dinner. He had to go get her food somewhere else since she literally goes to bed in 15 minutes. I was told "its not looking good" when I asked how much longer. The line has cleared through 6 times. This is simply some of the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Not only was it like eating a piece of card board, the pizza had so much pesto that it "burnt" my tongue. I LOVE LOVE their pizza !! They have different types of meat and vegetables you can choose from, they also have different kinds of sauce you can choose to put on your pizza. The price is affordable, and with the rise of things going up this is worth the money. You only have a short wait while you can see your pizza being cooked, that's a pretty cool concept. I've always been a fan of Azzip Pizza but I stopped by the one in New itch for the first time today . I got the create your own big Zip and as usual the flavors are on point and the peppercini's adds that little kick to it! The service was great. The employees were quick to welcome us and they were very patient with my mom. My mom was a little indecisive so the employees took the time to walk her through some of the ingredients and some of their most popular pizzas. This is a great azzip restaurant. First of all, it was a brand new location, so it was built with azzip in mind. Bigger space, more organized and cleaner. Staff was great. Went there at the beginning of their lunch hour and lots of customers were there already. I asked for my usual March crabness with a couple of special requests, less crabness and more slices with Thai chili sauce on the side. Young man said he would be happy to accommodate my requests with a smile even. Anyhoo, this will be my new go to location. I'm a big fan of these little QSR pizza places that let you customize an individual pie with a bunch of fun options. It's a good idea and I was glad to see a place like that near where I'm staying. Azzip was basically what I expected - a bunch of options if you want to build your own pizza, but also some recommended combos if you aren't feeling quite as brave. I mixed it up and got a little bit of this, little bit of that, and ended up with a delicious little pizza all for me!
