We are frequent Cici-ers and love to get Alfredo, zesty pepperoni, and mac and cheese pizzas. This is our go to pizza spot and they have never not SMACKED! My husband and I typically get these to-go and I don't think we have ever been disappointed. We do eat inside for the buffet sometimes but we have picky little ones that prefer just cheese and don't savor the unique varieties Cicis has to offer. Came here to have a good time with my friends and Diane with glasses and dirty blonde hair, ran up to my friend, smack his hand and threw the breadstick on the floor because he asked for a bite off of his fiends plate. A few minutes later she told us to leave because my friend took a sip out of her boyfriend drink one sip and we got kicked out and she called the cops. She got another table to watch us to make sure we weren't eating each other's food while she went to use the bathroom. Ordered a specialty pizza, simple. Extra pepperoni light sauce. They served my pizza to the public AGAIN without a notice. My lady ordered my pizza again for me along with her barvain pizza. My simple pizza came out INCORRECTLY, and my ladys pizza never came out. I Asked the manager about this, and JESSICA, the manager, replied, saying this is their extra pepperoni. Would I like it remade. I said yes please. She closed her eyes and sighs very loudly like I'm bothering her?? Calls for jaylen to remake the pizza. (SHOUTOUT TO JAYLEN FOR THROWING DOWN AND MAKING THE PIZZA FLAWLESSLY) I asked her about my lady's pizza and how come they forgot about my order for the 3RD TIME. This place has gone way down hill just in the past year. If you enjoy screaming children running around all the time and neglectful parents allowing their nose-picking, uncovered-mouth coughing, 7 year olds who force and push their way in front of you to the buffet, you're in the right place. I've literally seen kids who look to be 3 or 4 years old, come up and grab food with their bare hands (on numerous occasions)... disgusting. The employees say nothing to unattended children. If your child is small enough to not have their face be above the protective glass, they should NOT be serving themselves. The employees and managers don't care, they seem like they're too miserable and under too much stress to worry about it. The experience and the food itself are obviously intended for young children. My kids are older, so thank God I have no need to come back here. Mod, Blaze, and Marcos are not perfect, however, they are 1000 times better than this playground pretending to be a restaurant. Seriously, if you're an adult who cares about your health and can afford the extra few dollars for some real pizza, those places are less than a 1 or 2 minute drive away.... I tried to hold out as long as possible because my family would come here a few times a year for the past 8 years or so. About 5-6 years ago this place was great but the quality seems to degrade every year while wait times and prices increase every year. Not good. If you're going to raise prices, improve the quality, don't make it worse. We weren't "regulars" like some people, but we went from visiting 3-4 times a year down to 1-2 times a year... but now we're done with CiCi's. we have been to this location multiple times and this visit was awful!! the manager was up at the register on her phone! i stood for 5 minutes to ask for a water cup, and she finally answers me and says we dont have those, you have to buy a water bottle! ‍ the food was not fresh, the sdda fountain was out of dr. pepper, orange, and the sweet tea tasted old!!! They didn't close until 10 And by 9 half the stuff was picked up and all the chairs were up on the tables. The staff was rude. I'm not good at reviews, but I had to leave one for this location from my visit on 05/08/21. The manager (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) is exceptionally polite and welcoming. He is willing to accommodate any pizza request. He even walked around a few times and asked if everything tasted good and if we needed anything else. The workers are very polite and respectful as well! The tables are cleaned immediately after a customer leaves, and there are workers dedicated to specifically cleaning the areas. The food was amazing and flavorful. He made me want to work there! I can't imagine any worker being unhappy under him. Definite 10/10! read more

Gonna start out by copying my review of the St Andrews Ci Ci's which I find way better. Pretty good for a pizza buffet. I recommend the water, because they really stick it to you with the drink price. You can't, and shouldn't expect much for a 5 dollar pizza buffet. The staff is always friendly, and will make pretty much anything you can think of. I usually prefer to ask them to make something, that way it's fresh, and just the way I like it. The BBQ pizza is one of their best. Now for this location, it was super crowded, and the way it's setup makes it impossible to move around. Everyone is so close together, it's like being on the Polar Express with a very large person, and you get crammed up against the side of the car. Also the flow of people just keeps coming, so you kind of have to cut in front of someone to get to the food. They seem to be really strict with how many specialty pizzas you can order, and all the really had on the buffet was pepperoni. I did try to order a special, but the buzzer wasn't working so they threw away my pizza. When I asked about it, they made another, which still took forever. Most of the staff was pretty helpful, some of them extremely helpful, but there were a couple of people that looked liked they rather be anywhere but taking my order. read more

After a morning of shopping at Sandhills I was in the mood for pizza and salad. Cicis was right there and my husband and I stopped in for lunch. They had a nice variety of already cooked pizzas on the buffet, along with soups, salad bar, dessert pizzas and assorted pastas. Their cheesy bread was light and very good. They made to order your pizzas as well. It's kid friendly and for adults there are TVs with sports and news. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Ok. Not my go to place for pizza. But the kids love this place and it is a great for a easy family fun night with dinner. The food is great for the price. But the customer service here is un-matched. Everyone that works here is very helpful and friendly. Chase is the shift manager and rocks! I was unsure about some wing sauce and he let me sample the sauce in question. They are constantly keeping everything clean and asking if we need anything. The food is always hot and plenty to pick from. They even have a little arcade to let the kids play so you and the wife can have the three minutes of kid free time. Every time we come it is always a great time with our two wonderful children. If you are in the Sandhills area take the time and bring the family. Oh one last thing the deserts are very good. Nothing can beat a hot cinnamon bite! read more

I'm not a big fan of a pizza buffet, but being in a rush we dropped in for the Sunday lunch. The price used to be $4.99, but that was 20 yrs ago. So they went up to $6.29. This location was clean and staff friendly. Fresh pizza and salad on the Buffett. We chose a few pieces, then I grabbed a salad. The lettuce was fresh and condiments fresh too. Then desert was outstanding. The Cinnamon pizza bun was the bomb. The pizza wasnt the best I've ever had, however considering the price was a great deal. A hamburger combo would be as good at that price. We could chose from a salad, pizza and desert. Actually I was impressed at the amount of food for the low cost. You cant lose here. read more

Update since my initial review; I've revisited a few more times for take-out pizza to make sure this location had a fair chance at proving the previous incident to be a fluke. The orders for take-out I've made by phone have been ready for pickup at their prescribed times each time since the incident. The cashiers have been very pleasant and amiable to do business with. The manager at this location usually recognizes his repeat customers as do his cashiers, which creates a better connection with clientele. The environment is very family friendly, yet, not rowdy and loud as if being at [the mouse place, C.E.Cs] for a kid's birthday party. The pizza is always coming out fresh, so I really can't complain about the quality. The prices are perfect at all locations I've been to so far. One of the staff approached my table while eating and said " I'm gonna need you to dump those drinks because they are for water only" never once asking for a receipt showing where I paid for drinks. This is me and my god daughter spot! They are always friendly there and how can you beat getting a pizza made the way you want it? They always have plenty of people working and they do a good job of trying to keep the place clean with all the traffic they have. When you want anything fresh you can just ask and they will do it. I don't recall ever going to an all you can eat pizza place before. Then they have salad and sweets. The price is unbeatable. It's a nice child friendly place and it's good for groups. They need to improve their game room but I don't have many complaints about this place. I think the concept is really cool and it's super cool they let groups and schools to fundraisers. Stay away from here and chose another one of the fantastic dinner spots Sandhills has to offer. This establishment was very dirty when we visited, from sticky tables, grease on the floors, food spilled all over the buffet line, and dirty silverware. I'm not even positive how well they really wash the plates and cups, they had spots on them. They were not even busy. There were also flies everywhere including on the pizza. I am very concerned with how this place has stayed open, every time I have gone, everything is so dirty. This last time was worse.The employees are so rude to customers for simple questions. The lady working cashier was rude off the bat with taking orders, and was rolling her eyes. Not to mention the food tasted stale. I will not be returning. read more
