Cici's pizza is consistently delicious. The salad bar has a huge variety and is always fresh. We love to come by for their all-you-can-eat buffet. It never disappoints. read more

I love this location!!! They always keep fresh pizza on the bar and don't hesitate to make more when you ask!!! They keep the tables clean. Definitely recommend this location!! read more

Love love love this Cici's pizza! My family and I come to this restaurant after church most weeks and always have a great time. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful! Typically, they have good options on the buffet line and you can make your own personal pizza, as well. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Went here with my wife and our family yesterday and it was a pretty great experience! The staff was friendly but there weren't that many fresh pizza options on the buffet line so definitely put in a personal pizza order as soon as you get there. Lots of free parking out front, so no worries there! Also, lots of options for the "build your own pizza" which makes it enjoyable. My recommendation for them would be to have more options available on the buffet table. All in all, we had a great time and will most likely be back in the future! read more

Good place to take the grand kids. Inexpensive and you can order your own pizza off the buffet.

This USED to be the place to go for pizza and to take the kiddos. It's nothing at all like it used to be. They use to have fresh pizza out all the time. The place used to be clean. It's none of that no more. The staff isn't friendly at all. If you ask them when more pizza is coming out they just look at you like you have 8 eyes and a wart on your forehead. Very disappointed read more

Came here for my son's end of season team soccer party. It's been a few years since I have been to a Cicis. It was clean and well layer out, all the staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of options for pasta, pizza and dessert. There is a small arcade that the kids enjoyed playing in. Only giving a middle of the line review because about an hour after eating my stomach was pretty upset. It had to have been something I are. read more

Love this place. Great food and service. Will make this a regularly visited restaurant.

I have been to many Cicis restaurants all over the country. This one is the best. The Owner, Karl, is almost always there. He is very friendly. He always makes sure everything is perfect for every guest. I never like what's already on the buffet so I special order every time and my order is always perfect. The restaurant is always clean and they are great about coming around and taking away the dishes we are done with. It is in a good location and there is plenty of parking. read more

Service was very friendly and helpful. Food was really good. Salad bar was fresh. Staff asked if there was any type of pizza we were looking for and they made one just for us. I recommend this place and the buffet. We will be back. read more

Surprisingly decent pizza. Deep dish is not in the true Chicago style but not bad as pizza goes.

I've been to this cici 3 times now and it's been amazing each time. Whether it was busy or empty they made sure to keep food out and fresh! They work hard to keep it clean from the tornados of kids that people let run around the whole store. They have no problems making you a custom pizza and customer service overall is fantastic. Coming to this cici is an amazing part of our week when we do it! With a drink two people can eat for less than 25 bucks at a buffet very reasonable priced. read more

My granddaughter love the place we took her two times while they were playing the games our food was dumped and her little toy came up missing I asked about it and it was told that it was a mistake then we went back two weeks later in the same thing happened again my son didn't complain this time he just said forget it because I asked the lady that we were playing games with my granddaughter please don't dump our stuff go back to the table and everything is dumped read more

I came to Cicis Pizza on 12/29/20 with some friends. The food was disgusting, the chair disgusting and sticky, and the table was the only thing clean. I don't even know if the plates were even clean. WOW....let me tell you about the food. The pizza was terrible and very bland. My friend was raving about the macaroni pizza and how it was the best pizza. I thought it tasted so bland. All they did was put boiled pasta and put great value cheese on top and called it a day. Additionally, on this day, there was not a lot of pizza left because this one guy took 4-5 plates full and did not leave any for us. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!! DON'T GET ME STARTED ON GOLDEN CORRAL. read more

After being out of state and trying other Cici's around the country, this Madison St Cici's is by far THE BEST! Clean, Cooked to perfection and the best staff. Glad to see some things never change. read more

One of the best Cicis I've ever been to. The buffet was hot, and fresh, the salad was fresh, and it was clean. All of the employees were friendly and efficient. My only complaint was that the floor felt a little sticky. read more

I think I've found my heaven. Unlimited pizza buffet? Sign me up! All the popular toppings and a couple dessert pizzas, (that are BOMB), cinnamon rolls, and brownies, all for under $10! It's all surprisingly good-quality food, with the pizza made freshly when requested. Try it out! read more

Haven't been to this location in a while, and I was very disappointed when we went back today.. it was very filthy...and there were plenty of people working at the time there was no reason for it. Very unappealing and unprofessional, we won't be back. Also several arcade games were broken and just took our tokens, didn't feel like addressing the issue with on of the teenagers that were working. read more

It's 9 PM and they are out of forks and spoons and napkins. They dropped cups on the floor and picked them up and put them on the shelf anyways. The pizza is nasty. The employees working here are rude, they're slamming the food down on the bar and the pizza spatula fell on the floor. They are just standing around not filling napkin containers or silverware or water. Terrible and the employees obviously don't want to be here and aren't afraid to show it. read more

Love this place! I have eaten at cici's 4- 5 times since l move here earlier this year. They provide a buffet, all you can eat, salad, soups, pasta, 8-9 different pizzas and dessert for under 10 bucks. Not to mention being able to order your own personal pizza. You can also order chicken wings. The buffet is alway freshly kept up and the staff are always helpful. For the buck, great place to take kids. Where can you get. Salad for under 10 bucks today! read more

This used to be such a great restaurant but over the past two months it has really gone down hill. Our last visit was the end of us going here anymore. The bathroom was disgusting, the pizza was overly greasy and some was really overdone. We used to go here every Halloween since the moved on to madison st and for family dinners too. We found hair in our pizza which was not the first time. We ate one plate worth and just left. It is really sad to see this place go down hill. read more

Great CiCi's. Employees are kind and understanding. A lot of cops come here to eat during their shift also. Always have PG or G movies playing on the TV. Pizza is fresh pretty much all the time. 4 stars because of the location makes it darn near impossible to get in if you're turning left into it because of the traffic. read more

Pretty Good buffet. Lots of pizza choices. I was with a group that came in late...and they went to work being sure that we were pleased and had more than our fill of many delicious and unique pizzas. They made fresh right there on the spot. read more

The price is great. Staff very helpful. I was lucky when i went they kept bringing fresh pizza out. The only thing i did not like was the lack of pasta. I am used to going to other Cici's and having a better selection of salad, pizza and pasta. Otherwise then that it was ok. read more

Why did I not try this pizza spot sooner? The place is super clean and staff is so friendly. The variety beat out any other pizza buffet and it was all hot and fresh. I didn't try it sooner because I've been to other CiCis pizza places that just weren't good. I was really impressed. Can't beat the price either! read more

I have to give this place a high rating! 1. Dining room is very clean (didn't visit the bathrooms so I can't comment on them). 2. Pizza is always fresh, hot and delicious with many different varieties. 3. Price is great for an all you can eat buffet AND you can order your own personal pizza included in the buffet price. 4. Staff is helpful, courteous and friendly. Hmmmm....clean dining area, fresh hot food, good selection of food, friendly customer service and great price. I'm going back! read more

This is the pizza place i take my daughter to. The macaroni pizza is fabulous!! Its the thick creamy cheesy mac too!! This place may be inexpensive but their food is good!! The pizza's are always fresh and they are really good about honoring your requests. The salad bar is good but you don't come to Cici's for the salad. The variety of pizza is good too. You've got a pizza for just about anybody there. And the desert pizza's are crazy good too. The staff are friendly and my daughter is distracted by the tv's there so that allows mommy to eat too!! The place is clean for being a kid venue and they are pretty quick to clear the plates. It's the go to place for something quick when you've got jack jack in the back seat breaking glass from the yelling "hungy mommmmmy". Then when we get there. She eats 3 slices maybe and says "all done". ;0) read more

Took the kids here tonight. Place was clean, clean bathrooms. Pizza was decent. The manager did a great job of keeping tables clean and attending to customers. It was jammed but everything ran efficiently. Some of the games didn't work right but with so many people using them it's to be expected. Staff was very nice and polite. read more

Very upset! Drove alway across town because advertised as closing at 1000pm Arrived at 930pm and they refused to let us in. All chairs up and closed! read more

There is a reason that their buffet is cheap-so are the ingredients. Buy a DiGiorno,it is the same stuff

Friendly staff, most amazing kind hearted manager and delicious food! We are shown nothing but friendliness when we go to cici's.

First time there. Will go back. Pros: Good (not great) pizza. Nice salad bar. Decent price. Cons: only one choice of soup. (don't know if that's normal) also only spiral pasta. (again i don't know if that's normal. Small cups for drinks. read more

This is our regular quick Wednesday night dinner. My kids love it and although it's not the best pizza out there it's great for a limited budget. The salad bar is always fresh and they keep everything very clean. read more

Over the past few months, Cici's quality of food has been falling. This past week our visit was less than appetizing. The meat pizzas were excessively greasy and they stopped offering sunflower seeds on the salad bar. If Cici's is cutting costs it is noticed. I hope this is a temporary set back and Cici's quality of food will return. read more
