Went here with my wife and our family yesterday and it was a pretty great experience! The staff was friendly but there weren't that many fresh pizza options on the buffet line so definitely put in a personal pizza order as soon as you get there. Lots of free parking out front, so no worries there! Also, lots of options for the "build your own pizza" which makes it enjoyable. My recommendation for them would be to have more options available on the buffet table. All in all, we had a great time and will most likely be back in the future! read more

This USED to be the place to go for pizza and to take the kiddos. It's nothing at all like it used to be. They use to have fresh pizza out all the time. The place used to be clean. It's none of that no more. The staff isn't friendly at all. If you ask them when more pizza is coming out they just look at you like you have 8 eyes and a wart on your forehead. Came here for my son's end of season team soccer party. It's been a few years since I have been to a Cicis. It was clean and well layer out, all the staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of options for pasta, pizza and dessert. There is a small arcade that the kids enjoyed playing in. I have been to many Cicis restaurants all over the country. This one is the best. The Owner, Karl, is almost always there. He is very friendly. He always makes sure everything is perfect for every guest. I never like what's already on the buffet so I special order every time and my order is always perfect. The restaurant is always clean and they are great about coming around and taking away the dishes we are done with. It is in a good location and there is plenty of parking. read more

I've been to this cici 3 times now and it's been amazing each time. Whether it was busy or empty they made sure to keep food out and fresh! They work hard to keep it clean from the tornados of kids that people let run around the whole store. They have no problems making you a custom pizza and customer service overall is fantastic. Coming to this cici is an amazing part of our week when we do it! With a drink two people can eat for less than 25 bucks at a buffet very reasonable priced. read more

I came to Cicis Pizza on 12/29/20 with some friends. The food was disgusting, the chair disgusting and sticky, and the table was the only thing clean. I don't even know if the plates were even clean. WOW....let me tell you about the food. The pizza was terrible and very bland. My friend was raving about the macaroni pizza and how it was the best pizza. I thought it tasted so bland. All they did was put boiled pasta and put great value cheese on top and called it a day. Haven't been to this location in a while, and I was very disappointed when we went back today.. it was very filthy...and there were plenty of people working at the time there was no reason for it. Very unappealing and unprofessional, we won't be back. It's 9 PM and they are out of forks and spoons and napkins. They dropped cups on the floor and picked them up and put them on the shelf anyways. The pizza is nasty. The employees working here are rude, they're slamming the food down on the bar and the pizza spatula fell on the floor. Love this place! I have eaten at cici's 4- 5 times since l move here earlier this year. They provide a buffet, all you can eat, salad, soups, pasta, 8-9 different pizzas and dessert for under 10 bucks. Not to mention being able to order your own personal pizza. You can also order chicken wings. The buffet is alway freshly kept up and the staff are always helpful. For the buck, great place to take kids. Where can you get. This used to be such a great restaurant but over the past two months it has really gone down hill. Our last visit was the end of us going here anymore. The bathroom was disgusting, the pizza was overly greasy and some was really overdone. We used to go here every Halloween since the moved on to madison st and for family dinners too. Great CiCi's. Employees are kind and understanding. A lot of cops come here to eat during their shift also. Always have PG or G movies playing on the TV. Pizza is fresh pretty much all the time. 4 stars because of the location makes it darn near impossible to get in if you're turning left into it because of the traffic. read more

This is the pizza place i take my daughter to. The macaroni pizza is fabulous!! Its the thick creamy cheesy mac too!! This place may be inexpensive but their food is good!! The pizza's are always fresh and they are really good about honoring your requests. The salad bar is good but you don't come to Cici's for the salad. The variety of pizza is good too. You've got a pizza for just about anybody there. And the desert pizza's are crazy good too. The staff are friendly and my daughter is distracted by the tv's there so that allows mommy to eat too!! The place is clean for being a kid venue and they are pretty quick to clear the plates. It's the go to place for something quick when you've got jack jack in the back seat breaking glass from the yelling "hungy mommmmmy". Then when we get there. Took the kids here tonight. Place was clean,clean bathrooms. Pizza was decent. The manager did a great job of keeping tables clean and attending to customers. It was jammed but everything ran efficiently. Some of the games didn't work right but with so many people using them it's to be expected. Staff was very nice and polite. read more

Over the past few months, Cici's quality of food has been falling. This past week our visit was less than appetizing. The meat pizzas were excessively greasy and they stopped offering sunflower seeds on the salad bar. If Cici's is cutting costs it is noticed. I hope this is a temporary set back and Cici's quality of food will return. read more

If there is a worse place for what these people laughingly call "pizza" I have not found it. I knew the guy who brought Cicis to TN ( Rene Rivier ) and when he opened, you could have all you wanted to eat for a paltry $2.99. Time changes and prices go up. That is a natural fact. Thing is, this place deals in dough and that's about the sum of it. A tablespoon or two of cheese at best on the whole pizza. People take a bite or two and dispense with that slice and go on to the next one. At the end of the meal, there are two platefuls of discarded dough. Deplorable. I know a place where ONE slice of pizza has more topping than 4 Cicis whole pizzas! Doubt me? Go to Joey's House of Pizza on Elm Hill Pike and have a slice of The Gladiator. I will NEVER! I repeat: NEVER go to Cicis again. Tell you the truth? Pizza Hut's Meat Lovers personal pan has vastly more toppings than any two of Cicis whole pizzas.
