I'm so excited this spot that actually lives up to the hype! I've been trying to find a solid nail spot since moving to AACo, and its been trickier than expected. I decided to check this spot out solely based on the Yelp fanfare and was not disappointed. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon for a gel mani and was assisted by Kelly immediately. She was very sweet and super meticulous throughout the whole process and even helped pick the perfect nude shade for me once she saw my original choice wasn't quite what I was looking for. The music was chill and it wasn't overcrowded. Also the shop as a whole was fairly clean. Definitely in an easy to pass location with it being in a tiny shopping center, but it's pretty close to 100/295/95 and was about a 10 min drive for me from the Arundel Mills area. I will definitely be returning! read more

I drove all the way to Elkridge, MD from Clinton, MD. My favorite nail tech (Tin Tin) and his wife(Vicky) relocated to this shop. Every time I see Tin he always makes sure I am satisfied no matter what. Being a licensed cosmetologist I am very big on cleanliness and quality and he meets all my standards. Stop by and see him or Vicky and I guarantee you will be pleased at the end of your visit. #cicinails #stampedbytamika #tintin #positivity #qualityvsquantity #customerforyears #vicky read more

Just went to CiCi's Nails today for a manicure for my husband and I. I got a full set and my husband a basic manicure. For a saturday especially before Valentines we were in and out. All of the staff is super nice and I was able to pick out my color and worked with a great nail tech. The place was super clean and I will be back! Highly recommend! read more

This was my first time here I usually don't go to just any place to get my eyebrows done but I was getting food next door so I had some time and decided to give it a try. The place is a very Clean and neat. Lady who did my eyebrows took her time. Quick and just the way I like them. read more

Really upset with my last experience here as I've been coming here for years. I came in for a birthday manicure and pedicure, even did gel so I can make them last for my birthday cruise. The woman who did my pedicure didn't understand when I asked her to cut my toe nails, she continued to do the pedicure and upon painting I stopped her and told her that I asked for it to be cut...she then sharpened them and didn't cut and then I told her to cut again and then she finally did it after someone else had to tell her. My manicure was done by someone else who started painting 2cm above the cuticle as you can see in this pic. Upon payment I handed the woman my card and she asked did you want to tip card or cash...sadly I actually tipped cash on the poor job completed! The nails didn't even last a week! Very upset with the handling of this..no matter how much you fix a salon if the customer service is bad then how far will you get? read more

I was in the area for a 2-day training for work and found this place on yelp. I called beforehand and asked the price of a fill-in, so I knew the price with and without gel overlay. I was not asked if I wanted anything to drink and had to ask for water twice before I received it. And the massager stopped working midway of me getting my pedicure. I don't like how there are no prices up in the shop or price books provided at any point in your service. I typically get hot towels with my pedicure but was unsure if that was an option. At the end of my service I was told a totally different price than what it should have been. When I questioned them, the owner Vicky jumps in and says because I had pink & white nails it's more. She tries to tell me my nails were gel, so that affected me not getting gel polish this time and the price being higher. If my baby wasn't back at the hotel room getting fussy, I would have made her take my polish off and give me gel since I was being charged as if I had gotten gel. I ended up having to return the next day because my polish was messed up on a few nails, another tech suggested gel because on the nails that weren't messed up the polish around the tips was fading. She took all the polish off and Vicky ended up doing gel polish. The kicker was she has the audacity to say that'll be $15, like I didn't just get my nails done yesterday and had to return because they had messed up. We agreed on $10, but I shouldn't have paid more than $5. I'll try them again if I'm in the area, but I will be firm on what I'm going to pay. read more

I live in San Francisco but my parents live here in elkridge. Whenever I'm in town I always hit up this place. It's clean, the women are friendly and they do a great job on my nails. I've had both regular gel manis done as well as a fills. All great. read more

I have been coming to this place for many many years. There have been a couple different owners. For the most part, I have been ok with their service. There have been times that I had new people and they were not that good but I didn't really complain because it was not that big of a deal. Today may be my last time coming here. I came in to get my pedicure and Vicki, Anna and one gentleman was working. Anna appeared to be waiting for someone so that was cool. Vicki was finishing up someone so they had me go to a chair to soak. Meanwhile a walk-in came in and asked for a mani pedi. Vicki decides that was more money so she took her first and told me someone would be coming to work soon to do me. I told her that was not right. 30 minutes later she finished the women's mani and no one came to do my pedi so Vicki had to do it before she did the lady who came in after me. She gave me a rush job. Not good customer service. Especially since you increased all of your services because of covid! read more

After looking for a nail salon for about 6 months, I came across cici nails from a yelp search. The second I walked in, I was promptly greeted by Viki. I showed her a photo of what style I want and she replicated it. She even added some of her own style into it which turned out amazing. I've had gel polish done with uneven lines or acrylic that's too thick but Viki did a perfect job and made sure to take her time to perfect each of my ten fingers. Cici nails is up to date with all trends and can give you any style you'd like. I will most definitely be back for the amazing service and perfect job! read more

I previously gave this establishment 5 stars but I seriously cannot anymore. Today was the last day I decided to go there and I never plan to go back. The ppl are nice but the two woman they keep giving me OVER and OVER do not know how to polish. 2 older woman. One with glasses and one without. Geez. I'm thinking if you're only doing a gel mani and pedi the rest of the ppl don't even wanna be bothered with you because you aren't paying $75 for a set of nails and paying $70 for both instead. The last 3 gel manicures I've gotten were absolutely terrible but I never complained because I thought maybe they were having an off day. But today was the last straw. Don't even care to come back. I don't know what the pedi looks like because I'm pregnant and can't even see my feet lol but the mani is TERRIBLE. My back was killing me and my feet were swollen so I couldn't even argue to tell them to redo it because I could not sit there for them to redo it. At one point the gel polish kept bubbling and I asked the woman to fix it instead she asks Vicky who just put another coat on. Which didn't fix it and she tried fixing the filing job. I could tell by the look on her face she knew the gel nails were ugly as heck but reluctant to say anything. Her work is good because I saw the lady she was doing but she does the fake nails with the over the top designs (not my style) so if that's what you're going for go to Vicky for that. She's probably the one who brings in 90% of these reviews. I'm beyond angry at the nails and even more angry that I have to find a new salon. but I can't waste my money anymore. I added photos but to be honest the photos look better than in person (didn't even think that's possible) lol because in person it's bubbling and there's little black lint in it because I'm assuming the top coat brush was not clean. Then she left gel all over the nail sides and back of my hand and I asked her to remove it she had the audacity to say "go home and take a shower, it will come off" that was the reason I walked out without even tipping her. She was the woman who sits next to Vicky. If this was a regular nail polish job I wouldn't even care. But I'm not paying $70 for crappy nails. read more

I've been searching for a nail salon near Ft meade for 3 years and this is the best place around. My nails are shaped evenly, polished is clean, the staff was very courteous, not to mention it was CLEAN!!! Vicky did my nails, eyelashes, eyebrows and I have not one complaint. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. Not cheap but one of the cheapest in the area, and if they raise their prices I honestly would still go back. read more

I've been coming to Mabel and John since 2002 and I love them. Their prices have never changed and they're always available upon my arrival. I also wont let anyone else arch my eyebrows because I've had to many people mess them up. Mabel is awesome because she has many customers but she always remembers what I like in a Pedicure and Gel manicure. Mabels and her sister are also great nail artist, they can create anything for you, just leave it to them and they'll hook you up. If you like cozy and friendly, this is the nail shop you wanna come to. I love them and will forever be their client. read more

I've been coming here now for about 3+years they have become rude! They are very sneaky in terms of pricing 50 dollars for a full set and polish 30 dollars for a basic pedi , you don't know the prices until they are done and you have no choice but to pay!! They rush throw your serve because they are pretty constantly double booked. This place has really changed and not worth the money spent , 80 every 2 weeks is ridiculous for nails / toes with no designs or rhinestones!! read more

This place appreciates you as a customer, with decent work. The nail techs are all so kind! Their work is OK. Nothing great. I wanted gel-acrylics with a coffin shape. The coffin shape is a bit difficult to do, but my pointer finger was completely crooked. It kind of made my finger look crooked after. Also, they were super thick and chunky, with tons of powder. The next time I came back at 9AM (for a fill) there were two nail techs. One did not speak English (which is understandable), she attempted to ask me what I wanted done & get the other nail techs attention, I believe her name is Vicky? She completely ignored her and continued with her clients nails and her phone call conversation. I sat there for 15 minutes without being acknowledged, so I found somewhere else on Yelp - that I ended up loving! Decent work! Not the best! Owner, sister, and aunt are friendly! read more

I came in for a mani, pedi and eyelash extensions around 10:30am on a Tuesday. Nobody else was in the shop. The woman doing my nails said that her niece and nephew do the lashes and wont be in until about 1100. My pedicure and manicure was great and I was offered a beverage during my services. Time passed and her niece and nephew never came. She called and they were in Virginia for the day. She asked me to return later in the day, but I wasn't able to come back that day. There is a sign on the counter that asks if you can tip in cash. Although I wasn't able to get my lashes done, they were friendly and had great customer service. I watched her open sanitized nail tools and clean the pedicure tub after I was done. read more

Terrible experience. Gave this place many tries since my friend loved them. My last time was enough for me. I waited an hour to get my nails done and they rushed me into a chair with someone who was not done payment with another customer and left me to finish with her while another customer woman who came after me was seated and worked on immediately. I mentioned I had a time limit and no consideration was taken. The worst part really was that nobody even bothered to apologize. They truly don't care about their customer service. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. read more

I have been to many salons through the years and this one is my favorite. I get gel fills and they honestly last 3-4 weeks. The salon is clean with a nice, stylish decor. There is a children's themed pedi chair which I've never seen in another salon. Cute touch for anyone wanting to bring in a younger daughter/relative for special occasion services. Tin does my nails and I've always been satisfied. Price is very reasonable too. Will continue to come here. read more

I've only had 2 pedicures from the nail technician Tina. The pedicure was awesome. She did a great job. Debating if I'll have this shop do my finger nails. I like really busy unique designs that I have seen at other shops. I'm giving myself time to think about it. read more

I had my first visit to Ci Ci Nails on May 3, 2018 and I must say Vickie and Tommy made me feel like a queen. I was referred to Vickie for my nails by a coworker. Worst place to get your nails done. I went there for a gel manicure. The nail tech put gel all around my skin and some nail Polish. I will not be back. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

THIS NAIL SALON IS THEE BEST!!! Everyone was friendly and so inviting. I called and asked for Vicky or Tin based on the Yelp reviews, but heck they are ALL good! I spoke with Tin and made an appt. When I arrived, I seriously contemplated soaking my nails and starting over, but after speaking with Tin and explaining to him exactly what I wanted, he assured me there was no need......and he was spot on!!!! Previously, I was going to another nail salon all the way in Ellicott City, however I became dissatisfied with the service rather quickly. My overlay had been thinned out and my nails were no longer being shaped the way I like them, despite telling my tech over and over again. Even my pedicures were just okay. I discovered Ci Ci on Yelp and I'm SO HAPPY that I did! This place is so much closer to home. Tin did my nails EXACTLY how I like them! And when I found out they were from Brooklyn NY.....this sealed the deal for me! After relocating here in December from NC, I am grateful to Yelp....ONCE AGAIN.....for discovering this hidden gem. Ci Ci, you all now have another loyal customer for years to come! read more

I have been going to cici nails for almost a year and have spent thousands of dollars there. I have referred countless people to them and have helped their business grow. However, the owner has stopped valuing her repeat customers. There is absolutely no point in making an appt with them as they will NEVER honor it. It has happened too many times to count now. If I recommend friends to her (the owner), she pawns them off to others who don't do a good job. I drive 45 minutes to go specifically to her, make appt in advance and she still makes me wait an hour. Enough is enough. I will never go back to her and will ensure everyone I have recommended there, doesn't go to her either. Even if I have to pay them to find a new nail place. She has taken her good art and flushed it down the toilet along with her customer service. Too bad you've now lost so many customers and a whole lot of money. read more

I visit cici's nails by a friend recommendation. The first time the lady did a great job filling, she didn't cut me, she was nice But nail design wasn't to good. Second time I went there, one of the guys work with my nails, I didn't like the shape, we try a Matte blue, looks really bad, he took the color off to try a matte grey, but he left my edges blue from the color he try first. I spend there more than two hours. I returned next day in the morning because my nail looks really bad and they said they will fix it. This time another person work on my nails better the nail shape but used to much gel nail polish, then another person finish the art and add more nail polish. Less than 5 days and the color is ripping off. At least for me wasn't a good experience. read more
