Rachel is super nice, the food is good I mean look at the guacamole, it's delicious. The service was really good too.

mmmm love me some chuys. I'm from texas and chuys is a core restaurant for me. When I found out there was one in Cincinnati I had to make a visit. The food was great as always and this was my first time getting margs which were also phenomenal. Ambiance in the restaurant was good, and we went on a weekday so it wasn't too packed. Service was super nice and welcoming to all our requests. Honestly one of my favorite places, so if you haven't gone I highly recommend.

Met a friend here for dinner over the weekend. We each ordered a drink, my margarita was good. The chips are crisp and light, I really like them. The salsa has a bit of kick to it. The other sauce for chips is good, though in not entirely sure what it was. I had the shrimp tacos for my entree, they were good, but I'm use to most places offering tacos in sets of three, and these are an order of 2, so it wasn't the most filling meal I've ever had. The rice in the side was ok, and I got my order with no beans, because I'm not a fan of refried beans - honestly, it's a texture thing. The atmosphere is fun, the place has a good energy to it. Service was good, and you do have the option to take your beverage home in a sealed container if you don't finish it - my friend was bested by her frozen drink.

the jalapeño creamy dip has a grip on me. I could drink that stuff. Went during early dinner on a wednesday and had very quick service. everything came out super fast. Our server did an amazing job keeping the chips and salsa filled as well! The portions are big and well worth it. Love this place!

I have been to this and other locations before but tonight was amazing! Yona was the best server! Kind, attentive and courteous! The food was really good and wasn't just the basic fare but not gourmet either. Flavorful and great presentation. The decor is fun, comfortable and a bit goofy. Love this place.

Chuy's is great for what Chuy's is. Good ol tasty tex mex. I stopped in for happy hour and was a little disappointed that this location does not celebrate the end of day quite how my old Nashville location did--with a nacho bar. It was also a paired down menu that did not include my fav variety appetizer that had a little bit of everything. Alas, i chose a meal. Got a delicious HH margarita and had a very friendly and attentive server/bartender in the bar area. It was a good night, i just have adjust to the changes.

The service was really good I had the chicken tenders and Mac and cheese they were delicious but the chicken is really oily from the grease but that's the only thing that was wrong the server was just great and friendly I will definitely come back here

This ended up being a great lunch spot! I ordered steak tacos and it was a huge portion size. The rice and everything that came with it was good. It kind of seemed more like fajitas tacos than what I was expecting, but the flavor was good. My only complaint is the pieces of steak were really big and a little chewy, so it was hard to eat. I ended up using a knife and fork for most of it, so my recommendation would be to make sure any and all steak tacos come in bite sized pieces.

Awsome food. Great atmosphere. This was my first time eating at Chuys. Definitely a place to eat at.

A more interesting menu than most Mexican restaurants in Cincinnati. Very large space, great for big groups!

Really good for a chain. Salsa amazing. Tortillas fresh and yummy. The waitress may have been high, but she did a great job nonetheless.

Do they still have free nacho bar?

The last time I was there they did until happy hour was over at 7:00 I think it was.

I came out in December for their Miracle pop-up in 2025…read more As someone who has gone to a ton of holiday cocktail bars and pop-ups over the last 10 years, Overlook Lodge's is probably the best I've ever been to. Be aware it will be FAST. Look at the order ahead of time if you're a picky eater/drinker. They run your appointment like clockwork, and you'll be in-and-out, gulping down cocktails, through the entire experience. Your two drinks are included (this year, anyway), and I'd honestly be surprised if you managed to have time for a third. Time zips by fast. That being said, because they do it this way, you essentially have constant service, there's "events" that happen at the end of your reservation time, (I don't want to spoil it, but cover your drink!), and then they kick you out. Service was friendly, though, and I saw the server make time to take group photos for all of the tables (including ours) with someone at the table's camera. (No bullshit "group photo" upsells here) It's kinda loud, though, and I wouldn't recommend this as a chill meet-up-and-socialize spot. (If you wanna talk, they have an addendum, Christmas-themed laid-back bar next door.) It's more of a "get blasted in the face by Christmas for an hour and then leave" experience. It's pretty loud, and talking can be a bit difficult over the music and constant interruptions (more drinks? Photos? Cute Christmas video montage?) But this works in its favor as it feels the most Christmas, over-the-top, and seasonal out of all the holiday bars I've ever been to. It also keeps it from feeling too crowded as reservations are required, so you for-sure have a seat and you don't have to stand forever in line to wait for drinks. I'd probably guesstimate that bar staff is making all of their seasonal drinks, constantly, and servers just pick one up to deliver. With the capacity in here, it would make sense. No idea what the bar is like the rest of the year; this is just a review for the Miracle pop-up which, again, is probably the best I've been to in the Midwest. Cincinnati, you're spoiled down here. (Sidenote, I was absolutely taken aback by their TV presentation on the wall. It's hard to describe, but it isn't just a projector showing a giant rectangle. It's specifically slotted into the holes in-between holiday decorations. Staff told me that had to hire special technicians to get it to show up that way and that's seriously a level of detail I am so amazed by.)

My husband likes to find neighborhood/dive bars. He would drive by this place alot and wanted to check it out. He loves it here and mentioned that the crowd very laid back. So on a Sunday afternoon, I wanted to watch the Bengals game at this place. Brother's Cafe is located on Montgomery Road in Silverton. It's across the street from Silverton Cafe and Italianette Pizza. Occupancy maximum-49. Stepped in and was greeted by the bartender. She was super sweet and waited on us right away! Decor: Vintage and Nostalgia galore!!!! LOVE it!! Old vintage beer/neon beer signs everywhere and loved that there was a telephone booth across from of the bar! There is also a pool table and touch jukebox to play music. Also, there is at least three wide screen televisions to watch sports. Love the setup of the bar (full service bar, selling top shelf brands as well.) They do accept credit cards, but must be a minumum of $10.00 purchase. The whole joint and even the bathrooms are clean. Usually bars have that stinky mildew smell, not this place! Now for the best part!!! Alcohol is cheap and reasonable!! YAY!! For $17.75 (we watched the entire Bengals game) we got: -Pitcher of Pabst Blue Ribbon beer -Coors light bottle -My husband got two more Pabst beers (on tap) -Hudy Delight on tap At the time, customers brought in food for pot luck because they were celebrating a friend's birthday. The bartender told us we can helped ourselves. That was awfully nice. We definately dove in and enjoy the appetizers. Usually on Sundays they have pizza. Besides Sidelines in Norwood, this will is now my favorite go to bar. Everyone was so generous, great vibe/atmosphere and felt welcomed. Definately check this bar out! I really appreciated the old school decor!

If you haven't been to MPH Brewing in Montgomery, you're either stuck in traffic... or parked…read moresomewhere three blocks away wondering if this place is really worth the walk. Spoiler: it is. The only real complaint here is that the parking situation occasionally resembles a Black Friday doorbuster...,,except instead of discounted TVs, you're fighting for proximity to exceptional beer and people who actually seem glad you showed up. From the moment you walk in, you get hit with something rare these days: genuine, unscripted hospitality. Sierra, the general manager, runs the place with the kind of quiet authority that says, "Yes, we're in control....and yes, you're going to enjoy yourself." She's sharp, composed, and clearly the reason everything hums instead of hiccups. Then there's Maddie...her sister....who is essentially a human champagne cork. Every interaction pops, sparkles, and somehow gets more entertaining the longer you're around her. Watching Sierra and Maddie interact is like seeing discipline and delightful chaos shake hands and decide to run a brewery together. The result? A place that feels both dialed-in and alive. Caroline deserves her own headline. Not just pleasant...precision-level accommodating. The kind of service where you don't have to ask twice, and usually don't even have to ask once. She and Maddie made sure we were completely taken care of out on the porch, including getting a fire going when the temperature dipped into that sneaky "do I need a jacket or not?" zone. That's not service..,.that's anticipation. The food? Legitimately strong. The prosciutto and fig jam pizza hits that perfect balance of sweet, salty, and "why did we not order two of these?" Their salads don't feel like a punishment, and the sandwiches,,..let's just say people aren't exaggerating. You'll see tables guarding them like trade secrets. Now the beer....this is where MPH separates itself from the "nice patio, average product" crowd you find scattered along certain nearby river-adjacent zones. These beers don't just show up,,.they perform. Clean, well-crafted, and across a lineup that feels like a brewmaster who knows exactly what he's doing and isn't guessing. You could drop several of these into a national competition and they wouldn't just participate--they'd make noise. What stands out most is the environment. Relaxed without being lazy, energetic without being chaotic. If the weather cooperates, sitting outside is one of the most enjoyable, almost unfairly pleasant experiences you'll find in Montgomery. There's really nothing else like it in the immediate area, it's not trying to copy anything, and that's exactly why it works. Bottom line: MPH Brewing is what happens when ownership hires well, trains well, and then gets out of the way of good people doing good work. Just plan your parking strategy like you're invading Normandy--or bring comfortable shoes. Either way, you'll leave glad you made the effort.
