We kicked off Spring Break by having a food truck day at school AND it was amazing! The brisket is absolutely the best in the tri-state, HANDS DOWN! If you see their truck out and about I would definitely stop by and give it a try. I also loved that they offers shrimp and ahi tuna for lent options. Woohoo!

They were outside O'Bryan's in Loveland yesterday, tried the brisket taco, it was excellent! The lady was very friendly, the mood was great, the truck colorful and did I mention the taco excellent?! Chilango next door is ok but is more a sit-down. Nice to see food options that are not chains. The closest authentic Mexican is towards Fairfield, Mason's scene is too.. Ohio-fied for my taste. Come back often please!

We tried the Chipotle Chicken Taco today at the Union Center Food Truck Festival. It was incredibly good! Quality ingredients and low prices = WIN! The taco was $4 and was overstuffed! I don't typically like black beans, but the black bean salsa was very good. The slaw and cheese on the taco were top notch. I will definitely eat here again next time I see them out.

Chipotle chicken tacos were good but the beef brisket tacos rocked. Both my husband and I will get these again.

It's kind of a strip mall but it looks a bit upscale but it's also looking a bit casual. Anyway after we finally went in there, we knew it all! So far this place rocks. It's basically like an indoor food cart pod. Granted there's only one pod but they have such an array of different food. I'm talking tacos to pad Thai to burgers to Pasta to pretty much anything else in between. The bar is in the center and it looks like a pretty full bar for the most part. You order your food and they give you a number and you go sit down and wait to be served! The best part about this place besides the great tasting food is you really get a lot for your money. Enough to take leftovers home for about as much as you would pay for a smaller portion of some other kind of place. Just becoming one of our favorites to go to whenever we just need a good dinner that's going to give us good food but also not take too much effort. We have returned many times!

You can pick metal chairs or picnic table seating. Birria tacos were greasy and I had to remove a decent amount of fat but overall the taste was good. They were also a little harder than I have had in the past. The carne asada quesadilla was packed full and tasted good but also very greasy. The guacamole was a great portion and tasted fresh. Much more than I usually see being served at other restaurants. Bonus points there. The tortilla chips were lightly seasoned and tasted fine. Nothing special. The taquito rolls were very thick and not what I'm used to. We didn't really like them. Strawberry smoothie was very sweet but my bf liked it. The churros were only covered in sugar and tasted more like funnel cake, and they don't come with caramel or anything. We are not in a rush to come back. We were excited about trying this place because the menu was interesting, but overall it was underwhelming.

Mazunte Centro - Just Not It!…read more I really wanted to give Mazunte Centro another shot, but honestly, I should've trusted my memory. I came back hoping things had improved, but it was just as disappointing as last time. First off, no salsa station anymore--which used to be one of the best parts. Instead, they charge $3 for this tiny little cup of salsa. It just felt stingy. The place seemed super understaffed, so things were kind of chaotic. Tables were dirty, and we had to remind them about parts of our order more than once. I could tell the staff was trying, but they were clearly stretched too thin. The food was... fine. Not terrible, but definitely not on par with their Red Bank location, which is way better in every way. The biggest bummer? They suggest a 25% tip, even though you're basically doing a lot of the work yourself--like cleaning up your own table and chasing down missing items. And the margarita mix? Yikes. It tasted old and off, like it had been sitting around for days. Not the vibe I was going for on date night. Really sad this missed the mark because I was genuinely excited for the food. Safe to say, I won't be back to this location.
