Complete scam! Way overpriced and false advertising. $41 for 1 person. 5 tacos. The sign says salsa and chips $4.99. She charged me for each individually. I complained and she said it says salsa and chips separate. There was no point in arguing, she lost my business. I live only 7 min away so it would've been nice. Taste wasn't bad but I value integrity more and rather support local business who treat customers well. Not to mention how dirty the plastic tables are. Why is food so expense when her expenses are sooo low. Not even a physical location, no full kitchen, gravel area so no real parking and paying almost no employee. This is Kentucky and charging these prices is crazy

Drop whatever you're doing and make the drive down to Union for the most authentic and delicious Mexican food in NKY! Taco Queen is truly something special ... and came highly recommended by some local friends. My husband and I pulled up and parked in front of this cute little no-frills food truck around 7 p.m. on a Saturday. There was one other customer waiting for his meal in his car as we made our way up to the truck to order. Their menu is pretty standard - pick your protein and your preparation (taco, burrito, quesadilla, etc). They had a small sign at the ordering window advertising Nachos as their special, which I knew I had to try. I got them topped with Birria, while my husband opted for a couple of tacos with Chorizo and Asada. The young man who took our order said he'd bring it over to our car in a few minutes when it was done. There is a small, sheltered area to seat and eat, but it was a bit chilly for us to do that. Our order was delivered to us about five minutes later, filling our car with the most delicious scents. We could hardly wait until we got home to dig in ... but somehow we managed. We tried the tacos first - topped with traditional cilantros, onions, and some freshly made salsas. Both were quite tasty - although be warned that the Asada has quite a kick! The Nachos were loaded up with beans, cheese, pico de gallo, and pickled jalapeños. The Birria was perfectly tender - and paired well with the corn chips and saucy beans. The chips did soak through a bit in transit, but the flavors were so spot on that we didn't mind at all. I didn't manage to snag a picture of their hours, but it looked like this food truck is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and open for lunch and dinner throughout the rest of the week. Plus, they even take card payments - so there's really nothing stopping you from visiting Taco Queen ASAP!!

I love Mexican food trucks, and this one is much better than most. The food at this truck is exceptional, and the servings are generous. The fellow working the truck is pleasant and quick. The truck is set back off the road, but worth seeking out. I give them my highest recommendation. Will definitely return soon!

Birria tacos were amazing! The food came quick and we could sit in the car with the AC on until they brought it to the window.

Awesome tacos, quick cook time, and great prices. A+ every single time we've been. Closest thing to authentic in this area.

The site will notify you once your order is ready. I ordered chicken quesadilla which seemed pretty good to me, my husband ordered steak sandwich which was disappointing since the serving size was very small, the size was half the size of a regular hotdog bun considered we paid $8 for it. I was not fast enough to get a picture because he finished his food in 3 bites. The sides and drink in another order, additional $3 for a side of fries. Overall, we are happy this food truck came to our neighborhood, it's a change of phase for us, and happy that we can at least support business owners. I will definitely try more of the food in the menu if they come to my area again.

I asked the young woman what the two most popular items were and these were the two she mentioned. I thought they were both good. The amount of meat on the steak sandwich seemed a little light. Not sure if they have cut back to keep the sandwiches at a reasonable price point or what is up. I know inflation is brutal. The woman taking the orders could have been friendlier. It did not seem like she wanted to be there. I will give this food truck another chance if I see them out and about at an event.

I believe that this food truck is one of only two eateries in the Greater Cincinnati area to…read morespecialize in tri-tip beef - Tafts in OTR being the other - but sadly I dont think they represent this cut of meat that is wildly popular on the west coat very well The truck has a grill built in on the left side as you face the ordering window, and you can see the meat being grilled while you wait in line to place you order. The finished meat is sliced to order on a standard deli meat rotary slicer, and goes from the slicer to your sandwich, nachos, taco, etc. In theory, this is all good, but the meat is cooked to a well done, which means it is very dry, and the slicing process seems to produce pieces that are more like shreds than actual slices of beef. To make matters worse, the beef - tho tender - isnt very flavorful The bun it is presented on is good quality, but it is stated that it is a garlic buttered bun and I didnt taste any garlic whatsoever on mine. More like a bun brushed with melted margarine. The mild catsup-y bbq sauce that is included on the side helps with the moisture issue but it also overwhelms the minimal flavor of beef on the sandwich. The potato chips also included with the sandwich help the value proposition a bit - many food trucks charge extra for sides, even chips - but these are straight from a Kroger bag, nothing special, just filler Service is on the slow side. Expect to wait 2-3 minutes per person ahead of you. I cant really fault them for this, as this isnt all being prepared in advance - they are slicing meat to order, so at least it is fairly freshly cooked. Overall - not a good value and not a meal I would go out of my way for to get

I don't even know how to truly describe how amazing it tastes except that all the spices meshed perfectly. The Tri tip was super tender and not dry.
