Chuy's has always been my wife and I's favorite places for a while. Their chicken fajitas for two have always been so delicious and flavorful everytime we've had it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service was great and the ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Is always so great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have some of the most beautiful art I've seen in a restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And their tres leche is a problem ! So good ! 9/10

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Really cool place! We sat in the area that was car themed and really enjoyed it & weren't expecting it at all when we walked in![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The complimentary chips and salsa were the best I've ever had! Chips were so thin and crispy and the salsa was almost like pico! I forget what I got was even called but it was chicken and cheese rolled up & I got queso for dipping and it was amazing! Would definitely come back again

Not happy at all about my favorite Mexican restaurant. New management again and they're changing things that aren't broken like my tortilla soup that used to have a clear broth that is now what seems to be a beef broth and so extremely salty I cannot eat it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]New napkins that feel like sandpaper ((literally)) if you rub them they sound like a brown paper bag.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Stop trying to fix things that aren't broken please.. I'm not sure when or if I'll be back but this was our go to spot every Sunday after church but I don't think any more!!

¡Qué Rico Almuerzo En Chuy's! (What a Delicious Lunch at Chuy's!) Today's lunch turned into a full-blown Tex-Mex fiesta at Chuy's Mexican Restaurant, and let me tell you--this wasn't just any midday meal. This was bold flavor, bright colors, and enough creamy jalapeño dip to make you rethink your life priorities (in the best way). We kicked things off like true Chuy's veterans--with those signature thin, salty chips and fresh salsa. But we didn't stop there. We asked for the legendary creamy jalapeño dip, or as I now officially call it: "¡Es delicioso!" It's creamy, tangy, a little spicy, and completely addictive. Honestly, if they sold it by the gallon, I'd find room in the fridge. No hesitation. I ordered the Pancho's Nachos--minus the jalapeños (because I like to control my spice levels). Each chip came fully loaded--no sad, dry chips here. They were stacked with beans, cheese, seasoned meat, and a whole lot of happiness. My wife went with the soft tacos, a simple but always satisfying choice. Fresh tortillas, flavorful filling, and a nod of approval mid-bite that said it all. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Between bites and chip breaks, we soaked in the atmosphere. Chuy's isn't just a place to eat--it's a vibe. Bright decor, Elvis shrines, funky artwork, and a staff that makes you feel like family. It's colorful, it's casual, and it's got flavor in every corner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Final Takeaway Spice level: adjustable and awesome Cheese factor: high and glorious Vibe: festive, funky, and full of life Overall verdict: ¡Es delicioso! If you're road-tripping through Polaris area in Columbus and see a Chuy's nearby--make the stop. Whether you're in it for the nachos, the tacos, or just drowning in creamy jalapeño dip, you'll leave full and happy. Until the meal, take the trip, take a bite!! Brian

Been awhile since we've eaten here. We stopped coming sometime after Covid because they didn't have a lot of the old menu items. One of our favorites was the Elvis Presley Memorial Platter. Well we stopped in for dinner and The Elvis was Back!! Just like we remembered. Everything came out hot and just like we remembered. We were happy with our meals. Waitress a little slow but she was also bartending but not so bad that we were too upset with it.

The Victoria draft came out in a frosty mug and it was cold cold. Yes!! As I'm waiting for my food, more customers start coming in. Made me feel better lol. I swear the music playing is a recording of a DJ at a wedding lol. Out come the nachos and they look amazing. He also brings a little stand for my cell phone so I can eat and watch YouTube. Never have I had that offered to me at any restaurant. His hustle, service and smile was appreciated. The nachos were really good. The marinated pork, cheese sauce, fresh chips, chunks of pineapple, sour cream and salsa verde just came together well. Bonus points for the cheese sauce. Not to mention I watched him prepare everything thru the glass counter. He's back there having fun then brings your food out with a smile. Love it. Clouds are threatening rain but the day is in the 70's and inside/outside patio doors are open. After a warm greating, we were seated and our favorite chips and salsa were delivered . We are off to a great start! The salsa is house made with chunks of tomato, onion, peppers sourced from New Mexico and other spices that come together perfectly. This is one of those things you want a day old - it gives the flavors a chance to deepen and is the best salsa EVER. Our son joined us for lunch (which was a treat for us). BUT he is deeply committed to their kid's Mac & Cheese. (SMH) and the chips and salsa. Dont blame us; he was raised better than that! Hubs and I ordered the Lunch Shredded Beef Burrito. (Our favorite meal at Chili Verde.). The beef is fork tender and so flavorable. Wrapped in a fresh tortilla and served with your choice of red or green sauce on top. We opted to use that awesome salsa to top our burtito tableside. Lunch burritos include one side. Rice and beans are the default options but I ordered the corn and hubs ordered the mashed potatoes. Dinner includes 2 sides and a larger burrito. The mashed potatoes are hand-mashed with a few chunks here and there and lightly spiced. These potatoes are a family favorite. The corn is whole kernals seasoned with onions and bacon and lightly sweetened. This is my all time go-to! Hubs also recommends the pinto beans. Served as a whole bean served in a little gravy/liquid; the side dish is peppery and yummy. The secret is out about this restaurant and it is always busy. I recommend making a reservation through open table before you visit. I posted pics of today's lunch including our empty plates that we easily could have licked clean!

All were excellent and were attractively plated-- it wouldn't have mattered, but it was those little extras that really elevated the experience. We were also given a bowl of their latest salsa to try-- sweet and mildly spicy watermelon! We are regulars here and always enjoy the food and the pleasant ambiance, but this brunch was truly exceptional. We ended our meal with a plate of puffy Sopapillas with honey to share. Delicious! **This is New Mexican and NM-inspired food, not the same as Mexican or Tex-Mex.** If you're not familiar with it, you may ask for samples of sauces and meats before you order! NM cuisine is less about piles of cheese and taco shells and more about the flavors of their regional peppers (which they fly in fresh here!). It's a blend of Mexican, Spanish and Pueblo Indigenous foods, not American-Mexican. And yes, you still get great chips & salsa, but you're going to want to pass on the refills to make room for the stars of the meal-- the e
