Tortilla Chips, queso, ranchero dip, salsa

Chuy's has always been my wife and I's favorite places for a while. Their chicken fajitas for two have always been so delicious and flavorful everytime we've had it. The service was great and the ambiance. Is always so great. They have some of the most beautiful art I've seen in a restaurant. And their tres leche is a problem ! So good ! 9/10

Really cool place! We sat in the area that was car themed and really enjoyed it & weren't expecting it at all when we walked in! The complimentary chips and salsa were the best I've ever had! Chips were so thin and crispy and the salsa was almost like pico! I forget what I got was even called but it was chicken and cheese rolled up & I got queso for dipping and it was amazing! Would definitely come back again

Chips and Salsa with creamy Jalapeño

¡Qué Rico Almuerzo En Chuy's! (What a Delicious Lunch at Chuy's!) Today's lunch turned into a full-blown Tex-Mex fiesta at Chuy's Mexican Restaurant, and let me tell you--this wasn't just any midday meal. This was bold flavor, bright colors, and enough creamy jalapeño dip to make you rethink your life priorities (in the best way). We kicked things off like true Chuy's veterans--with those signature thin, salty chips and fresh salsa. But we didn't stop there. We asked for the legendary creamy jalapeño dip, or as I now officially call it: "¡Es delicioso!" It's creamy, tangy, a little spicy, and completely addictive. Honestly, if they sold it by the gallon, I'd find room in the fridge. No hesitation. I ordered the Pancho's Nachos--minus the jalapeños (because I like to control my spice levels). Each chip came fully loaded--no sad, dry chips here. They were stacked with beans, cheese, seasoned meat, and a whole lot of happiness. My wife went with the soft tacos, a simple but always satisfying choice. Fresh tortillas, flavorful filling, and a nod of approval mid-bite that said it all. Between bites and chip breaks, we soaked in the atmosphere. Chuy's isn't just a place to eat--it's a vibe. Bright decor, Elvis shrines, funky artwork, and a staff that makes you feel like family. It's colorful, it's casual, and it's got flavor in every corner. Final Takeaway Spice level: adjustable and awesome Cheese factor: high and glorious Vibe: festive, funky, and full of life Overall verdict: ¡Es delicioso! If you're road-tripping through Polaris area in Columbus and see a Chuy's nearby--make the stop. Whether you're in it for the nachos, the tacos, or just drowning in creamy jalapeño dip, you'll leave full and happy. Until the meal, take the trip, take a bite!! Brian

Been awhile since we've eaten here. We stopped coming sometime after Covid because they didn't have a lot of the old menu items. One of our favorites was the Elvis Presley Memorial Platter. Well we stopped in for dinner and The Elvis was Back!! Just like we remembered. Everything came out hot and just like we remembered. We were happy with our meals. Waitress a little slow but she was also bartending but not so bad that we were too upset with it.

Service was fine. Food was alright. Cute decor, relatively fast. Good strawberry mojito

Is she really giving a chain a 5 star review? I was so pleasantly surprised too! Had never been and am on a kick to try new places....with kids so chains are unavoidable. We arrived around 6pm, immediately seated, greeted, waters/drinks, chips. Servyer was SO nice, very attentive. Cute funky atmosphere. 50s style chairs and tables, Elvis statue. No one is taking themselves too seriously here. We started with small guacamole and small queso, just enough. I ordered the enchilada and taco. Well seasoned. Healthy portion, just good Mexican food. Hubby had an Elvis platter, SO much food. Kids had big as ya face burritos We asked for a lot of customization and they delivered. Everyone enjoyed everything and we plowed through 4 baskets of chips. At the end of the meal the server asked if the kids wanted dessert, even though we didn't get them a traditional kids meal. Options were vanilla ice cream or an orange push pop. She also offered me one! With appetizer dips, 4 adult meals, and a few beers this was $100+ with a nice tip, but overall we had such a nice experience which isn't always the case these days. Will be back if only to try the tres leches cake others mentioned!

We had awful service. We were not given our appetizer and never checked on. The food was average and the mojito was tolerable.

I sit at the bar and I'm greeted by something I've never had ever...chips served with 2 red salsas, a verde salsa and bean dip! Usually you just get chips, a small bowl and a carafe of salsa, help yourself. This set the tone that this would be different than usual. I ordered steak fajita nachos and a Modelo Negra. I powered thru the chips and bean dip like it was my job. And it didn't disappoint. Really fresh and flavorful. Nachos are nachos, right? Wrong. How they are assembled has everything to do with their mouth feel as they cool down. I've had nachos that come out looking amazing but as they cool, turn into a disappointing chuck of chips held together by shredded cheese cement. These stayed loose with crunchy bites of peppers and onions, and the cheese sauce coated instead of becoming cement-like. I always order the same thing when trying a New Mexican spot. If the nachos are good, chances are everything is good! So I'll keep the almost 5 Star steak going. I agree, some of the best Mexican food in Columbus.

Hmmm. Looks like an old Rax roast beef spot. Inside it had a festive vibe with a Mexican mix tape playing over the speakers. The gentleman takes my order and grab a booth. He takes your order and makes your food fresh! Fajita nachos Al Pastor with a Victoria beer. The Victoria draft came out in a frosty mug and it was cold cold. Yes!! As I'm waiting for my food, more customers start coming in. Made me feel better lol. I swear the music playing is a recording of a DJ at a wedding lol. Out come the nachos and they look amazing. He also brings a little stand for my cell phone so I can eat and watch YouTube. Never have I had that offered to me at any restaurant. His hustle, service and smile was appreciated. The nachos were really good. The marinated pork, cheese sauce, fresh chips, chunks of pineapple, sour cream and salsa verde just came together well. Bonus points for the cheese sauce. Not to mention I watched him prepare everything thru the glass counter. He's back there having fun then brings your food out with a smile. Love it. If it were super busy I don't know how he would keep up, but I appreciate his hustle. Yelp, your recommendation didn't disappoint. While I was in Korea, I came across a story that stopped me in my tracks--one of those moments when…read morethe weight of someone else's experience hits close to home. Ricardo, a waiter at Cazuela's Mexican Cantina in Reynoldsburg, had finished serving a table, expecting the usual--a tip, a simple acknowledgment of his hard work. Instead, he received a hateful message scrawled on the receipt, the kind that cuts deeper than words should. Ricardo works at Cazuela's only on Sundays, a second job to help make ends meet. So today, in between my OCIA responsibilities, I decided to stop by--to meet him, to shake his hand, and to remind him that there are far more good people in this world than the ones who spew hate. As we talked, I saw a man who carries himself with quiet dignity, someone who simply wants to work hard and provide for his family. I shared with him that I, too, know what it feels like to be told to "go back to your country," even though, like him, I am an American. I told him about my childhood, standing in front of my family's Crestview Market, hearing the ugly chants from passing cars--some driven by kids I went to school with. But today wasn't just about reliving painful memories; it was about something greater--the power of community, of kindness that drowns out cruelty. When I arrived at Cazuela's, I wasn't alone. Others had also come to show their support, to stand with Ricardo. He told me the outpouring of kindness had been overwhelming, and I was relieved to hear it. Before I left, I handed him my WARM card and told him if he ever needed help, he could call me. Because no one should feel alone in moments like these. And, by the way, if you ever stop by Cazuela's, their enchiladas and Mexican rice are fantastic. The chips and salsa? Fresh and addictive. And my server, Isabel--attentive, kind, and everything a great waitress should be. Some people choose to spread hate. But today, I saw so many more people choosing love. And thats what matters.
