Then choose your tortilla and fill it up with your choice of protein, hot veggies, cold veggies, beans, rice and sauces. The crispy fish are so good, so that is always my protein for my crispy fish bowl. My husband opts for the burritos. Add white or brown rice and black beans. Then add the hot veggies. Sautéed onions. Sautéed poblanos. Zucchini and squash. Yum! Next add cold toppings. Lettuce. Pico. Cheese. Cilantro. Guacamole. Salsa. Mango pico. Then top it with sauce. Chipotle crema. Ancho rancho. Fresh limes.
