It's very rare that I have an issue with CFA. And here's another location to add to that. I stop here in the mornings for breakfast before heading into the office. What I appreciate here is they have the mobile scanner. That is soooo convenient. More locations need that. The food has always been good, sometimes, tots can be fresh, but it's still eatable. Service is always good, no complaints, and the outside of the drive thru is very clean. Can't ask for more. I love this location. read more

You really can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. On my way to watch a movie nearby, I wanted to grab a quick meal before hand. I also had a freebie thanks to CFA and the Houston Rockets and it was expiring the next day. This place was packed around dinner time. The drive thru lane was long and the inside was busy as well. There were alot of people in line as well as waiting on food off to the side. The dining area was larger than most CFAs I've been inside. Customer service is always on point though a little slow here. I have yet to get downright overall bad service at any location. I did feel they missed the mark a little bit as far as the food is concerned. My freebie reward was a 3 piece tender. I knew that alone wasn't going to fill me up so I also ordered the grilled chicken deluxe meal with a lemonade. Usually CFA is quick with bringing food out but it seemed to take a tad bit longer than I am used to here. The waffle fries were nice and hot. The chicken sandwich on the other hand was a little bit on the cold side. The bun was hard and the sandwich ate really dry. The chicken itself was a little too charred for my liking. The tenders were a bit on the soggy side. I don't know if they were sitting out for awhile or if the steam in the box did that to them. Flavor was still there. The lemonade was super sweet and very pulpy. It caught me off guard. I ate the food but it didn't hit the spot like it normally does. This morning, we went to this location, and it wasn't busy at all. The service was good and the food was also good. First, I ordered 2 Spicy Chicken Biscuits. The chicken had very little spice, not enough for me, but it was juicy. The biscuit was flaky and baked to perfection. Second, I ordered Chicken Minis, and that was delicious. The chicken was juicy and had flavor, and the mini biscuit was sweet and flaky. Third, I ordered the 10 piece nuggets with Ranch, and it was so good. It's one of my favorite items on the menu. This is now my third time my breakfast order has been canceled by this Chick-fil-A, after I have fully paid, submitted my order in the app and come running through the mobile thru line at 10:29 to find my order canceled. Every time they have told me it's an automatic system that cancels it by 10:30, yet I've been told that at 10:29, according to my IPhone clock. They have three lines and one of the lanes takes a nightmarishly long time while the other two lines get out faster, although not fast by any means. It's poorly designed and the staff isn't great although they're not bad - but worst of all the bread tastes exactly like sugar and the chicken tastes like a really bad frozen patty that I couldn't even eat and ended up giving to cats, who didn't like it. This location is just horrible. They have this new drive thru system and it sucks. The girl who is running the food was not up to Chick-fil-A Standards. I asked if the bag had ketchup in it and she said "it should" knowing there was no ketchup. I asked he to please get me some ketchup, and it took her a good minute. I typically try to avoid this Chick Fil A because it's the closest one to work and the line is always INSANE. I was indecisive of what to eat one day, and just figured I'd go to Chick Fil A and face the craziness. They seem to have a policeman on duty during lunch hour (or is it all day?) and they have cones to block off traffic from one direction. SUPER organized way to control the lunch crowd and it went by super quick (efficient as always). No complaints here - I got my food quickly and the line wasn't crazy with people coming from every direction trying to merge into one line. Good job, CFA, Silber! read more

Update: They lied and claimed that they were going to refund me. I spoke with a Damion who claimed to be a manager at this location who lied about my wait time earlier in the week. I waited at that location for over 15 minutes. They had me pull forward. Every car before and after me had already left. He claims I waited for three minutes. How would he know who I was? He didn't ask for my ticket number over the phone. My yelp review remains. I will never eat at another Chic fil ass again! I will use the remaining points I have at the location that is more North. Chickfila at 7660 Katy Freeway Houston, TX 77024 is a total wreck. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, just the the sandwich and a small lemonade no ice, plus two packs of Buffalo sauce. That is exactly what I said and how I ordered it. Get to the window, and I already knew they screwed my order when they handed me a drink with ice. No biggie, I tell them that's suppose to be no ice. Then they mentioned spicy chicken meal. I did not order the meal but whatever, so I said, if it is the meal add in to packs of ketchup with the two Buffalo, but if it is just the sandwich then just the two Buffalo. They asked me to pull to the front because they were running really slow on the spicy sandwiches. Fine. So I sit up front, not too long but so far they hadn't got any aspect of my order correct. Finally a young boy brings my food, I start to look inside to make sure it's all right and immediately I notice only one Buffalo. Buffalo was the important thing to get, yet they threw in two ketchup. Before I could ask the boy for the other Buffalo, he was inside. The stores lobby is closed, so I couldn't just go inside and get what they screwed me out of. So I got out and waited making it clear I needed something. This little old crotchety lady comes over and at first seemed like she was going to help. Then when I said I needed a Buffalo, I was floored when she said, "there's a national shortage on sauces." What the hell does that even mean, it's not my problem and it sure as hell isn't that crotchety old ladies problem either. If sauce was in such a shortage, put a fricking sign up stating so. She kept saying the same thing over, and I finally told her get me a Buffalo sauce or I will. I was not having it and I should not have had to deal with it. If I was trying to get four, five or more sauces... sure I get it... but one pack of sauce is not at all acceptable for a sandwich. I don't know if the shortage is really on sauce or not, but I absolutely do know that there is a shortage on quality workers and this evil short old lady proved it. It is not her job to argue with a paying customer who has already had his order screwed up in three separate ways. It is her job to make sure the customer leaves happy. It is not acceptable to stand out there bitching about a sauce shortage when the customer is asking for a pack of Buffalo sauce. Severe training both on how to operate their handheld wireless point of sale devices and how to treat customers should be top priorities at this point as this location is absolutely lacking in these two areas. At least the Valeria, the young gal was decently nice and semi stuck to the traditional script. The old short lady is past her working years and has no business working there. A small side note, but the bun felt like one of the cheapest buns that fall apart because it is 3 weeks stale. I'm not sure if this is all due to having Xiden as president, but under Trump never once did a single chickfila experience go as bad, or at all for that matter, as this. It seems that every time I use the app something goes wrong. Last time it was the waffle fries and now this. Part of this is because I let myself get bullied. I got flustered and stumbled in my words and only on the drive home did I get angry. I ordered two kale salads, and a reward sandwich for lunch. When I arrived they told me that they didn't have the salads. They offered me another one instead. On the surface that seemed fine. But it isn't a salad that I want to double down on. I accepted one and they asked if I wanted anything else. They offered me a cookie. I bumbled around and accepted it. The place was packed and I felt pressure to make a decision and get moving. The end result was that I essentially paid for my "reward" and walked with a sandwich and a cookie and salad that I simply don't want. Again, part of this is clearly my fault but I don't want to order online from a place that will let me walk away dissatisfied and not seem to care. I eat out regularly during lunch. There are a number of other places around my work neighborhood that have also made mistakes, and are equally busy, but their customer service has always been significantly less abrasive. A few things already did not go well with my experience, first the drive thru attendant failed to ask for any sauces and this particularly visit they had several vehicles pass the window, where I was barley able to request sauces for my order before being told to "keep going, keep going" . This still did not upset me at all, neither did their scanner for points not working, bother me, although I was not given a receipt to add points myself and would have come in handy for this. No big deal again. It's busy around lunch, I understand. I get home a few exits down I-10 get inside to notice that both grilled filets I ordered with cheese, were carelessly thrown together with one slice of cheese for both filets. Still not that big of a deal... hindsight. But then I call to talk to the "lead" to bring it to their attention and I'm welcomed with nothing but arguing and rudeness. (I did up front say hey, I am making a complaint but I do not want anything free, I want to bring it to your attention) if how fast you serve your customers compensates the accuracy and quality, then the speed doesn't matter.
