The wait to order on the drive thru was 5+ minutes, the young man that charged my order was very nice. After I got my drinks they asked me to drive to the next window to get my order. Waited another five minutes. In the meantime I tasted to Sprite and it tasted like it had cleaning fluid in it. When the man Amin finally brought my food, I told him how the Sprite tasted, and could he use different soda machine and replace this one. He says there isn't another machine, when I know there is one in the dining area. Then I asked if he could just get me another sweet tea, he said no, it's a different price. I said I would pay the difference. In a very rude tone of voice he says "YOU HAVE TWO CHOICES, GET A REFUND OR GET ANOTHER SOFT DRINK"!!! I was in shock how he looked at me, and addressed me! I asked for the manager, he said in an aggressive voice "I AM THE MANAGER"!!! I asked for his name, he said Amin, it that's even true, he looked middle eastern in nationality. I worked in the hotel hospitality industry for forty years, and this would never be acceptable treatment of a guest. This man DOES NOT DISPLAY OR REPRESENT YOUR ORGANIZATION, RESTAURANT, OR WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. Went there for lunch on 12/18/2023. Ordered a double cheese with only Mac sauce and pickles, a hot n spicy with Mac sauce and lettuce, and a large fries. Legit took 20 minutes. when I got it the fries where hot but half filled container and no joke it looked like they took my sandwich out back and molested that shit. Always messes up orders. Managers really could care less about concerns. Worst part....is they have NO COVID precautions in effect. Employees in drive through line are on phones with gloves. They use same gloves and never change them when helping patrons. Scooping ice in the gloves they just touched their phone with. Then they get upset that I asked for a new drink! Great franchise, I arrived 30 minutes before closing and the worker(s) were hiding inside not answering the drive-thru intercom nor coming to the window. They were just laughing inside looking out. I am not a frequent McDonald's customer but I know the difference between good and bad service. Went through a drive thru yesterday and with only one car in front of me it took 10 minutes. During ordering process employee was switching back and forth from English to Spanish which made me wonder if he was high or trying to have multiple conversations at the same time. Order of fries was not seasoned, and new gourmet burger (mushroom melt) was bland. On a positive note my dogs finished the unseasoned fries and said thank you McDonald's! read more

We came here to grab a quick breakfast. And normally we put up with the poor communication skills of the order taker. But today was just awful. There was nobody. We waited and waited and nothing came on the speaker. So we drove up to the window to see if maybe we could place our order in case their intercom was broken. We get there and there was no one either. But there was a truck in front of us and we saw someone hand over the food to the driver, so we were like, Great! Someone is here. Then this guy with the headset comes in and opens the window finally but instead of asking our order or apologizing, he says we have to place our order through the speaker. That he won't take our order. We told him we were waiting but no one was even saying anything and he said, how long did you wait? By that point, we were done. How long did we wait? How long were we supposed to wait in front of the speaker which we didn't know whether it's working or not? That person should never be in the food business or anything that deals with people. You may be understaffed. Everyone probably didn't come to work today but you. But customers won't know that. Instead, you can say I apologize, I'm alone. And everything would be different. But to tell us you're not taking our order and we're in front of you and you expect us to go back around is really bad service. Since when did McDonald's accept service like this? This was the last McDonalds in town to have Diet Dr. Pepper, a staple for Texas. I now officially detest this chain and will steer clear. Idiotic management decision and I hope McDonalds goes out of business in Texas. Let Whataburger and Chick-Fil-A take over. They know about consistency and giving Texans what they want. McD's has obviously lost touch. They probably aren't even locally managed - If they are, their management is asleep at the wheel. I'm a realtor and live off fast food. McD's has the best sodas so they get my business 1-2 times DAILY. My son loves the happy meals and gets them for snacks and meals several times a week. They are so rude and disrespectful from the lady who was interrogating me on my order to the one holding my food as hostage because she refused to believe the Teachers Appreciation promo existed. The orders are always wrong and twice they have given me the incorrect change so I stopped paying with cash. They're also always backed up. There's always a line inside and at the drive thru but the food taste like it was cooked hours ago. When a 5 and 11 year old complain about it you know its bad. On my last visit I paid nearly $20 for 3 Unhappy Meals. Then when I asked for a cup for water the lady said it was .53 cents. Excuse me, I just paid for 3 Happy Meals and you want to nickel and dime me for a cup of water? My niece wanted an extra sauce for her nuggets, .25 cents. I mean come on people! I get that folks may order a Big Mac and then want a BBQ sauce. Ok fine charge those people. But infuse a little common sense here and let a sister get a free cup of water if I just spent $20. New facility is clean and well organized. It also has an outdoor seating area. As to food, it is standard McDonald's fare - consistent quality and value. Maybe because neighbors do not realize this location has reopened but volume of customers is much lower than others I have been to on a weekend morning. Terrible manager. I get to McDonald's, order a #2 breakfast with a Coke and 2 sausage burritos. Order taker says we have no Coke. What would you like? I say, "Can I have an OJ for the same price". She says yes. I get to window and the order is $9.60. I said the price should be about $7.25. I explain to the manager what happened. She said OJ is more expensive. I said ok, but what are my alternatives, I wanted Coke, I don't want coffee. She then explained to me that OJ is much more expensive. Really, they want to charge me $3 more for a 12oz cup. I'm not the one who doesn't have Coke. She gave me no options, says again that will be $9.60. I drove off. Went to McDonald's at Richmond, told them what happened, they threw in an extra hash brown. And they had Coke. My recommendation, avoid this location. My only regret is not getting the managers name. read more

So I go to this McDonald's at least two to three times a week because I work in the area and the customer service sucks. I went through the drive-through today and when I received my order my fries tasted old and cold. I told the lady at the window that I wanted some fresh fries because these fries tasted old. She came back to the window less than a minute later with some fries that I thought were new. I pulled off And tasted the fries and realize that all she did was re-dip the same fries that I had back in the grease. The fries still tasted old but just re-dipped in grease. She barely understood what I was saying and barely could talk any English. I will not visit that McDonald's again. This was the final incident that I can take. read more

On February 22 at 7:41 PM I went through the drive-through cashier number 13 and made an order which included a chocolate shake. The shake was very fluid not frozen. I informed the lady at the drive-through to which she said nothings wrong with it that's how it comes. I told her that is not a milkshake that is chocolate milk. The manager came arguing with me telling me that milkshakes are not supposed to be frozen they were very rude and aggressive all I wanted was a refund.
