I also love that they stay open later than your typical bakery, so it's a nice option whether you want breakfast, an afternoon coffee, or something later in the day. You select your pastries cafeteria style before ordering your drinks at the register. We got two baguettes, the Spicy Sausage and the Caviar. Both had that crispy, slightly harder baguette texture that gave them a really nice crunch.
