They were super easy to work with via email to book the event, with prompt responses and simple payment processing. They were on-time (even a little early!) on the day of the event and got all set up easily. It was a super hot day and we felt so bad they were cooking in the heat but they were super friendly and had great attitudes! The food was fantastic and even with everyone eating and many having multiple plates, we had a ton of leftovers (not complaining!!) The pork carnitas and the elote were the biggest hits for us! My son is 5 and level 3 autistic pre-verbal boy who is very happy but , also extremely active at all times and elopes often therefore , outings can be difficult but we still practice. This day my son starting stimming and was trying to get into the food truck. I was a bit embarrassed after, redirecting multiple times .. so we went to the car to wait for our food since , waiting is also a skill we are working on. To my surprise , my husband returns with an extra little burrito that the owner made completely free and out of his heart for my son. This isn't something we encounter often. Instead, our outings are judged by others but, this man didn't mind my son stimming and trying to regulate himself and having an interest in the inside of his food truck. I will never forget this experience because it was very welcoming and this man is very understanding and empathetic. I am glad this is a business that is autism friendly. I have ordered the tacos, quesatacos, ramen, fries and nachos. The birria is flavorful, juicy, and does not disappoint. The ramen and quesatacos are my favorite, especially when you go for the daily specials. Same portions/item, only $2 cheaper. My only complaint is their nachos and fries are kinda lame. The menu description says it comes with chips/fries, "nacho cheese", birria, cotija, and sour cream. I envisioned "nacho cheese" being the watery, melted, liquid cheddar cheese sauce that you typically get on nachos. Well, that is where I was wrong. The nacho cheese on their fries and nachos is actually shredded cheese. The fries/nachos have very little cheese sprinkled on top and it is not even melted. I find it hard to call them nachos with the sad amount of cheese used. My only recommendation is to change the verbiage from nacho cheese to shredded cheese if you're not going to change the cheese type, and add more cheese! Other than that, no issues.

I looked up their menu online beforehand when I was deciding where to eat, just to find when I got there that only a few of their menu items were in stock. Ok, understandable. But their prices on the truck were so much higher than what they advertise online. The chicken shawarma, for example, is $9 on their website and $14 at the truck. The Falafel wrap is $7 online and $12 at the truck. They essentially gave everything a $5 markup which made me feel like I was being ripped off. Easily fixed if they update the website or honor their advertised prices.
