This was, without question, the most disappointing customer service experience I have encountered. The owner's demeanor was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking in empathy. After I accidentally dropped my waffle when I tripped over a stroller -- an incident she witnessed in full -- she made no offer of understanding or assistance. Instead, I was simply told I would need to purchase another. The lack of compassion and courtesy was striking. The product/service was average at best, and definitely didn't match the premium price tag.
