This company came to my apartment complex, which was convenient since I had just gotten off work. Unfortunately, the convenience ended there. What's worse is that I used my card to pay, and after reading other reviews, I'm now concerned about how secure that was. I shouldn't have to feel uneasy after a simple transaction, but the combination of bad vibes and sketchy behavior has me second-guessing everything. Extremely unprofessional experience. I had a very disappointing interaction with Kelly, who was shockingly rude and unprofessional. During my visit, someone--possibly her son--handed me a plate in a very dismissive and disrespectful way. I calmly pointed out that there's a nicer way to treat customers, especially considering that without customers, there wouldn't be a business to run. His response? A sarcastic remark like "we get business anyway." When I brought this up to Kelly and asked if this was how she allows her staff to treat customers, she laughed. I had a pretty good vanilla milkshake from this dessert vendor. It was creamy and offered a solid vanilla flavor. It did have a little bit of ice pieces. The milkshake was $5. If anything, this truck's food is underpriced compared to the Curbside Bites Wednesday lunch fair on B Street between India and Columbia in Core-Columbia. I got the chicken-and-waffles Lolly Waffle and the brie and spinach savory crepe. The crepe came with a really nice spring green salad with sliced strawberries and vinaigrette, which was a nice surprise. Loaded with melted mild brie - so good. The lolly is just that - it looks like a corn dog that was put in a waffle iron, with a breaded chicken tender at the center. Tasted like top-notch chicken and waffles, and came with powered sugar and maple syrup. Crepe was $10, Lolly Waffle was $6. Both were very reasonably priced in my opinion, especially the crepe since it's basically a meal. Two of the Lollies would fill you up. They weren't the fastest, but it's a tiny truck with a staff of two (pretty sure they're the owners), and it was made fresh right in front of me. They didn't have a line but once people begin to discover this little gem, they will. Came out great, and they asked for my honest feedback... So here it is! It's great, check it out. read more

I went to food truck Tuesdays at Civita park and had the chance to try this truck. The employee that helped me was very nice. I had the taste for something savory and tried the fried chicken crepe. Everything is served to go due to Covid restrictions. When I opened the container I could smell the delicious fragrance of the food. The crepe cake with chicken mozeralla cheese spinach and mushrooms. I was very satisfied and ate so fast I forgot to take a picture. You definitely should check out Molten Waffles. I saw them at the Curbside Bites food truck event in Downtown on B St. They have some pretty unique menu items, both savory and sweet. I had the roast beef savory crepe, it was delicious. The vinaigrette salad was a nice touch. Their sweet crepes and waffles look awesome too, including some with Italian ice cream shaved off of a big cylinder, pretty unique!
