Secondly, when my sister bit into the very hard bread, her mouth was immediately filled with oil!!! So disgusting she nearly threw up, we checked the other pieces of bread and when squeezed, there were all oozing with oil (phots attached). One of the most disgusting things I have ever seen come from a restaurant. Lastly, the yuka frita was not only super greasy, but it seems as it they gave us both clumps of yuka, as well as the remains from the bottom of the fryer (photo included). The only reason we didn't go back and return the food was because we live in downtown Toronto. When contacting them directly via email, Alvaro, who I would hope is management, responded rather defensively, and came off as rude, rather than just simply giving an apology. I am not one to post reviews ever, but the mix of bad food and poor service has brought me here. If you want to eat here, take a gamble, it's a 50/50 chance that you get edible food.
