It comes out piping hot, with fresh lettuce and tomato. The chicken is crunchy and has a very spicy kick! Which is my favorite part. It's juicy and seasoned to perfection. I also love getting the chicken here. I love the seasoning for the chicken and the crispiness of the skin. The chicken meat itself is super juicy and always delicious! Service through the drive thru is always quick and efficient with a smile. A must eat every time I come to Vancouver.

Ironic that we flew from Houston to Vancouver to get a Texas Church's Fried Chicken Sandwich. (Too bad that they gave out the flight delay food compensation vouchers 45 minutes after we went to the food court.) Nice that we got a fresh batch of chicken and fries. Biscuits were okay as well. Good for a late night food court meal.

If I was in a hurry, I would recommend using order ahead/ mobile order on the app. I would've liked a lot more ketchup with my order (or if they let you serve your own ketchup: like similar restaurants). They do give you a ketchup if you ask, but I like a lot. (I prefer it to the gravy option). No complaints other than that. I like that also offer a spicy version of many menu items. People went bananas, fights broke out in the line-ups & even a death occurred - all over this chicken sandwich!!! Yikes! It threw all competitors to the wayside & had them eating chicken feed! As an aside note & tip in regards to a comparable chicken sandwich, I have to be honest - a close runner up in my books is - The Jerk at Downlow Chicken. I tried it for the first time at their UBC location a few weeks ago. See my review. DLC has a serious hit on its hands with this sandwich & if you haven't tried it - well get down there yesterday! Popeyes is still dear to my heart & I'll always favour the chicken sandwich (the reason for my 5 STARS - supreme taste & the price is right) here - but only the spicy version of course! The fish burger at Popeyes however, does need some work though so if you want a fish burger, stick to the Golden Arches!
