I went here for fried chicken earlier. Didn't feel like spending more on Korean fried chicken at all. I was going blind seeing 3 pc deal for $11.95 so this is what I ordered. 2 pcs of legs and 1 thigh were crispy and juicy. It was so good with mix of regular and spicy ones. Not much to stay on fries it was lukewarm. I loved the extra flavour of my food by adding hot sauce. I didn't have to wait too long. 4 stars worthy if my fries were fresh as well. read more

Order thru skip the dish. Pickup time was 6pm. I arrived at 5:45 not expecting it to be ready, went inside and just told them im early for a pick up and boom my food was already packed and ready to go. If i arrived at 6 pm my food would of been 15 min dead already (or perhaps even longer depending on what time they actually packed the food up). Got home i ordered half original and half spicy. I got all spicy so my kids werent able to have any, chicken definitely was cooked in old oil had that burnt oil taste. Lol the fries were super cold since they packed it super early and they were SUPER salty so my kids werent able to eat the fries as well. Huge disappointment its been a while since i had Churchs but from my previous experience it was so good. I heard they changed ownership and workers so thats probably the reason. Huge let down. Not sure if it is because I have not had fried chicken in awhile but I have to say Church's Chicken was super super delicious. It was nice and crispy. The chicken was juicy. The turnover of the chicken is high here. So you are guaranteed you are getting fresh food here. We got 12 chicken pieces (thighs and drumsticks) to share between a couple of us. Price of fried chicken has gone up recently and it worked out to be $42 for 12 pieces of chicken. I do have to say the chicken was quite big in size. I highly recommend ordering from Church's. Super delicious. I wish they gave us ketchup packets for the chicken oh well. Next time, we will ask for sure. read more

This location really don't bother providing any service nor good chickens anymore. Used to love their fried chickens a lot but recent two trips there got my take out order wrong and both time they forgot items I ordered when I were the only customer there after 9 pm. They swapped my order when I ordered all regular chicken with not edible very dark, super disgusting looking and dried spicy chickens, they did ask if they can mix with spicy ones and told they don't have enough (ordered 2 combo 8 pcs and got 6 very very bad old greasy-dried? spicy ones); worst thing is their pre-fried shelf was full of fresh looking regular ones and these Pilipino workers just want to practice first in first out, obviously those they can't keep overnight. Be sure to check your take-out boxes before you leave the store if you do go there as they can't do jobs properly. I came to this Church's Chicken for dinner. I got a $5 coupon for three pieces of chicken (2 legs and 1 thigh) and small fries and asked for to go (take out). It was a very good deal. A server took my order and another one prepared the food for me. They were very friendly and politely and worked efficiently. This fast food restaurant is small but it is bright and clean inside. Using coupons helps customers to get better deals; otherwise the regular prices are more expensive. The fried chicken was tendered and juicy. It was better than the KFC one. Also the fries were better than the KFC ones as well. I could taste potatoes and the fries were thick and crispy. Not greasy at all. Overall I was very satisfied with this order although it was fast food only. I would definitely come back to buy Church's Chicken in the near future. read more

This used to be my go to place when we're craving for fried chicken. Ordered here recently and the chickens seem like they were refried. It also wasn't as crunchy and juicy as before. The fries were way too salty. The gravy had lots of lumps. I noticed that the previous employees were no longer there. Not sure if management has changed. Miss the old crew making the food. Ordered the spicy thigh, and it really does have a kick to it. Probably a better deal to get the combo but hey, now my body doesn't have to digest the rest of the junk and an extra piece lol. Sick of the same regular or spicy chicken? Church's offers herb chicken. Yup, you read it right, herbs, like rosemary, basil, and many more. However, those herb chicken pieces are offered as drumsticks only (Sorry, thigh lovers). I like how Church's can let you order chicken pieces by a count of 2, 4, 6, 8 and so on without pressuring you to make the chicken go with a combo (as KFC does). Even if I were to order just four pieces, no drinks, no side dishes, they don't make you think twice and the total balance comes out to no more than nine dollars. The cashier lady even helped me get more for my money. In my realm of customer service ratings, this is more appreciated than just a pleasant attitude and good hospitality. I ordered along the lines of "Can I have just four pieces?... Drumsticks...Dark." She raised her eyebrows and exclaimed, "Why no thighs? You hate thighs?" After my automatic reply of "no", she told me it's better to have thighs mixed in with drumsticks because with or without thighs, they'd cost the same. Thighs mean more meat, so definitely it was more to my advantage that I ordered 2 drumsticks + 2 thighs instead of 4 drumsticks. The Jalapeno poppers are good, they used to have crab Xtremers, also were killer. Fries sort of not the greatest. Haha. The Spicy Thigh sandwich is pretty good, HOLD the lettuce. Thanks. Oh man this brings me back to the late nights of coming all the way home from the commodore during show nights when I used to live in Coquitlam and I needed some junk food due to second hand smoke.
