10 pieces for $15
Vincent N.

First time at a Church's, since I was up there thought I'd try it out! Ordered the 10 pieces spicy chicken for $15. I must say, the skin was super crispy, spice was nice, and the chicken was juicy! Texas style chicken vs Louisiana Popeyes, it was tough for me, but I think I like Church's better! I just found Church's to be crispier, juicier, and it had a nice spice to it, although I do like Popeyes spice a little more, overall Church's gets the edge!

Ordered (and paid for) a four piece and told them NO biscuit. I got a 3 piece... and a biscuit. Annoying how even at a drive thru, you have to PULL OVER and check every box to make sure nobody made a mistake.

No napkins no forks no nothing ‍‍

So I ordered some food for Christmas dinner my order was wrong I love their coleslaw. But they didn't send it to me. They only sent two mashed potatoes, a lot disappointed.

I'm super satisfied ;)

Amazing teamwork when there is a rush hour. Food is so good when you can wait patiently for fresh food. They were never rude when they got backed up with customers. This is the OG Spot:) :)

Boneless hot honey chicken

Wow good was barely warm over cooked didn't taste any chicken and small crumb pieces. I won't be back to any location if this is what they serve

10pcs chicken is awesome. Fried to perfection. Nice people work behind the counter. It wasn't too busy for Christmas day. Becareful with drive through turn.

Church Chicken is truly a hidden gem of a fried chicken place and needs more credit than they get. The chicken is absolutely juicy, with a crispy skin and spicy brine that really makes the chicken shine. Their honey butter biscuits are very complimentary and the deal of 3 pieces and a biscuit for $5 is practically a steal! You should come try this place sooner rather than later. Some of the best fried chicken Pomona has to offer

I'll start the debate. Church's Chicken is way better than Popeyes! Super satisfied with the food and service.

The chicken is cut up perfectly the sauce and the cheese was on point. Best part, just enough french fries to have a snack I like when you get your refills at the soda machine you can be a barista when it comes to soda drinks I personally love their Arnold Palmer. Everybody is so happy when you walk in there. The tables are always clean and well supplied with anything you would need for a meal. If you want a simple meal, that is well cooked to your liking. This surely is your place. Far from fancy, if you want to have a great meal. This is your place I have never had a bad French fry so far Thank you for listening to my review.

Surprisingly, the food showed up still warm, which already felt like a win!! The burger was gloriously beefy.... exactly how a burger should be!!! Crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, a fluffy slightly sweet bun, and a housemade ranch that had me wondering why I don't put ranch on everything!?!?! Actually , I JUST started liking ranch recently. The fries disappeared faster than my motivation to pack a lunch lol!! I didn't believe in food delivery before but at this rate, I could get very comfortable with this whole "food magically appears wherever you want it to" type of lifestyle!!!

We came on a weekend and it was super busy (as it should be honestly with how amazing the food and service are). We got the blackened salmon with penne pasta and baby potatoes, and the flat iron steak with bow tie pasta and herb brown rice. The steak was cooked perfectly medium. The bow tie pasta is served cold and has a vinegary flavor to it, definitely a distinct taste, but I personally loved it because I enjoy sour/vinegary flavors. I can see why it might not be everyone's favorite though, but I personally really enjoyed it. The salmon was also super flavorful and cooked perfectly. Same with the penne pasta and potatoes. Honestly everything was just made really well and good. For the sauce, we got their popular jalapeno garlic sauce and it paired well with absolutely everything. Needless to say, this place was really good from head to toe. I also got to meet the owner and he was super friendly too. I seriously wish they would open one closer to my area. Parking was really easy and the ambience was lively with sports playing all around the bar and plenty of seating.

We tried Hen & Heifer in Pomona and this one was an easy 10/10…read more I ordered The Narcissist, which is apparently their most popular burger, and I can see why. It comes with two fresh-ground premium beef patties, four slices of cheese, four strips of thick-cut bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and their homemade sauce. It was big, messy in the best way, and absolutely delicious. Shawn went all in with The Mannimal. Instead of a regular bun, it uses two grilled cheese sandwiches with a burger patty, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions in the middle. Definitely not a light lunch, but he loved it. We also shared the Belgian-style fries Cajun style. They were crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, full of flavor, and perfect for sharing. One thing that really stood out was the service before we even ordered. The cashier took the time to tell us all about their scratch-made food, explain some of the menu, and give us recommendations. You could tell there was real pride in what they serve. And apparently we weren't the only ones impressed. There was a consistent line of people waiting to order the entire time we were there. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with care. If you're craving a serious burger and fries, Hen & Heifer is absolutely worth a stop. 10/10. We would definitely go back. JustAskMouse.com

I heard about it…read morebefore, specifically some of the larger burgers like the Boss Hog, but I wasn't trying to eat as heavy before a concert. My friends and I got a heavy helping of information from the cashier after he asked if we'd ever been - which none of us had. He went over the menu, assuring us the ingredients were all freshly prepared in-house for the most part. I opted for a lighter (and cheaper) single patty burger - "The Creaminal", which featured a shmear of cream cheese and jalapenos. We also got some fries to share, as we were told an order could be shared between 2-3 people. We got an order of regular sea salted fries, and one order of cajun fries to share between 4 of us. They were right, it was plenty to go around. To start, the burger was good but nothing too extraordinary - especially given the lengthy preamble. But there was definitely some house made quality - and I definitely want to come back and try another burger option. So why give a 4/5 stars? THE FRIES. We were told the fries were fried in beef tallow which piqued our interest. It was immediately apparent that the fries were above average in flavor. I don't think I could stop talking about them for like 4 days. Out of the two, I really liked the seal salt better, but the cajun were also great. I enjoyed how the cajun had plenty kick to it without being overpowering with spice coverage. Even more than the other burgers, I really want to try some chili cheese fries next time I visit. Though, I'm weary it might be trying to fix something that's not broken. The vibe of the restaurant was super chill, order at the counter, can/bottle drinks only, everything sold seperately. It's a little pricey overall, but again there's a lot of in-house ingredient preparation (meat cuts, sauces, etc.). Next time in the area I plan to check it out again and see if I can find a sandwich/burger that can match the flavor of the fries.
