Chicken Egg Foo Young with fried rice

I love this place. I've been here several times to meet my cousin and it's always great. The lunch specials which are in the pictures are like $12 and you get a nice selection. I always do takeout also and the food is always delicious. BYOB if you prefer. It's a nice clean sit down restaurant so if you're in the old Bridge area check it out

Wow! Great food, service, and extremely reasonable! Found it on a whim and gave it a shot and we are so glad we did. I only took a picture of half an egg roll but as you can see it's huge. The flavor was great. The wontons in the soup were obviously homemade. Chow mein was authentic chow mein NOT like Los Angeles (made with noodles). It was in a gravy and absolutely fabulous! The Szechuan beef was great too! We are so glad we ate here and might be back before we head home. Thank you for such a wonderful meal!!

Pork fried rice & pork chop lo mein Hot and Sour Soup

This was their lunch special. &9.95 for 2 sides and a soup! They also gave fried chips to watch with the soup. The service was fast as the employee stated 10 minutes and by the time I got there the food was ready! The restaurant was empty but it seems like everyone ordered take out! The hot and sour soup really hit the spot on this cold winter day. I will definitely be coming back since I enjoyed all the food

My family and I had lunch here today. We had: -chicken rice soup -wonton and egg drop soup -lemon chicken -sesame chicken -pepper steak -paradise shrimp The portions were huge and delicious. The staff was friendly and very efficient. We will be back!

Chung Sing Pork Chop Pork was very good, portion size was great - sauce is sweet and tasted great - definitely a new favorite after trying

We have been running out of Chinese takeout options in the area, and have been widening our search and driving to other towns in search of a takeout place to really rely upon Chung sing hit the mark on our first pickup order, we got the special porkchops, tchi-thichicken, chicken and broccoli and then spare ribs, crab Rangoon and some egg rolls Avoid the egg rolls at all costs, they pretty much came soaked in oil to the point it was actually leaking through the plastic and paper bag and into our car Everything else hit it off, the meats were not rubbery like some other places and the portion sizes were great for the price - our only minor gripe was that the broccoli was overdone and soft instead of crisp (not a huge deal but notable) Even with the minor hiccups of the egg rolls and soft broccoli it's still a shining star of a restaurant Will definitely be returning again and trying more things on the menu - I think we have found our new spot !

Used to call it "local" when I lived in Old Bridge. It is just as I remembered. Good smooth silky egg drop soup, great tasting wontons and broth. This is one of the last OG Chinese restaurants that still serve chicken in foil! Soooo good! Food is good, great service. Happy I stopped in while in the area.

    Can't even eat that

A staple of Old Bridge, Chung Sing has been around forever. It's one of the better Chinese spots in the area.

Worst wonton soup anywhere. How can you screw up wonton soup? After I tasted the soup paid my $7 for the lunch buffet and left. Horrible!!!

You can't beat the Mon - Sat lunch buffet for $7.00. However, the egg rolls are quite greasy.

My typical go-tos are: [Apps] soup dumplings, shiu mai, spicy wontons, vegetable spring roll, shrimp and vegetable pot stick, shrimp dumplings; [Soups] fish rice noodle, spicy fish rice noodle, spicy seafood, Shanghai wonton, shrimp and pork wonton, beef (I forget what it's called - it's the #1 ordered one there); [Mains] beef chow fun, fish fillets with scallions, salt and pepper pork chop, salt and pepper fish, fish fillets in wine sauce, young chow fried rice, and the standard chicken and broccoli. Ok, so if you are going here for pretty ambiance or great service, you are in the wrong place…read more It's a good size, clean, but the booths have cracked seats and the tables have paper tablecloths. I was here on a Tuesday, so it was very slow, there was only one woman running the front of the house. But, they had some takeout orders going out every so often. That being said, the food is really yummy! I was here with my mom and we each had a hot and sour soup. It was fine, but when you add some of the side of black vinegar and picketed ginger... it was very tasty! We shared the dan dan noodles which were delicious! We also had the crab and pork soup dumplings which were hot and tasty. Finally, we split the stir fries beef filet with scallions and miso which was great! The beef was really tender and the s asinine was spot on. This is a great place to come when you want good food with no frills.

I've been wanting to come here for quite some time. We decided to give this place a try one day…read moreafter work. We came here for an early dinner during the week and were immediately seated. The restaurant is big, with one wall donning a mural of white flowers and the opposite wall holding decorative windows and decorations. The special drinks station can be seen near the front, a little bok choy statue propped up on the counter. A flat screen TV can also be seen mounted to one of the restaurant's dividers as well, with two others mounted on the back walls too. We ordered the following: S11- Wontons in Chili Oil- we didn't order this but it was a happy accident order. It turned out the server misheard us and ordered this instead of the dumplings. So, we said no problem and ordered the steamed dumplings, as well. We ended up liking the wontons. S12- Steamed dumplings 6 pieces- this was a slight disappointment in that the dumpling skin was the same as the wonton skin. I was expecting it to be a bit doughier and thick. Instead, it was thin. The dumpling was pretty good and spicy but I was expecting the wrap to be different. We got swayed when we saw it on their tv screen and was expecting it to be thicker. H17- spicy pot with lotus root, mushrooms, tripe, shrimp, ham, potatoes with sesame. There weren't any lotus roots in there. This was very spicy. Hubs liked it a lot and was happy that there were plenty of tripe for him to have. V1- mapo tofu with minced pork- this was pretty tasty and spicy F8- Typhoon Fish Fillet- I always wanted to try this style of fish, so the minute I saw it, I knew I had to get it. Hubs didn't realize that it was fried fish and we didn't know how it was prepared. It's fish fillets and heavily seasoned mixed with onions, shallots, salt and pepper, spicy pepper. According to him, it was heavenly seasoned. LOL. We let the server be aware of peanut allergy and she said that we could order anything we wanted and they won't add peanuts to it. Originally, we were going to go to another restaurant but that was closed for that day. Glad that place was closed and we came here! Service was quick and friendly. Will definitely return to try other items on the menu!
