I met up with my old colleagues a few weeks ago when I was in the area. I was glad to be able to visit this restaurant again; our original choice was closed on Tuesdays, like many others. Braised Eggplant & Chicken with Salted Fish ($25): A uniquely authentic Hong Kong dish that I rarely get to try. Delicious. I would definitely order it again. Lufa & Fresh Tofu Skin in Chicken Sauce ($22): The tofu skin was a bit tough to chew, but this is another dish that is not commonly available in standard Chinese restaurants.
