So, we ordered here for delivery once before our last visit, and the food was good enough to order again. This last time, emphasis on last, we ordered and they said it would be an hour and a half for delivery. Not a huge deal, even though we were trying to avoid going out. So, we asked if it would be faster if we picked up and they said yes, only 30 minutes. After the 30 minute went by, my wife drove to pick it up and told me after another 10 minutes of waiting and watching other people pick their food up and leave, she asked the lady if it would be much longer and she said it would be a few more minutes. After another ten minutes went by she inquired again, in which she was told that they don't have anymore crabpuffs. My wife was upset enough to ask for a refund and she is one of the most easy going people I've ever met. I advise you, DO NOT GO HERE. I found a cockroach in my lo mein, threw up, went back to the store and they told me that I lied & PUT IT IN MY FOOD. I demanded something happen to compensate me, but all they said is because I took the food home, there was no way to tell how the cockroach got in the food. They don't even deserve 1 star! My wife and I eat at this Restaurant all the time and it WAS great. Then around 6/10 they sold and the new owners took over and changed the menu. GONE are the great egg rolls now they have more expensive spring rolls which were not great and more expensive. GONE are the reasonably priced combination plates and that came with rice,noodles,, wontons and eggroll,replaced with entree and rice(noodles substitute will cost you an extra $1.50. My wife and I tried delivery. We ordered Lemon Chicken, Shrimp Kung Pao with the more expensive noodles,Hot and Sour soup,and 2 spring egg rolls all told cost $29.60. plus tip. We ate the soup and it was ok but certainly not as good as before. It came with 2 shrimp,count em 2, Tofu was not as good either. I ate the spring rolls, not bad but I certainly preferred the eggrolls a lot more and one of my pet peeves for both owners is the nasty hot mustard in little packets. They need to offer the real deal. Ok on to the Shrimp Kung Pao yes my wife is a picky eater but she loves her shrimp. She took two bite and claimed it was the nastiest thing she put in her mouth lately and even proceeded to get sick shortly after of which I will spare you the details of. The lemon chicken comes in a large clam shell and is really fried chicken and it comes with a side of some type of Lemon sauce to pour or dip your chicken in. Well I cut up half the chicken and mixed it with the white rice and poured the sauce over the top and mixed it up.Well I am not a picky eater , I will eat just about anything except that Lemon Chicken. I took a couple of bites and literally had to choke it down. Lemon sauce tasted like cough medicine.That is about the worst stuff I have ever put in my mouth. No to be a drama queen but I got to visit the little boys room for about two hours myself. OK that is the food story but how about the customer service side. Not so good either. While I packed up the remaining food my wife called the Restaurant and talked to the lady and explained between some nasty words we were extremely unhappy with the food and wanted our money back. 1st they wanted to know if we even tried the food. After some discussion about the food I guess they told my wife if we wanted the money back we needed to bring them the food. The lady at the front counter was extremely rude and defensive. She accused me of eating 1/2 the chicken and then wanting my money back. I had to explain to her it was mixed in the rice. After more discussion she finally agreed to refund $19.00 and some change and after I received the money i assured her they would never see us again. read more

I feel like I must give this spot a 5 star due to all the bad reviews that people have left that I disagree with tremendously. Sure, this place isn't PF Changs, and if you are expecting PF Changs quality; then go to PF Changs! I'm normally not a fan of delivery Chinese food, but this place is on point! HUGE PORTIONS!! General Tso's Chicken is on fuego! So bomb! The Crab puffs are good, not the best I've had but good. I always get a side of chili oil to mix the sweet and sour sauce for the crab puffs and it's amazing! Fried shrimp is breaded a little too much but it's a great treat for my dog...she loves this place too. For the price and convenience of delivery this place is solid...I've had plenty of other delivery Chinese food and this is by far the best! Came here for a carry out order. Food was nothing special. Not horrible, but not memorable either. The lady behind the counter, although not unpleasant, was not very welcoming either. Think I'll stick to my faves, Big Heng and Golden Rice Express. A bit farther away, but better than here, I think. read more

I put in an order for delivery at this place (I'd never eaten there before). I ordered sesame chicken and orange chicken. On the phone they said the wait would be about 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, it finally arrived. I opened the boxes and the food looked alright. I took my first bite to find it was very tough, almost like an overdone steak. The chicken was very dark brown, like they're using the chicken scraps that no other restaurant wants. I thought maybe that was just a bad bite, but as I ate a couple more bites, it just kept getting tougher. I then called them, telling them about my dissatisfaction. The host tells me "let me find the receipt. I'll call you back. I'm busy right now" which kind of agitated me. However, I let it slide. I got no callback. When I called back the next day, as soon as I explained the situation they HUNG UP ON ME. Not only was the food terrible, but the customer service was even worse! We ordered from this place last not and I am not happy at all. First off the lady on the phone was not pleasant, she seemed annoyed to take my order. She said it'd take 45 minutes to get my food delivered and it took an hour and a half. The food they did deliver however was not what I ordered. And it took another 20 minutes for MY food to get to my house. And two guys showed up this time in two seperate vehicles which I though was strange. I don't have a problem with that I just thought it was abnormal. They then had the nerve to ask for the other order back and then I thought that is super weird and not sanitary at all!! THEN the two guys proceeded to unpack that food and repackage it in new containers and bags I'm guessing in hopes to deliver it to the right person! EEEWWW!! They put their customers health at risk just to save food and money. NO THANK YOU! Then they left their TRASH on my wall outside my house (the empty styrofoam containers and the ripped plastic bag) because they apparently don't know how to throw anything away! When I sat down to eat my food it was ice cold and it was not very good. Needless to say I WILL NOT be ordering ANYTHING from them EVER again! I don't know what sort of place thinks they can get away with something as disgusting as that! But I hope they read this and change their ways because they're gonna make their customers very sick if they keep operating this way. read more

Super disappointed! I ordered Orange chicken and Mongolian beef for lunch here. I get home and to my surprise the chicken is all bread, and has a hard and chewy texture. I'm not even sure what I was eating was actual chicken. The Mongolian beef was okay, nothing great and the flavor was bland. The fried rice was edible, but had an oily taste to it. The egg drop soup almost made throw up. It had a metal aftertaste to it, like it was sitting in an aluminum pot for who knows how long. And it was guey. The shrimp wontons had a small piece of crusty shrimp in them with a lot of breading. The board of health definitely needs to check this place out. I just hope I don't get food poisoning. read more

For fast Chinese take-out or delivery this place is the best. I recommend the Crispy Cantonese noodles and, believe it or not, the sweet and sour chicken. I know you are probably thinking "Sweet and Sour Chicken!?!?WHAT?, next review" but this reviewer loves dim sum, sushi, pho, and other delicious asian cuisine. I purchased a 'to go' meal which cost $18.00. Took the meal home and when I opened the bag to remove the food, a roach crawled out of the bag. I had to through the whole meal away. Please do not support this Canton & Mandarin Chinese restaurant!! I probably should have suspected something, because the place was not very clean. We have been going to this restaurant for over 5 years. Tonight we ordered our usual and by delivery. Part of our order was missing. Immediately called and reported the following Hot & Sour soup had nothing but a couple of vegetables and no tofu , in which I had ordered extra tofu for a dollar extra. Wow Wonton Soup had two pieces of broccoli and 2 carrots. The young lady on the call first said the ingredients are what they are. I've order the same thing for over five years! I know what is normal ingredients, when I drove the food back packaged just as they delivered, they actually accused as I was showing them the problem, the young girl said I'm a liar, the older woman talked in her native language which was rude, I then just said give me my money back. What's a shame is the treatment to a loyal customer who has order several times and to be accused of a liar. Terrible CUSTOMER service and SO sad. read more

My husband and I ordered delivery last night. Vegetable Lo Mein and Teriyaki chicken. In a matter of 2-3 hours we were both so sick. I have never felt to sick. I literally thought i was going to die. Had to miss work because I was in the bathroom all night. Did call them, with a "oh Well" response. Then called the health dept. Please be very careful...if they tell you all their food is freshly made, well than how about looking at who's preparing it. I eat out at this place an few times this past month and each time the quality have been consistent. The portion are more than ample for its price. While i wouldn't rate the food here an A , i would give it an B- and for its price, thats not an bad thing. read more
