Yummy BLT! [Rocklin CA]…read more Came here for lunch on a Monday and wasn't busy at all. Front sign said please wait to be seated but the lone server working that day said I could sit anywhere I like. I found out later that Chloe was her name. I've only been here once over 10 years ago so I had to look over the menu to see if there was anything new... I didn't know what I was craving but the BLT sounded good. The BLT on toasted white bread had a generous amount of bacon in it. Sooo good! It came with fries but you can have your choice from Regular Fries, Beer Battered Fries, Onion Rings, Sweet Potato Fries, Coleslaw (Select Locations), or Green or Caesar Salad! I opted for the Beer Battered Fries. Crispy and fresh from the fryer. I asked Chloe if I could use my Birthday Reward towards my meal and she said yes and we would do this transaction towards the end of my meal. Then she surprised me with a scoop of ice cream w/ whip and cherry on top. LoL! She didn't have to do this but it was a nice gesture and I appreciated. At the end I completely forgot to use my Birthday Reward deal. I'd love to return for a nice, juicy burger. Eyeing that BMS Moo burger. Excellent service. Thank you, Chloe Instagram: @moomoosburgerbarn Review #4023

My Hidden Gem: Gourmet American Burgers in NorCal This small…read moreburger spot has been my secret for years. I've debated whether to share it because, as we all know, once a great local place gets discovered, it quickly gets crowded. But I finally feel obligated to give it the review it deserves. The service is consistently top notch friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Once you become a regular, they start remembering your usual drinks and sides. After searching for the perfect burger place for years, I finally found this absolute gem. You can customize any burger with endless add-ons and extras to make it uniquely yours. Hats off to the cooks they're the real magic here. Every plate comes out looking like art and tastes absolutely perfect. Pro tip: Their malts are thicker than their shakes one needs a spoon, the other a straw so choose wisely! They also offer a vegan burger, plenty of other menu items, and breakfast if you get there early enough with no wait (unlike Black Bear Diner and other popular spots that are crowded and 30-45 min wait time ). We shall see if it changes after this post . The inside has a charming old-fashioned, simple vibe with classic music playing in the background. It's fun to ask your dinning members at your table if you're eating with a few people "Who sings this one?" While enjoying your meal with great conversations and laughs .It has a real family-friendly atmosphere. The bathrooms are always clean, and the manager is great the few times I have seen him he's quick to help with a smile and even jumps in to serve tables when needed. If you're in NorCal and love a great burger, do yourself a favor and check this place out. Just don't tell too many people... I'd like to still get a table without a crazy wait! This has been another Brutally Honest review , til the next one , thank you

We were craving burgers and saw this place on the drive home so we decided to try it out. This is a…read moretypical burger place with an "older" diner aesthetic. We ordered 1 Double Bacon Burger ($11.79) + Onion Ring Combo ($5.69), 1 Cheeeesy Burger ($10.29), and 1 Regular Bacon Cheese Fries ($5.39). Total came out to $35.73 before tip. I do feel like the burgers are a bit small for the price but they tasted amazing and were also made fresh in front of us so I believe it's worth the price. Super flavorful and everything just melts in your mouth. The onion rings were delicious, definitely the best I've ever had. I enjoyed the fries as well but I did expect more bacon and cheese on the fries. However, Cheeeesy Burger was quite salty so I was fine with the amount of cheese and bacon presented on the fries. We did not wait long for our food either. We ordered around 5:20PM and everything was done by 5:34PM. The employee that helped us was Ausaf and he was by himself cooking but got everything out very quickly. Overall, this has become our top burger place. I've been telling everyone about it since my visit. We did also visit again after because of how great the food is here. I totally recommend if you're looking to try something new.

We ordered the Double Bacon Burger, a Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Bowl and a side of Fries. I liked the Lettuce Bowl, but I remember wishing it had more protein in it - it was only about a small handful of chicken. My husband liked his burger and the Cajun Tater Tots he added on the side. They offer their signature burgers plus chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, cheesesteaks and even sides like chili cheese tots and Irish Nachos. Their Milkshakes looked good too! Staff were friendly - it seemed to be owned and ran by a family. There seemed to be a hiccup with their payment machine when we were ordering our food, but they got it sorted out pretty quickly. I could see us coming back next time we're in the area. It wasn't too expensive compared to other burger places. Check them out!

I am shocked that this place has anything less than 5 stars. The double bacon was soo good, I added a little Cajun sauce to mine.

Food was easy, menu ca be accessed at the table with QR code or just walk up the "everything else" line and there's a menu up front. It's nothing fancy, typical bar food, but everything was good. Separate line for beer and wine. The two different lines made ordering and especially getting drinks really fast. The longest part was me deciding what to drink, but the bartender suggested options and let me taste them, I picked and was leaving with my drink in under 5 minutes or less. Casual setting and music for millennials. A little loud, but it's a bar not a library and it added to the fun atmosphere. Overall, had a fun time and would definitely go back! Staff were super nice and efficient. Great for groups because everyone orders what they want when they want and pays on their own so no awkward bill splitting!

I stopped by the Habit Burger on Pleasant Grove in Roseville and honestly, the work ethic there…read morereally stood out. Every employee was constantly moving and staying busy the entire time I was there. When there wasn't a line, they didn't just stand around , they'd rotate between taking orders, sweeping, mopping, and wiping things down. What impressed me most was how consistent they were with cleaning. The floors, tables, outdoor seating, even the umbrella frames and windows were being cleaned over and over. The drink station and straws area were constantly wiped down too. It wasn't just a quick once-over, it felt like they really took pride in keeping the place spotless. You don't see that level of attention very often. Everything felt organized and almost like clockwork. Definitely made the whole experience better knowing they care that much about their space. Btw the tempura green beans were the best

I visited this location of the Habit on 5/8/26 the last day of a "teacher appreciation" promotion:…read morea free sandwich, burger, or salad with a $5 purchase. The woman who I assume was manager or shift lead that evening spoke to me very rudely. I had showed my teacher ID to the cashier -- a young man who asked her how he should ring me up. She was very condescending to both the cashier and to me & said I needed to bring the flyer. I was frustrated because I recalled reading the flyer and it only said to bring my teacher ID to receive the promotion. She dismissively told me that the flyers were passed out and something like "that way it's only one per person" as if I might try to do this twice. I decided to drive back to get the flyer off my desk at work and return. With gas prices over $6 a gallon now this was such a waste of my time and gas. I returned- flyer in hand- and ordered. The woman did not speak to me on this second visit. I told the cashier who rang me up both times "I'm back with the flyer--as you see it says absolutely nowhere on it anything other than show your teacher ID." It was awkward and I noticed the woman seemed very intentionally to avoid speaking to me -- because I tried to show her the flyer twice but she walked back in the kitchen area and looked away. Just want to say overall-- I felt disrespected and such a negative energy from this that it became my last visit to the Habit at this location. Maybe the energy got into the food too, because my fries were floppy and cold, my burger seemed soggy. This was the opposite of teacher appreciation. It was a teacher - "treat you in a condescending manner" bye bye... worst experience I've ever had at the Habit. I live nearby and in average go there 3 or 4 times per year. Now I'll choose In-N-Out every time.
