I dropped off a motor for a few broken bolt removal a week ago they told me it would be ready next day possible the day after i said okay no worries. I call two days later and they said it's not done and he will call me later with an update that never happened. Still haven't heard anything so I call again two days later and was told it's in work. Don't hear anything so I try calling beginning of the next work week and no one answers and I called 4 times randomly throughout the morning trying to get an update. When I was driving home from work I see they are open so I stop by and see what's up with my motor and he said oh we were out of gas for the welder I'll try to get it done by end of day. I get a phone call an hour later saying it's done. Well when it comes time to pay he goes hey the were a little harder to get out then I though I'm going to charge $10 more per bolt. Honestly how are you going to tell me they were harder when I was just here an hour ago and you hadn't even started on it. Seem like they came out pretty quick
