I think they have improved this location so much!! It is CLEAN, games are fun and the addition of the Trampoline Zone is worth the extra $12 dollars. Only reason for not a higher score? We have been to a few Chuck E. Cheese's. This is the nicest one. All the staff members are super sweet and helpful. They have more games than the other locations. Their food is pretty good most of the time. They have special days for autistic kids which I love because I have a 7 year old autistic child that is sensitive to loud noises. They offer great monthly plans which is basically 30$ a month for 250 credits a day and you get 50% off all the food. This is great for us. I do miss the point system though. I loved being able to earn points towards free items with every purchase, but that's ok. Hopefully something better will come out eventually. We love that they have a toddler section and a trampoline area and gym area. I do think it's unfair to charge extra for these areas cause some families can't afford that. I do love this place though and we usually go a couple times a week. read more

We drove three hours to see the animatronic characters for the last time before they get decommissioned in a couple of weeks. It was cool and sad. Danny said some new exciting changes are on the way but we don't think anything's cooler than an animatronic band. Food was good, although greasy. They have good pepperoni and we love the cheese bread. Do not make the mistake of buying the frozen Chuck E Cheese pizza from the freezer section at Walmart-- it isn't the same at all. Chuck E Cheese has come a long way. It's been at least 25 years since I've been to Chuck E Cheese. let me tell you, they've remodeled and revamped. I actually enjoyed myself. There were lots of games for kids of all ages to play along with an indoor trampoline. The pizza was pretty good, I got the salad bar, which was fresh and lots of topping to choose from, I enjoyed my salad, and the price is reasonable. I most definitely recommend bringing the kiddos to run around and tire before going home to take a good nap. LOL, this is definitely something to do when the kids are bored. read more

They don't explain anything and just try to sell you the memberships without inform you that you are making a 12 month contract that you cannot cancel unless you make the 12 month payments. The food is very expensive and everything is sold separately. The basic ticket to play cost $25 and it only gives you 40 minutes of play time. My family and I had a blast at the Chuck E Cheese off Noble, in Visalia, CA. Daniel is such a great leader instilling positive energy to his crew while exhibiting every aspect of it himself! Josiaah, greeted us with a smile as we walked into the restaurant and with greet patience as my daughter and her friends were all talking over each other and not paying any attention at all to his direction. Felipe, would always ask if there was anything he could get for us every time he past our tables. Julian, was so great about picking up garbage off the floor (some left by our group-sorry)! And Quinn had a wonderful smile as he said "Thank you, come again" when our girls were walking out! All in all, I couldn't be more happy with our experience! I booked a bday for my son totally last minute not only did they accommodate but Danny and Stacey went above and beyond to make sure bday boy and all his friends had the best time . From the small attention to detail to providing us with candles and socks and making sure each kid is having the best time I was overwhelmed with how much effort was put in to this very last min bday party. The toys are all new and fun and kids loved the new motorcycles and the toddler trampoline was a huge hit nobody wanted to stop jumping . We took our daughter out today for her birthday and this location did not disappoint! Such a great team who displayed a great amount patience, communication, and proactive customer service! When we had issues with a machine not working they were keeping us up to date on it getting fixed. When it came to cashing in on the points, the staff, Cynthia, was patient with our now 6yr old daughter who wasn't sure on what prizes she wanted. First if all the price is outrageously expensive. They even charge you a $1 to put coins or minutes on their card. It wouldn't be so bad except the games are a joke. My child swiped his card and tried to play a game and literally within 10 seconds it was over and said try again. Several of the games last about 10 seconds. It's quite discouraging to the kids. They don't offer very many points per game and then when you go to turn in your tickets, the prizes cost so many tickets the kids can't get much maybe a few pieces of candy or some stickers. I think you'd have to play hours and hours in order to get enough points on your tickets to be able to get a decent prize. And that would be way too much money. Too bad because this has the potential to be such a nice place for families to come. read more

Look we been going to Chuck E Cheese ever since Tully Road in San Jose, that's old school 2 story building, water was free. I was on line there was an elder sister lady asking for a water cup, she looks like she in her 60's maybe late 50's and they tell her no water. This is fucked up, this place over charges everything not to give someone some fucking water for free. This is why I am hesitant to bring my kids back here, just like I hate Disney Land for the same reason. You need to take care of your community, otherwise some else will come with the same concept and you go out of business. Anyways please give a water cup to people that's ask for it. read more

Took my son yesterday for their lunch buffet and it was the WORST BUFFET EVER!!!!!! For $8 you get basic salad and tomatoes they remove everything else from the salad bar. We had my sons 2nd Birthday party there last night and I have to say, I am impressed with this place! Our lovely host, Mercedes ( I think that's her name!) did an amazing job in communicating about everything and gave amazing service! She even performed the Birthday song by herself (we all joined her!). They did take a long time to come out with the additional platters we had ordered but Mercedes communicated it to me and comped one before i could even say anything! Another plus is that i took my own balloons that needed to be blown up...they took care of that with no hesitation (for a charge $$ lol) Overall my guests, kids, and my birthday boy had a great time and they loved the food as well. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese, we will be back!! My constructive feedback would be to get the carpets deep cleaned at least once a month to get the smell of poop out of the air! If I could give this place 0 starts I would. Starting with checking in to pay. Every single time I have been here their is only 1 register available, this was on a Tuesday btw. Expensive tasteless stale pizza, sodas machines were non carbonated making drinks very sour. All tables were very dirty. Staff was slow but they did care about the children I will give them that. I spent about 60 bucks not that bad for a family afternoon but just not worth it in our eyes for food that was somehow edible when it appeared not to be. Only 10 dollars were spent on games so 50 dollars on food that was very nasty not worth it all. 50 only bought 1 LG pizza, 2 drinks,1 desert small pizza and breadsticks.
