You have the option to purchase tickets via the app and reserve your seat or purchase at the window. We ordered a big bucket of popcorn (free refills), humongous soft drink (lol), hot dog with many topping options and a bag of movie theater M&M's, which cost about $35 The movie theater overall (including restrooms) were pretty clean. Our chairs reclined and had a small swivel type table. Our hot dog was hand delivered to our seats and prepared as ordered. Since we watched the matinee price was $12 Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come back here.

Purchasing tickets online is a nice convenience except you get charged a $6 fee. Also having assigned seating is a nice idea until you get inside and everyone is bunched up together and can't move. The people behind me during my flick decided to have a conversation throughout the movie. Rude and Very annoying. A lady in front of me thought it would be a good idea to record the movie on her cell phone. Must of been her first time as she was very obvious about it and didn't cover her screen. It only stopped when one of the employees came in. The concessions has your typical movie theater selections of popcorn, drinks and snacks. They even have a section to add flavors to your popcorn. I must add they seem a little stingy filling up containers as most places over fill them and your spilling popcorn all the way to your seat. That's not a problem here. Not sure if they're stingy or just don't want to clean up all the dropped popcorn. Overall a nice theater which seems to be going downhill. Could be the fees, could be the annoying clientele. Not sure.

The part I love the most about this entertainer section is that you can take your drinks and food into the movie theater to enjoy as long as they were purchased within the casino! The bowling alley area is also unique, as they take your order and serve you all at your very own lane. The luxury seating in the theaters is also amazing, featuring wide comfy electronic lazy boy style seats and trays! The prices are affordable also, IMO, so great to bring the family often without having to sell a kidney. The food is always Yummi as well!!!

Our visit to Coyote Entertainment Center The Still at Tachi Casino was disappointing, although our…read moreserver was awesome and deserves recognition for his service. Our $52 meal included cold fries, cold taco meat and cheese, and cold mozzarella sticks with hair on them. The nachos were also cold, with the components served separately for us to assemble, and the drinks tasted watered down. We brought our concerns to the manager, Kaitlyn, and explained that our daughter is diabetic, which added to our concern about getting her a suitable meal promptly. Kaitlyn apologized but said she could not help us, including providing a partial comp, because her manager Tracey would not approve, My understanding of her explanation was that her manager would not support that accommodation. Finding hair in food and receiving multiple cold items warranted a meaningful response. We left having paid the full $52 and feeling that our concerns were not addressed. I'm sharing this experience to bring attention to the food quality, cleanliness, and management's handling of customer concerns. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements. Our server did a great job, but he deserved better support.
