This is a big Chuck E Cheese with lots of seating areas. This location seems very spacious with even large gaps of space where other games could have been in the past. They have a salad bar, ice cream vending machine, cotton candy machine, and fountain drink area. Parking is plentiful in this shopping center near a Thrift Shop.

I hate this Chuck E. Cheese but it was the closest one to us. I'm going to say the only thing that ruined our visit is the very extremely rude and unprofessional cashier Laila. ( braids and magoo thick glasses) She does not speak up nor does she respond nicely when asked a question. She was plenty loud when laughing it up with her peers behind the counter. I will say, she was very alert when she was on her phone. Due to her short attention span she gave use the wrong amount of drinks; She then gave us our plates in a bag and put that dirty buzzer inside the bag with our plates. They do not have the brightest people working here. I understand that a lot of places are hurting for workers but keeping people like this is not going to help your business. please do not waste your time or money on this establishment. I have learned my lesson for good. This was also the worst looking pizza I have ever received from Chuck E Cheese

It's actually not bad here, Its not located in the best area off 410 but this location as soon as they opened was nice and clean, and smelled clean. The workers here were friendly and nice. My sons love Chuck E Cheese so of course I come, they have fun here. It was a nice experience at this location. We always go to the one in Selma, but this was a nice experience for the lil guy. I love that they have a wider selection of little/toddler age games.

After reading several reviews on yelp I finally decided on the Chuck E. Cheese's on Ingram road. I am so glad I made the right decision location, I visited on a slow Tuesday afternoon which was nice because there were no crowds :) I haven't been to a Chuck E. Cheese's in about 10 years and I remember the pizza tasting like cardboard at the loop 1604/ Bandera location. To my surprise the pizza was VERY good and cheesy here at the Ingram location! We all ordered the pizza lunch buffet, children under 2 eat for free! Yay! Chuck E Cheese comes out to greet the kiddos and do a cute little dance on the dance stage and throws out free tickets after he retreats back to his rat hole lol. MOST games are .25 which is awesome:) Friendly staff and fun games! A fun and affordable afternoon outing with the family! 5 stars for overall experience ;)

I love Chuck E. Cheese. Where kids can be a kid. We have parties here every year for my kids.. I love that all their games are only 25cent.. always clean and games are always working.. the food is also great.. pizza are made to order. If you get the salad it unlimited. I feel that my kids are safe here and hey can't just leave because they give your family he same stamp number on your wrists.. and when y'all leave you have to have the same number.. Soooo much fun..

My husband and I of course remember coming here as kids and we actually came back for a bday party last month and our 2 little girls had the best time and the pizza was surprisingly better than I had remembered. Our daughters asked for their bday party to be at chuck e cheese and we said let's set this up. Little did we know how expensive it would be! Around $500 bucks compared to Peter Piper Pizza which will run us 200-300. We booked at PPP but told the girls we would take them to eat at chuck e cheese. This past Sunday we took them to chuck e cheese as promised and the itial greeting was just flat, I was ok with it, the girl just did her Job, my husband asked her questions about the menu and game cards and she responded just with no emotion. She didnt try to sell anything or tell us about anything. Still ok for me, maybe she was having a bad day. Let me say everything is very expensive, I spent over 200 for 2 large pepperoni, 1 med supreme, 7 drinks, 3 game cards and 3 game card refills. The pizzas are also alot smaller than PPP that's why we got an extra pepperoni after we saw the size of the pizza. The kids and us had an amazing time playing games though and I love how they have the kids section kind of divided from the adult section. Chuck E made a surprise appearance so that was really nice the little ones ate that up! The restrooms were pretty bad the men and woman's, my husband told the guy up front (there was 2 girls and 1 guy working) that the restrooms were pretty bad and also that some of the door locks were broken and he said "yea, I know" and that was it. Anyway we still had fun. Some of the drinks were out but we didn't say anything we just got something else. When it was time to go we stopped at the prize redeeming place and the same girl who took our order was telling a couple of kids "no you can't get from that row" their dad said "they are just little kids they don't understand that" it doesn't sound too bad it was just how she said it. Anyway we got our prizes and off we went. We did have to stop at the door to show our stamps and the girl who was checking ours was nice and friendly and bubbly. Finally! I was thinking everyone who worked here was miserable. We did have fun, more importantly my kids had fun, its very overpriced though and the friendliness wasnt there, so next time we will try main event and incredibly pizza when dealing with negotions for our 4 and 5 year old daughters lol I do like ppp but it's always our go to and our family's go to and so I want to change it up.

Mister baby had a blast climbing over the rides and staring into all the pretty lights here for his first Chuck E experience. The place is very clean and I love how they have safety measures when you walk through the door to make sure your child doesn't leave with anyone else but their parent with a little stamp only a blacklight can pick up. The pizza looked pretty, but was pretty taste-less. When Chuck came out to see the kids, it was pretty comical. He or she walked out very slowly and didn't really care to interact with the kids. I'm sure this won't be our last Chuckles experience but I'll try to remember to eat something else beforehand!

Tried to take home left overs and Senior Assistant Manager Daniel Hatcher told me my food was for dine in only so they didn't have any carry out boxes for me. Have you ever tried taking home a whole pizza (2large halves) stacked on top of eachother on paper plates while carrying a 4 month old baby in a car seat?

We were warmly welcomed by our waiter, who seated us at a table with a lovely view of the river. We ordered the Funghi pizza to share between two people. The pizza was fresh, crispy, straight out of the oven, piping hot, and so delicious. I'd rate it an 8.5/10. The fresh mushrooms paired perfectly with the truffle, creating a rich and earthy flavor. The caramelized onions added just the right touch of sweetness, making the pizza perfectly balanced. This was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to revisit and try some of the other pizzas.

We were thinking that $19 was a bit steep for a single meatball, but it was totally worth it! The large meatball was incredibly tender and full of flavor. The crispy focaccia and sauce made it a perfect dish to share, but I could easily have eaten the whole thing!

So let me preface this review with this...if you have ever been to Detroit there is a famous…read moreDetroit style pizza place called Buddys (or at least this is what I was told, I'm not from there lol)...we went to Detroit for an event and had buddys, we had the Detroiter and a Cesar salad and it was great, top 5 in my opinion of pizza I've ever eaten and that's saying a lot being from NY. Fast forward to my visit to Via 313 also a Detroit establishment serving pizza...and let me just say!! It is a must go!! The pizza was amazing (we had the detroiter again) and also the Cesar salad...our friends also had other various pizzas and they all highly enjoyed it. The service was awesome and the restaurant is clean and has a cool ambiance. It was my birthday so they gave me free cinnamon sticks with a cream cheese icing...Sooooo good!! Def a 5 star experience! The Detroiter is crispy, chewy, buttery, and all the delicious things rolled into this pillowy goodness. We ordered the arugula salad with goat cheese, they being it the salad and say they were out of goat cheese, and I was okay with it. Then they come back and say, we did have gorgonzola. I was confused. So they put down the cheese and it's goat cheese. Anyway, the salad was incredible, but let's be real, the goat cheese makes ALL the difference. They were also out of my man's go-tos on tap. Which was a slight bummer for him. Service is always friendly and the restaurant is very cool, like escape the heat cool, with a chill vibe. I still love the heck out of this pizza!
