I have to admit this Chuck E. Cheese have lots of game. I heard from several people that this place is the biggest one so we decided to stop by during our vacation. It was fun and everything was good but the food is overpriced! That small chicken wings that cost almost $20 regular price came with ONLY 7 pieces and NO celery! That is a rip off that's the reason why I gave it 2 stars. I even asked the person that hand me my food and she told me that's how it comes. This Chuck E. Cheese is definitely one of the larger and better locations in San Antonio. There's plenty of parking, tons of games for the kids, and a lot of seating for families. We were greeted right away, and since it was summer, it was great that the staff knew about the summer pass we had for our family. Even though it was summer, the place wasn't crowded, so we almost had it to ourselves. The ambiance wasn't too bad, typical and usual music playing, and the pizza was fresh and hot. While most Chuck E. Cheese locations are similar, this one stands out with its unique layout. I believe they used to have animatronics until the recent refresh, which is why I think they have more games than other locations. The only drawback I can think of is the location. I hate this Chuck E. Cheese but it was the closest one to us. I'm going to say the only thing that ruined our visit is the very extremely rude and unprofessional cashier Laila. ( braids and magoo thick glasses) She does not speak up nor does she respond nicely when asked a question. She was plenty loud when laughing it up with her peers behind the counter. I will say, she was very alert when she was on her phone. Due to her short attention span she gave use the wrong amount of drinks; She then gave us our plates in a bag and put that dirty buzzer inside the bag with our plates. They do not have the brightest people working here. I understand that a lot of places are hurting for workers but keeping people like this is not going to help your business. please do not waste your time or money on this establishment. After reading several reviews on yelp I finally decided on the Chuck E. Cheese's on Ingram road. I am so glad I made the right decision location, I visited on a slow Tuesday afternoon which was nice because there were no crowds :) I haven't been to a Chuck E. Cheese's in about 10 years and I remember the pizza tasting like cardboard at the loop 1604/ Bandera location. To my surprise the pizza was VERY good and cheesy here at the Ingram location! We all ordered the pizza lunch buffet, children under 2 eat for free! Yay! Chuck E Cheese comes out to greet the kiddos and do a cute little dance on the dance stage and throws out free tickets after he retreats back to his rat hole lol. My daughter and I, along with two other families waited at the front counter to enter for quite some time, with no employees in sight. I even entered the establishment's kitchen attempting to find an employee, to no avail. Eventually, an employee came out from the restroom and helped those waiting to gain entry. This employee was kind in her interactions, but yelled to the other employees in the back that there was a line. Later, what appeared to be a manager (because he had a laptop, etc. set up to work in a booth) exited from the kitchen with another employee. Really? This is happening even WITH a manager on the premises? There is no point in stamping children and parents hands, for identification purposes, if the entrance is unmanned. More to this point, no employee checked our stamps when we left. A policy is only effective if it implemented. Additionally, about a fourth of the dining tables had discarded pizza, plates, flatware, etc. that was never cleared during our time at Chuck E Cheese. Finally, when my daughter went to redeem her tickets for a prize, the young lady working there rolled her eyes when my daughter asked for a "blue top". She proceeded to give her a purple top, and walked away. Look, I get it. The color of a top is not a big deal, but it would have taken the exact same amount of effort for the employee to grab the requested color. ...and a little kindness goes a long way. My husband and I of course remember coming here as kids and we actually came back for a bday party last month and our 2 little girls had the best time and the pizza was surprisingly better than I had remembered. Our daughters asked for their bday party to be at chuck e cheese and we said let's set this up. Little did we know how expensive it would be! Around $500 bucks compared to Peter Piper Pizza which will run us 200-300. We booked at PPP but told the girls we would take them to eat at chuck e cheese. This past Sunday we took them to chuck e cheese as promised and the itial greeting was just flat, I was ok with it, the girl just did her Job, my husband asked her questions about the menu and game cards and she responded just with no emotion. She didnt try to sell anything or tell us about anything. Still ok for me, maybe she was having a bad day. Let me say everything is very expensive, I spent over 200 for 2 large pepperoni, 1 med supreme, 7 drinks, 3 game cards and 3 game card refills. The pizzas are also alot smaller than PPP that's why we got an extra pepperoni after we saw the size of the pizza. The kids and us had an amazing time playing games though and I love how they have the kids section kind of divided from the adult section. Chuck E made a surprise appearance so that was really nice the little ones ate that up! The restrooms were pretty bad the men and woman's, my husband told the guy up front (there was 2 girls and 1 guy working) that the restrooms were pretty bad and also that some of the door locks were broken and he said "yea, I know" and that was it. Anyway we still had fun. Some of the drinks were out but we didn't say anything we just got something else. When it was time to go we stopped at the prize redeeming place and the same girl who took our order was telling a couple of kids "no you can't get from that row" their dad said "they are just little kids they don't understand that" it doesn't sound too bad it was just how she said it. Anyway we got our prizes and off we went. We did have to stop at the door to show our stamps and the girl who was checking ours was nice and friendly and bubbly. Finally! I was thinking everyone who worked here was miserable. We did have fun, more importantly my kids had fun, its very overpriced though and the friendliness wasnt there, so next time we will try main event and incredibly pizza when dealing with negotions for our 4 and 5 year old daughters lol I do like ppp but it's always our go to and our family's go to and so I want to change it up. read more

Mister baby had a blast climbing over the rides and staring into all the pretty lights here for his first Chuck E experience. The place is very clean and I love how they have safety measures when you walk through the door to make sure your child doesn't leave with anyone else but their parent with a little stamp only a blacklight can pick up. The pizza looked pretty, but was pretty taste-less. When Chuck came out to see the kids, it was pretty comical. He or she walked out very slowly and didn't really care to interact with the kids. Having little kids means we have been to tons of Chuck E Cheeses. This one is not in the top of the list. But there are positives along with the negatives. Ok...I don't like to end on a bad note so we will start on one. Sorry. Guess I got a little spoiled coming from California but I didn't like that they didn't deliver my pizza to the table. Lol I know. Ok the drink station was a mess!! Not a little mess a big mess. They put a wet floor sign up and didn't even try to clean up the floor. So it was all sticky. Lack of lids and straws at the station as well. Ok drink station was gross, food and drinks and ice and straw paper and other stuff all over there. There was NO soap in neither of soap dispensers. Ok positive. The staff for being mainly kids (18-20yrs old) were very responsive. I had to ask for lids and straws and it was fixed in a very short times. The games were good. Had some of our favorites and some new ones that we liked. The play area and game area was pretty clean. This is the closest one to us so we have no choice (LOL, kids choice) but to be back. read more

This place is a 5 year olds dream. I recently made a stop with my nephew and he was in game heaven. There is plenty of games for all kids of all ages. We ended up have lunch there you can't go wrong with a pepperoni pizza and a fresh salad. we washed it down with some fresh sweet tea. Coming during the day to Chuck E's is a world of difference than a weekend visit. A world of difference! The place wasn't that clean (unexpected) but were OK in the places it counts (salad bar, drink fountain, tables). the staff was friendly which consisted of managers on duty. They were having a staff meeting near the stage which was a little awkward. We had my daughters 2nd birthday here a few years ago at 11 am and was very smooth sailing. I ordered a Lg one topping pizza pepperoni with stuffed crust. After waiting for about 15-30 mins my order was wrong. I ended up getting a cheese pizza with cheese stuffed crust. After letting the employee know he told me he could throw in another pizza into the oven but would have to wait another 30 mins for the pizza to come out. This place was a mess the restroom was the most disgusting restroom I have ever seen , there was literally poop on the toilet seat and on the floor it smelled horrible !! It was my daughters birthday and we had purchased the birthday package and more so chucky was supposed to come out and sing to my daughter at a certain time and we waited and waited and he never showed up !! I went to go ask one of the employees and they were completely clueless ..... First time coming to this location, had my sons birthday here while we were in SA so our family here could come. We had his last birthday at a different simila type of place last year but the two hours of free play sounded like fun. Man, let me tell you, this was the best place for a party ever. We did the highest package that came with the 2 hours of free play, not bad like 2x.xx for each kid, that alone was worth it, but then you also got extra points for booking online and booking on a Sunday which was awesome!! Then he got an automatic 1,000 tickets, got to be in the ticket booth, everyone got goodie bags with really awesome stuff Inside and dippin dots. Ellie was our host, she was awesome as well! Just had my child's birthday party here. It's super easy to reserve online. The hostess was amazing! You can bring your own cake and ice cream, and they even help serve it. (Ask to put your ice cream in freezer!) Having a party here is VERY convenient but a little pricey. They have multiple price levels with varying accommodations. The place was clean, but started to get crowded when we left at 3pm. The pizza is very good and comes out hot. Kids get 2 slices each, and they guesstimate 1 pizza for every 5 adults. Chuckee Cheese is great for kids birthday parties and family outings! It seems safe. When you enter with a child they have some type of system. So no one leaves with your child. We don't have kids, so I'm not sure how it works exactly but it seems efficient. The pizza is awesome! And we love their wings. We never have complaints on the food. It's not always the cleanest, but why would it be? There's tons of children running around having a blast! Totally understandable! We went to a birthday party this past weekend here and after speaking to the birthday girls mother, she was overwhelmed and frustrated. She invited over 50 people and they only gave her 1 table causing everyone else to sit randomly throughout the area. Plus the employee assigned to her party wasn't much of a help . Mom had to keep looking for her to order more pizza. It looked so stressful I probably will never have a party here. BUT Im sure it was a one time issue. I've been to parties at the 1604 and bandera location and they run smoothly. It's fun though for the kids and they have plenty of games for the whole family. My biggest request is for more lighting outside in the parking lot- closer the it's establishment. It's very dark and next to a night club and thrift store. This was my first time taking my one year old son. The girl that took our order was very nice and explained to us how the play card works etc. I walked in it looked good but as the further I walked in all I could see was how dirty the place was. The drink station was disgusting! There were lids and ice and soda all over then it's right next to the salad bar. The salad bar is in a bad area to many people passing by and I saw some people picking at the items in the salad bar. Management should have someone just designated to keep that area clean and even wiping down areas. The pizza was good but we kinda lost our appetite after seeing how dirty the place was. This is my favorite Chuck E Cheese in San Antonio. It's not located in the greatest part of town, but the size of this place really makes a difference. I've been to most of the Chuck E Cheese's here in SA, and this one is by far the biggest with the most for kids to play with. The staff here aren't great, but they aren't that great at any of them, so it seems pretty uniform. Most of them are young kids anyways. This is one of the best Chuck E Cheese's that we have ever been to. They had a lot of staff on, tons of games to play, a lot of tables, and a huge area reserved for parties. The building was clean, including the bathrooms. All of the games were in working order, Chuck E Cheese actually came out like he's supposed to. The food was good and the salad bar was clean and well stocked. I wish that we lived near this location since the Chuck E Cheese in College Station sucks horribly. We had a wonderful time here. My only complaint is that someone through away all of our drinks and our leftover pizza that we had purposely left at our table for us to take with us when we left. read more
