We held my niece's birthday party here yesterday and left disappointed. The mascot looked worn down, dirty (like a rat that crawled out of a New York city swamp), and overall had zero excitement and enthusiasm. The whole "performance" was off-putting for the kids. The two staff members working our party also seemed miserable and disengaged. They showed no enthusiasm, and it felt like they didn't want to be around children, which is a problem when kids' birthday parties are the whole business. Special shoutout to Megan who was absolutely RUDE to one of the kids. For the price of a party, I expected energy, cleanliness, fun show for the kids, and staff who at least pretend to enjoy their jobs and make the kids feel welcomed. Sadly, we got none of that. My daughter loves going to Chuck E. Cheese. We always get the pepperoni pizza & sodas. If she gets her way she'll get the Unicorn Churros too! Her favorite is the bounce area. She loves the grip socks they give you. And the fun slide area too. She is still able to go back and forth from the "younger" side to the "bigger" side and play all the games. This was my family and I's first time at this Chuck E. Cheese location located in Roseville. It was pretty big inside - one side had their birthday party area with the bigger kid games and the other side at their trampoline area and smaller kid games. The trampoline was like an additional $10! I'm not sure if it was just this location or what, but they definitely had a more updated menu with multiple pizza options and desserts like Churros, cakes and Brookies. While they don't have animatronics anymore, they do have someone who comes out dressed up as Chuck E. Cheese for the birthday party people - he dances with the kids and takes pictures. My one complaint was that some of the games either weren't working or were just taking the credit, but not allowing us to play. The guy working the prize counter was very nice though - he rounded up my daughter's ticket number so that she was even and could get more items. They also sell beer - but they only let you have 1 beer an hour with a 2 beer maximum. Overall, my daughter had a good time, but not sure we'll be back to this location anytime soon. This location is massive and really well-organized; I love that they have the birthday parties on one side and the arcade games on the other.The highlights for us are definitely the Adventure Zone and the trampolines. It's more than just an arcade, the indoor playground and trampoline area are perfect for burning off energy.We signed up for a membership, and it's been a total game-changer. It makes our visits worth the trip since we can drop in more often. Chuck E Cheese has really changed over the years. I used to take my adult kids to visit the rat and eat pizza back in the 90's and 2000's, now that I have kids again, we decided to check out the Roseville location. My how things have evolved! Even Chuckie looks very different, no hat, wears a Hawaiian shirt, and the facial features have totally thinned out. The dark, 80's arcade vibe has vanished and everything is completely bright. This location is also pretty darn clean; the management does a good job of clearing and wiping down tables and sweeping floors. The decor is clearly an updated version of all those old characters we knew, along with some new ones. The only thing missing is the animatronic pizza time band! On to the food... the salad bar was pretty decent. It didn't have a huge variety of items, but what was there was fresh and staff did a fairly good job of keeping the containers filled. Pizza was ok. Not really very good, but we did try the stuffed crust, something new since I was last at chuck's place, the crust itself was actually pretty good. Soda is only available in one size, that's ok, but it requires more trips to the fountain for those of us who drink more than 12-16 ounces with a meal. Menu items are a little on the pricey side, but I guess we're paying for the entertainment. The kids had a good time, which is the most important thing. And the staff people working the counters, both cashier/order taker and prize redemption, were kind and patient. I imagine we'll be back. read more

This is a rather late review, but I just want to make a few comments about my visit for my grandson's 6th birthday party last November. This place should get many more excellent reviews. I was very impressed by the yummy pizza, games which all of the kids loved, and a very considerate manager who allowed us to sit at a table that we weren't really eligible for because we didn't have enough guests for my grandson. This made the experience a lot more fun for everyone. I would definitely go back for another party. I'd go there alone for the pizza, even as an adult! Chuck E. We got invited to a Birthday party here on Saturday I had not been here in a while. It's looked very updated and new . Everything was clean and organized. The food menu looked different too . They also offer beers the rules are u have to show them your ID it's one beer per person per hour and a max of 2 beers . I did not see any electronics I heard it's because of the Five Nights at Freddy's movie that they took them out. I don't know what they did with them but it would be fun on Halloween season to bring them out and make it like a spooky theme. Just a thought.. Scott and Riley were helping out with the party they were both so amazing and friendly definitely went above and beyond. We came out to this location to find out that they had new games and a new jump place for the little ones. Then finding out that it's a separate fee. They charge you $15 dollar, then when I let my little one in and had my husband stand in line to pay, The girl made me take her out crying just because we hadn't paid yet. Well it's not at least on Fairway Drive and I feel like I have robbed my kids from it because of that false memory. It is super clean so don't worry about that. It's so fun and you can use one 60 minute card for all your kids but it is easier to get more. If we start to go more frequently we will get a membership but right now we don't. You can also get gift cards that save you a percentage at Sam's and I'm guessing other places. I just wouldn't get the salad bar it's a rip off. Besides that you can't loose. read more

My toddlers really enjoyed this Chuck E. Cheese. I loved layout, toddlers are in a separate area than the older children. This venue has a lot more activities for both the little kids and the big kids. The Arden and Sunrise Chuck E. Cheese don't offer as much of a variety of activities as this place. Plus the Arden area has a CREEPY security guy. The Sunrise one isn't bad, just smaller and less to do. But I digress... This place was clean, and the employees were helpful and friendly. I came here for a kid's birthday party (4-6 year olds). This was by far the worst kids "fun" place I've visited in the past year. The games were so, so, so, so bad. Half of the games were broken. The most popular game was the coin-dropping machine, and there were adults hogging it for 30+ minutes at a time. 4 out of the 6 coin-dropping machines were BROKEN. Most of the games were too short and only lasted 5-20 seconds for a single play. We had to constantly rescan our unlimited-play badge every 10 seconds. It was very expensive: $34 for 60 minutes or $31 for 60 points. The bathroom floor was sticky. The bathroom fan was very hard to use and not kid-friendly. The $30 bounce house was the only good part of Chuck E Cheese, and it was a tiny bounce house that was only worth $10. read more

It's been forever since I visited Chuck E. Cheese. I took my son here on a Sunday morning when we had that brief 90 degree weather before the rain came back. We walked in and I was slightly confused the process has changed they no longer take coins for the games nor do you earn tickets for your prizes. You pay for credits at a kiosk where you are supplied with a card you scan at each activity and you earn tickets on the card as you play. I love that they have the trampolines now and the games are separated for baby games and big kid games on the other side. My biggest complaint previously about Chuck E. I've been to this location a handful of times. This location is usually not that packed. It was pretty clean. Most of the games were working. The staff was friendly. We reloaded our cards with a time limit. The have pausing stations in case you want to pause your time. They weren't mandating masks. Nobody was wiping games down and the salad bar was just out and open for anyone to go by or touch. I didn't like that but we didn't eat from there so it didn't matter to us. They also don't do tickets anymore. Everything is loaded to your card which makes it more convenient. read more

I had a super frustrating experience on my last visit. first, I was waiting in line and the person at the register just left. my line just had to sit there while everyone who was there after got to go before us. i was very upset and so was everyone in my line. Then we get dip and dots and my daughter got jipped. there were no cookies in it. The food (pizza), cake, and entertainment is all taken care of. There is no mess to clean up after either. All the kids looked like they were having lots of fun. They got unlimited play for two hours and took advantage of it. I even played a few games myself. I also enjoyed the Sketch Book photo booth- a souvenir to take home. read more
