This location is massive and really well-organized; I love that they have the birthday parties on one side and the arcade games on the other.The highlights for us are definitely the Adventure Zone and the trampolines. This was my family and I's first time at this Chuck E. Cheese location located in Roseville. It was pretty big inside - one side had their birthday party area with the bigger kid games and the other side at their trampoline area and smaller kid games. The trampoline was like an additional $10! I'm not sure if it was just this location or what, but they definitely had a more updated menu with multiple pizza options and desserts like Churros, cakes and Brookies. While they don't have animatronics anymore, they do have someone who comes out dressed up as Chuck E. Cheese for the birthday party people - he dances with the kids and takes pictures. My one complaint was that some of the games either weren't working or were just taking the credit, but not allowing us to play. The guy working the prize counter was very nice though - he rounded up my daughter's ticket number so that she was even and could get more items. They also sell beer - but they only let you have 1 beer an hour with a 2 beer maximum. Overall, my daughter had a good time, but not sure we'll be back to this location anytime soon. I have read some reviews and seems like "some" had negative experiences. My visit on 10/18/25 was pleasant. All staff was friendly and even one, i believe seems to be a manager. He cleaned the table by ours and even thanked us for coming. What can you expect from a place where kids can be a kid. Ofc most of their games may not work, i have experience that many other places. Chuck E Cheese has really changed over the years. I used to take my adult kids to visit the rat and eat pizza back in the 90's and 2000's, now that I have kids again, we decided to check out the Roseville location. My how things have evolved! Even Chuckie looks very different, no hat, wears a Hawaiian shirt, and the facial features have totally thinned out. The dark, 80's arcade vibe has vanished and everything is completely bright. This location is also pretty darn clean; the management does a good job of clearing and wiping down tables and sweeping floors. The decor is clearly an updated version of all those old characters we knew, along with some new ones. The only thing missing is the animatronic pizza time band! On to the food... the salad bar was pretty decent. It didn't have a huge variety of items, but what was there was fresh and staff did a fairly good job of keeping the containers filled. Pizza was ok. Not really very good, but we did try the stuffed crust, something new since I was last at chuck's place, the crust itself was actually pretty good. Soda is only available in one size, that's ok, but it requires more trips to the fountain for those of us who drink more than 12-16 ounces with a meal. Menu items are a little on the pricey side, but I guess we're paying for the entertainment. The kids had a good time, which is the most important thing. And the staff people working the counters, both cashier/order taker and prize redemption, were kind and patient. I imagine we'll be back. read more

We got invited to a Birthday party here on Saturday I had not been here in a while. It's looked very updated and new . Everything was clean and organized. The food menu looked different too . They also offer beers the rules are u have to show them your ID it's one beer per person per hour and a max of 2 beers . I did not see any electronics I heard it's because of the Five Nights at Freddy's movie that they took them out. I don't know what they did with them but it would be fun on Halloween season to bring them out and make it like a spooky theme. Just a thought.. Scott and Riley were helping out with the party they were both so amazing and friendly definitely went above and beyond. We came out to this location to find out that they had new games and a new jump place for the little ones. Then finding out that it's a separate fee. They charge you $15 dollar, then when I let my little one in and had my husband stand in line to pay, The girl made me take her out crying just because we hadn't paid yet. For some reason I remember Chuck E. Cheese as this really ghetto place from when I was a kid. Well it's not at least on Fairway Drive and I feel like I have robbed my kids from it because of that false memory. It is super clean so don't worry about that. It's so fun and you can use one 60 minute card for all your kids but it is easier to get more. If we start to go more frequently we will get a membership but right now we don't. You can also get gift cards that save you a percentage at Sam's and I'm guessing other places. I just wouldn't get the salad bar it's a rip off. Besides that you can't loose. read more

I came here for a kid's birthday party (4-6 year olds). This was by far the worst kids "fun" place I've visited in the past year. The games were so, so, so, so bad. Half of the games were broken. The most popular game was the coin-dropping machine, and there were adults hogging it for 30+ minutes at a time. 4 out of the 6 coin-dropping machines were BROKEN. Most of the games were too short and only lasted 5-20 seconds for a single play. We had to constantly rescan our unlimited-play badge every 10 seconds. It was very expensive: $34 for 60 minutes or $31 for 60 points. The bathroom floor was sticky. The bathroom fan was very hard to use and not kid-friendly. The $30 bounce house was the only good part of Chuck E Cheese, and it was a tiny bounce house that was only worth $10. read more

This venue has a lot more activities for both the little kids and the big kids. The Arden and Sunrise Chuck E. Cheese don't offer as much of a variety of activities as this place. It's been forever since I visited Chuck E. Cheese. I took my son here on a Sunday morning when we had that brief 90 degree weather before the rain came back. We walked in and I was slightly confused the process has changed they no longer take coins for the games nor do you earn tickets for your prizes. You pay for credits at a kiosk where you are supplied with a card you scan at each activity and you earn tickets on the card as you play. I spent $30 on credits and it took about an hour for my son to go through it. He had fun playing the video games and other activities. The salad bar looked tidy but the pizza didn't look good. I love that they have the trampolines now and the games are separated for baby games and big kid games on the other side. My biggest complaint previously about Chuck E. Cleaner than the location on Sunrise Blvd. The staff is most of the time very friendly and helpful. I've been to this location a handful of times. This location is usually not that packed. It was pretty clean. Most of the games were working. The staff was friendly. We reloaded our cards with a time limit. The have pausing stations in case you want to pause your time. They weren't mandating masks. Nobody was wiping games down and the salad bar was just out and open for anyone to go by or touch. I didn't like that but we didn't eat from there so it didn't matter to us. They also don't do tickets anymore. Everything is loaded to your card which makes it more convenient. read more

The food (pizza), cake, and entertainment is all taken care of. There is no mess to clean up after either. All the kids looked like they were having lots of fun. This place just stunk. Than on top of it a another customer stole our pizza. Apparently they don't bring it out to your table anymore, you get a buzzer well we didn't hear it cuz it's just a vibrate and someone took our medium and left us their small. Some of the games didn't work. Over all experience for $66.00 just didn't cut it for us because that smell and the mugginess just overtook the experience over all.
