I have read some reviews and seems like "some" had negative experiences. My visit on 10/18/25 was pleasant. All staff was friendly and even one, i believe seems to be a manager. He cleaned the table by ours and even thanked us for coming. What can you expect from a place where kids can be a kid. Ofc most of their games may not work, i have experience that many other places. So no judgement. My kids had fun, service was great this day, and we enjoyed the food.

Good place small kids. There's arcade part. You can purchase play pass or family pass or anything, there's membership or whatever promo that can suit whatever you want. Menu is simple not to understand.which kids love. Staff service good. There's always someone by the entrance and ext to check that no kid goes to other family. Beverage station outside. There's salad too. Clean ambiance. Good parking slots. Theres trampoline spot which is extra payment.

Chuck E Cheese has really changed over the years. I used to take my adult kids to visit the rat and eat pizza back in the 90's and 2000's, now that I have kids again, we decided to check out the Roseville location. My how things have evolved! Even Chuckie looks very different, no hat, wears a Hawaiian shirt, and the facial features have totally thinned out. The dark, 80's arcade vibe has vanished and everything is completely bright. This location is also pretty darn clean; the management does a good job of clearing and wiping down tables and sweeping floors. The decor is clearly an updated version of all those old characters we knew, along with some new ones. The only thing missing is the animatronic pizza time band! On to the food... the salad bar was pretty decent. It didn't have a huge variety of items, but what was there was fresh and staff did a fairly good job of keeping the containers filled. Pizza was ok. Not really very good, but we did try the stuffed crust, something new since I was last at chuck's place, the crust itself was actually pretty good. Soda is only available in one size, that's ok, but it requires more trips to the fountain for those of us who drink more than 12-16 ounces with a meal. Menu items are a little on the pricey side, but I guess we're paying for the entertainment. The kids had a good time, which is the most important thing. And the staff people working the counters, both cashier/order taker and prize redemption, were kind and patient. I imagine we'll be back.

We got invited to a Birthday party here on Saturday I had not been here in a while. It's looked very updated and new . Everything was clean and organized. The food menu looked different too . They also offer beers the rules are u have to show them your ID it's one beer per person per hour and a max of 2 beers . I did not see any electronics I heard it's because of the Five Nights at Freddy's movie that they took them out. I don't know what they did with them but it would be fun on Halloween season to bring them out and make it like a spooky theme. Just a thought.. Scott and Riley were helping out with the party they were both so amazing and friendly definitely went above and beyond. The kids all had a blast they had a show on the TV at one point and that is when the Famous Chucky came out and was singing Happy Birthday to the birthday boy. The package they got had goodie bags and dipping dots . We all had a great time even the adults . We would definitely come back to this location in the future .

We celebrated Jack's 4th birthday with 19 people 15$ a person and I tipped 20% 60$ . The service was great the food decent the kids 7 kids had a fabulous time 2 hours a all u want games. They staff we're all excellent= bringing smiles

A lot of things for toddlers and younger kids to to and enjoy.

My toddlers really enjoyed this Chuck E. Cheese. I loved layout, toddlers are in a separate area than the older children. This venue has a lot more activities for both the little kids and the big kids. The Arden and Sunrise Chuck E. Cheese don't offer as much of a variety of activities as this place. Plus the Arden area has a CREEPY security guy. The Sunrise one isn't bad, just smaller and less to do. But I digress... This place was clean, and the employees were helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back and I definitely recommend this place!

    Very rude employee

We went here yesterday and had a great time. That is until my teen daughter and to turn in her ticket bravely for prizes. She said this girl looked at her several times and didn't help her and proceeded to help a whole family in front of her. She was very upset and didn't want me to cause a scene so we left. That is so very rude and she has a serious attitude problem

It's been forever since I visited Chuck E. Cheese. I took my son here on a Sunday morning when we had that brief 90 degree weather before the rain came back. We walked in and I was slightly confused the process has changed they no longer take coins for the games nor do you earn tickets for your prizes. You pay for credits at a kiosk where you are supplied with a card you scan at each activity and you earn tickets on the card as you play. I spent $30 on credits and it took about an hour for my son to go through it. He had fun playing the video games and other activities. The salad bar looked tidy but the pizza didn't look good. We didn't buy any food here. We will likely return

The employees were all nice, you don't talk to too many people unless you're ordering drinks and food or you're exchanging your tickets for prizes. Overall would definitely bring our daughter here again. You have to pay for a new card and the minimum to add is $25. You can imagine my happiness when I stumbled upon this bar/gaming room with the funny German sounding name when I realized it was a glorified pinball arcade room that also served beer. This place is straight amazing-50+ of the greatest pinball machines are available to play. They do use the "game-card" system to pay for these games, which can make playing these games way too easy-games tend to cost about $1 a game in game credits to play, which is far more than I paid when I was an 8 year old kid but then again, that was 45 years ago. They have a pretty solid beer selection-beers tend to go for anywhere between $7-$8 a beer-not too bad in my opinion.Though they do offer a pretty unique item called "Das Boot" which is a pretty large boot that cost $40 and comes with a fill up at time of purchase and 20% off on future fill ups-though not sure what the original cost of a fill up is exactly. One massive upgrade I've learned in the pinball world is nowadays you can download an app by Stern Inc,the majority manufacturer of most of the popular pinball machines and you can register your pinball play and it will keep tabs of everywhere u play and all the scores u achieved on the various pinball machines-I really enjoyed this feature-I only wish they had this when I was in my prime of pinball play when I was a youth. This place doesn't have the best hours but I'm sure there is a reason for these hours-M-F the hours are 5p-10p and on weekends they open at 12p... In closing-If you ever find yourself in the Rocklin area and you get a yearning to try out your pinball machine skills-I couldn't recommend this spot any higher as they are a very unique spot offering a truly awesome experience-a trip down memory lane for some and a whole new world for the younger generation-You should get out there and have some fun. PS-I failed to mention this place is very family friendly-on my particular visit the place was flooded with kids from elementary to high school age honing their pinball machine skills and enjoying every minute of it.

Games are very clean and in excellent playing condition. There's also Stern leaderboards visible along with their own leaderboards for solid state (older) games, which I've never seen anywhere else. The whole space is clean and welcoming. It's loud, but that's because it's a pinball spot. The staff are super friendly and provide great service. The mac n' cheese bites I had last week were freshly prepared (from scratch), cooked to order, piping hot, and totally delicious--and also under $10. The beers and ciders on tap are all mostly from small, local makers and under $10/pint. They also have plenty of NA drink options. If you're a pinball person, I dare you to find a more accommodating spot for playing and vibing out. If you're not a pinball person, this is a great place to fall in love with the game.
