Totally torn. If I'm rating this based on the value my children derive from visiting, it's pretty tremendous, but if I'm being realistic, there is quite a bit of room for it to get better. We like to get the fun pass for our kids in the summer, as it provides a fun indoor activity option they love, literally daily. you choose the fun pass based on the number of credits you want each time you visit and those game credits are divisible amongst however many people you'd like to share them with on any given visit. In the summer, every game is only one credit so they really do go a long way. This year we got the 250 credit package and 10 to split it up between the two kids leaving a few credits for mom and dad to play too. The games available are OK with many of them similar and often several out of order. There are some that are really fun like pop the lock and the big crane bonus wheel, Crossy Road, and the SpongeBob coin pusher, but there are several that are just older and and many that are very much the same and super challenging too. It would be really nice if they rotate some of the selection because these passes have us in their frequently and it would be nice to experience some different games from season to season. I feel special bad for anyone who carries the fun pass throughout the year because that'll get old really fast. Staff is only super friendly and accommodating. They're serious about the kid check program, which is nice because it means the place will be fairly secure and your kid won't just wander out. But if no one standing there or sees you walking in, you can often be waiting quite some time for them to let you in. Same can be sad about checking in at the cash register because the shift management is usually attending to something either in the kitchen or elsewhere in the building and apparently they're the only ones that can manage transactions at the register. They've always been very helpful regardless of the situation so I appreciate the great people there and though it can be annoying to wait I tend not to mind as much. The other bonus is, the mouse is usually in the house and the kids love visiting with him too. Now we don't eat there, so I can't say anything about the food, but I've had the pizza in the past and it actually isn't terrible. I expected a lot worse, so this was a nice surprise. I will say this place is always spotless and I sincerely appreciate that cleanliness just put at the forefront. All in a solid place and still a good time for my kids, even if I wish there was a little more going on.

This was our first time at this location and I liked how they stamped each parties hands to insure each child's safety. We used a groupon here and it was great because we got a large pizza, 4 drinks and 2 unlimited play passes for 60 min. We got a lot of tickets with the games offered there and were able to get some candy and toys at the end. The only complaint we had was it seemed hot and muggy inside.

My husband signed up for the membership about a year ago. It had been 100% worth it. I have grandkids (7) ages 8 yrs old and under. We can take 2 and get the #4 combo. Large pizza, appetizer and 4 drinks and it's perfect to feed the 4 of us. All for around $25 because of membership. I recently did a Birthday package for two of the grands. Just didn't smaller package of $99 for each kid (2). Up to 12 kids. Used the membership to get the food for everyone. The price was affordable and completely worth it! The staff was wonderful and kind, the food came out hot and fresh and everyone enjoyed. We ended up adding the trampoline as most of the kids wanted to jump. What a perfect way to celebrate a child's birthday. Games, dancing, jumping.

Took my 6yoa niece. We paid $12 for the trampoline that also comes with the grippy socks. Most of the games were working so that's a plus. Chuck E comes out and dances on the dance floor with the children, which I thought was nice. Kids had a blast. The service was very friendly as well. Only thing I can say is... the place could be cleaner but it wasn't horrible.

This is the perfect choice for certain situations. Obviously kids birthday parties, which was the occasion that brought us there today. It's been completely remodeled inside with new games, bright lights, clean bathrooms and nicely spaced out tables for partying. We had our own party hostess assigned who greeted us and helped with food and drink orders and anything else needed. I liked it, the beer is ice cold which is wonderful for the parents or friends. Pizza and Dippin dots are as expected,ok. The mouse was walking around and dancing with the kids, posing for pictures. Fun

Chuck E. Cheese is one of my little guy's favorite places. It has come a long ways since the days of bringing my teen here when she was a tot. They recently opened a trampoline here that will entertain my son for hours. They offer playing unlimited for a minimum of a half hour for a flat fee. My son likes to take photos, so I'm grateful he can take unlimited for at least a half hour at a time. Lol You are able to purchase traditional tokens, but paying the flat fee for say an hour then after that hour you get to leave. I feel it conditions them to manage their time and helps get us as parents out of there without tantrums. The staff is great there; no complaints about service. I do have one recommendation and it's for regular maintenence on the restrooms. I'll be a regular there until my son ages out. They have remodeled a bit and glad there is actually room to breathe. My son loves the dance floor and Chuckee's apearrances. The food isn't bad, but we usually try and eat before coming in, so I'm not eating pizza. We'll be back sooner than later.

Had a birthday party here for my granddaughter. They did a good job on organizing the table. But we always had to look for Her for cups. Ask Her for food. Ask Her for this and that so I don't know. It was just overbooked the day we got here. So the kids had a great time, that's all that matters .

I never thought I'd say this, but the Reno Chuck E. Cheese is better than ever! Cleaner, well organized, with new games and new features! Gone are those creepy old animatronics! Video screens and dance parties are here! Family check in and out means increased safety for busier times. The staff is friendly, the pizza is pretty good, and the salad bar is very fresh! We've been to several birthday parties here, and they have been great. The staff here have worked really hard to make birthday parties seem effortless for families, but I know they're running their behinds off behind the scenes! They offer promos on the website, too, so check out offers for play and food. We'll be back, I'm so happy this location is still part of my kids' lives!

I can't tell you have w many parties I've been too. Since I was a kid in tue 80's. Back then it was arcade games. Only thing I miss. Food is actually pretty good and so is the beer. Service is always great and the kids always have a great time. The kids that never experienced the animatronics don't know what they are missing but they do enjoy the dance floor and movie screen.

honestly, I don't even know how to start out this review. I went with my kids last night and they had a blast, All three of them. The pizza was good, there was good music playing on the TVs all around the store and when my kids are happy, I'm happy. There are no more animatronics, which is really disappointing considering I grew up with them and I would've loved my kids to grow up with them so that's a bummer also, the store is very bland, There's no color. The reason for the 3 stars is because they added a little trampoline area and my baby was jumping just fine in there, the gate was wide open, so you would assume that it was open to all their customers. No workers were bothering us, but once my two older kids came to bounce an attendant came up to us and told us that it was an extra charge and obviously telling a two year-old that they can't play no more causes a meltdown so I suggest putting on the gate that it is an extra charge or just taking the extra charge off to the customers who pay to be there because it doesn't say anywhere that the trampoline is charged separately. I do recommend this place to get the Zumiez out, They do have a deal of 7.99 a month for unlimited play but I don't think that includes the trampoline. And just because I didn't have a 10+ experience doesn't mean other families won't. 7/10

Great fun at Chuck e cheese yesterday for my grandson's 5th birthday. there were about five birthday parties going on so it was very busy, active and the kids had a great time. The kids at the party also got wristbands to go and play video games and enjoy some of the small rides. Chuck e cheese visited the kids a couple of times, took pictures with the birthday kids and let a couple of song and dance sessions. it was great fun to watch. The birthday kids got to go in the ticket wind tunnel and catch tickets to cash in for prizes. our server was absolutely amazing she was very attentive even though I know she was very, very busy. We enjoyed wings, cheese bread, french fries and pizza with sodas. they kept us supplied with drinks and food. our server came over and got the birthday sing along going. I had some doubts about it but Chuck e cheese is back and the whole day was very enjoyable. they had a big sign with Andy's name on it and made us feel welcome and not rushed. We will plan future birthdays there for sure.

As far as the games go, they're all working but the place just feels tired a bit old and rundown. They don't offer a system where they're unlimited play cards include ticket games, but do not reward tickets so the selection of games available to the kids at the party was fairly limited as a result which bothered me, but of course didn't bother the kids who were just happy to continue swiping and playing. That said they do offer some games here that are not typically included in other arcades in town like the Minecraft game which spits out super cool cards and certainly captivated the kids for quite some time. The party room was large but parsley appointed in terms of decorations and really didn't offer much in terms of seeming or decor. There's truly a DIY situation and thankfully, we came with a couple of decorations to put up to make it feel more festive. One of the pizzas included in the party arrived squished in one corner and the supervisor was quick with the solution. Unfortunately, they couldn't remake the pizza which I'm not really sure why, but instead he offered additional cards that the kids could use to play the Midway games downstairs, which ended up being a huge hit. The birthday party deal is a great value to be honest. Works out to around 25 bucks a kid minimum of 10 and it includes pizza and unlimited soda plus a two hour arcade card and $15 to use on the midway or the games with redemption prizes. We ended up adding a $100 card to our party so that we could have the kids play some additional Midway games and that really did extend the fun quite a bit. Midway games are about to six dollars per play, so it does actually go a little ways. If you're staying at Circus Circus, the XP arcade is a fun stop over but if you're from the area, I personally wouldn't say this is the one to come to. That said if you wanna play the midway, you really can't do that anywhere else and it is super fun, especially rewarding when you win a prize. We'll certainly recommend this birthday party option to friends.

The offer card specials and we opted for the $60 one to give us an additional $15 as a bonus. The game area was clean and well lit up. I feel like we lost some credits on the machines because we would swipe and it wouldn't work, but I noticed that my money was going down. There wasn't an attendant to help. We spent like an hour there using up the card. The kids racked up about 1,000 tickets on their card. They use a self serve prize machine to redeem your tickets, which is pretty cool. Overall, we had a great time.

I have "status", so I was offered an upgrade to a spa suite, for a very reasonable price. The price range, of course depends on what day of the week it is, as well if there are any events going on, but even at full price, that spa suite is well worth the splurge. I was checked in by Claudia, and she was very friendly and helpful. My room was in the tower that is connected to the main casino. I was on the fifth floor. The view during the daytime wasn't much, but at night time and sunrise, it was very pretty. I walked into the room, and I couldn't believe it! I had actually gotten a two room suite it was a beautiful suite. The living room had 2 very comfortable couches. One of them had a hide-a- bed in it, or you could just sleep across the couch. it had a mini bar that had a Keurig on it, there were two TVs, with a good picture and lots of channels, as well as the movies for rent, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, and there were also two bathrooms. The bathroom attached to the living room does not have a tub or shower. There was also a huge closet. There was a fridge, but no microwave. The bed was a bit firm for my personal taste, but I still got an OK nights sleep. I do realize that everybody's taste is different. I had to laugh when I saw the Jacuzzi tub. It was heart shaped. That tells me that this "spa suite" doubles as the honeymoon/romantic getaway suite. The Jacuzzi tub was amazing! It filled up quick, and it was so absolutely relaxing. My body was just melting away. I sat in that thing for almost a half hour, and when I got out, I went to sleep very quick. My only regret, is that I didn't have a special someone to share it with. No matter if there were a lot of people or nobody, they would take forever to come down (and I believe one was broken). There was a time in particular there were 20-30 people all waiting around for the elevator. I asked an employee where the stairs were (since I was on the second floor). It took two employees to even figure out if there were stairs, and then I had to wait around for security (who never came) in order to go up them. The room, while decently clean and modern, was missing hand soap, and the AC rattled extremely loud when the compressor would turn on. I finally figured out I could jam a pillow in between the bed and AC to keep it quiet. Throughout the stay, the front desk people were very unhelpful, either not knowing anything, or just saying "yeah I can't help, go ask the bell hop". The only saving grace was the midway, which while expensive, was a nice little break for people like us with little kids.

Ambiance - The space is AMAZING, both indoor and outdoor. Huge and plenty of different things to do. Good options to eat or drink, especially with a full bar. See pictures of their menus. Racing, duckpin, mini gold, arcade, eating and drinking, etc. So many options. A great place to host events, corporate meetings, etc. Or just a great day/night for a family outing, date night, etc. Open 7 days a week from 10am or 11am to 10pm or midnight. Plenty of mall parking; they are located in the very back of the mall next to Planet Fitness; so again, plenty of parking. Many promotions, especially daily; see their website. Service - Great. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Many promotions and events; see their website. Price - Today's event was free for me as Chris and SBDC hosted it. But all the prices seem very reasonable for a great and fun day. See my pictures. Student discounts available; see their website. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2008, since 2013 in Reno, and almost a year at this new beautiful location.

Heads up: the gift shop closed before we could grab anything, and the closing announcements were pretty firm--if you weren't already in line, it was a no-go. Totally fair, just something to keep in mind when planning your visit! There are so many exhibits that we definitely had to move quickly, but it was still 100% worth it. Pro tip: save the downstairs water feature for last--it's an absolute blast for the whole family! As a special needs family, we felt really comfortable here. Our 5-year-old loved the freedom to walk and explore, and our 1-year-old had a great time in the littles area and with the water play. The huge cloud play structure looked amazing, but we skipped it since there's only one way in and out--just didn't feel like the right call for us this time. Bonus: let your kids take the stairs to burn off energy! But if you've got a stroller, wheelchair, or just want an easier route, elevators are available too. Overall, such a fun spot--we'll definitely be back (with more time next time)!

The museum is not very large and most of our kiddos love the Truckee river exhibit as they play there more. It could be the age. Just bring some spare clothes or a towel as they may be drenched. As they get older they may like to do the other exhibits more. They have lego, space, anatomy, physics, and engineering zones. They also have a lab with daily activities. The amazing part is there are plenty of things to do. The downside is the parking lot gets packed fast, but thats a good thing. So give yourself time if looking for a spot. Its super cool for the kiddos and there is even a cute little toddler playground. So please enjoy the space and time.
